I had placed an order on 27/10/2014, 12.37pm, to recharge my mobile Internet
pack. the transaction showed processing for a lot of time, deducted the money
also, but then showed "Transaction Failed".
This is the 3rd time that this incident has happened, where money is deducted from the account my recharge
from Paytm was not received.
1st incident: Order no.[protected], Dated:[protected];3.51pm(mobile Internet recharge)
2nd incident: order no.[protected], Dated:[protected];10.59pm(Mobile talk time recharge)
3rd incident : Order No.[protected], Dated:[protected];12.37pm(mobile Internet recharge)
Paytm has to provide all the above recharges with immediate effect, as money was deducted and paytm
has not provided me the service.
