I ordered SONY MDR XB400 which is cost rs2000 and i got discount 40% cashback 800 rupess total payed =1200 rs HERE is the problem when i got the delivery the product i received is SONY MDR XB450 not SONY MDR XB400 actually in flipkart and amazon it cost about[sony mdrxb400][protected] rupees and interesting thing is SONY mdr xb450 is cost only[protected]] in other websites[flipkart, amazon], so seller send wrong product sony mdr xb450 so he can save 500 rupees[ instead of send me 400 he snd sonymdr 450] Seller Information: PIONEER DIGITAL GI-18, 1ST FLOOR, G.T.       We would like to tell you that your transaction for the bill payment of your Airtel Post paid number [protected] done on 14/11/2014 failed and the amount was refunded back to your Paytm wallet which you further used for the bill payment of same number on 15/11/2014 against order number[protected].

      Also please note that your current Paytm wallet balance is Rs 56.

Was been shipped via Ecom Express with the tracking #[protected].it was a cash on delivery.we paid 659 rupees on delivery.             I had done 250rs recharge twice on 12/11/2014 at around 12 am from paytm...I am yet to receive the recharge...order numbers are[protected] and[protected]...please do the needful...otherwise at least refund the money...recharge was done to a bsnl number

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am It has been 15 days since I ordered these products from PAYTM.com Order no[protected] worth INR-748 and order no[protected] worth INR-748 The amount has been deducted from my account but i have not got any order. On order summary it is showing that the order has been shipped and i am trying to contact them but no response has given them only an automated e-mail is what i only get in my inbox whenever i try to contact them. Please help and a strict action should be taken against them.

                            My Order#[protected] which is made on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 23:30:56 . Item decryption is: Yepme Dark Blue Wash Revera Denim (Size-30) . This paytm site has taken the Quantity Price as 899/-Rs. Though this product is shipped by YepME and their price for this same product is 700/- only. I am talking this because with the product I have got invoice generated by YEPME and their price mentioned is 700/- only. If it is so then why paytm is taking 899 for this product? Please look into this matter.

                                With regard to Order id[protected] a paid amount of 1117/-rs .Money was debited from my bank account but not showing in paytm account..Written almost 60 mails to them ..Given 10 times Bank Statement ..but they are not ready to return my money ..I have even asked to give written reply .."That you have not received the money from Bank" but they are not ready to write that Reply also ..I don't know which fool foreign Investor is giving money to paytm to run operations..Infact they are doing the same which Timtara.com did to it's customers.

                                    This is regarding the ORDER NO.[protected] which was placed on 2nd Nov 2014 for TataSky recharge. I recharged Tatasky for amount Rs. 780 and it was successful from Paytm website. I got an email as well stating that the recharge was successful. Tatasky box was turned on while doing the recharge. I waited for a couple of days and still Tatasky did not show the updated amount. I called Tatasky and gave them the reference number. They confirmed that recharge was never processed. I emailed Paytm support and got an email after a couple of days that due to some technical issues, recharge was not done and now they have processed the recharge again and it is successful. Again, I waited for 2 - 3 days and nothing happened. I emailed Paytm support again and they refunded the amount to Cash Wallet. I requested to transfer the amount to my Bank account and it was initiated. It's been a week now and I have sent numerous emails to Paytm support regarding the same query but have never received any response from them. Really frustrated with the kind of support they are providing.

                                      I have paid my electricity payment on 10/21/2014 which was due on 1/27/2014, but as on today this amount is not transferred to BESCOM, hence I have charged the interest and late payment fee, this is kind of very bad experience, can you please resolve the issue.
