This is regarding the ORDER NO.[protected] which was placed on 2nd Nov 2014 for TataSky recharge. I recharged Tatasky for amount Rs. 780 and it was successful from Paytm website. Paytm charged me for a recharge that never took place and now tells me to contact the bank when there is no bank transaction involved. Paytm deducted my wallet cash and now tells me to wait or contact the bank when the bank has nothing to do with it. It has been around 10 days and 5 or 6 e-mails, but I suppose that paytm demands forever to solve this thing. I am uploading the proof which makes it clear that paytm doesn't really care......
