I was doing mobile recharge of AIRCEL. Page redirected to HDFC site, but because of some reason transaction not completed. In this transaction, some amount was from my Paytm Wallet. As my whole transaction was incomplete, i expect the Paytm amount(i.e. 48) to be in my wallet. But wallet became empty. For your reference : [protected]:49:49 Paid for OrderPaytm Order #[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID 0E5BDDB6C99E4A73 I want my paytm amount(48.00) in my Paytm Wallet.

                Dated 27-10-14. i was trying to paid my postpaid bill rs. 355/- in my reliance gsm no.-[protected].an error occured recharge did not confirmed but amount from my sbi account was trimmed.I trying to recharge another time but the same incident happend.In this way recharge not confirmed but amount trimmrd two times from my account rs. 355+355 total rs. 710/- was trimmed.i was using paytm is mobile recharge software they are not replying my mails and not taking any posotive action to refund my money.so please take a positive action to get my money back.

                                  My order no: My ORDER NO.[protected], just shipped on 30 th October (after posting here) and displaying as delieverd on 1 st november in website.
                                  I didn't get any msg about product as well as product is not delivered to me. Paytm, are you aware whether product is delivered. There is no details about courier name or awn number to track the product. Can you at least provide that details, so i myself can find whether delivered or just simply updated in website.
                                  Paytm product ordered and still not shipped .Still packed and waiting for courier pickup.Why you are taking this much time.Order number [protected].
                                  I have ordered for one item on 03-02-18 Order No.[protected]...
                                  It need to deliver on 11th but after getting status "waiting courier pickup" it was not updated...I called to customer care many times but they gave false promise for product delivery.
                                  After dispatch due date it was automatically cancelled by paytm... while really need that order..
                                  Then I had to re-order same product on 07-02-18. Order No.[protected]
                                  But things are going as previous...From yesterday onwards status is showing "waiting courier pickup"...
                                  it is not updating. One of the worst experience with paytm courier partner..
