I ordered a product on the 13th October, 2014 from paytm.com. It was supposed to be delivered by the 23rd October, 2014 in Howrah. I didn't received my product yet. I wrote several mails to paytm but they are not responding. I paid n advance for this product. Now I want to cancel this order and need my money back but there is no cancel button on paytm website or android app. Please look into this matter and take required action. Regards, Sombir Singh

    I purchased a bag worth Rs2000 which has 50% cash back. I got the bag it's not as good as shown in images. I didn't get cash back also. So I decided to return the product. But they are not taking back. Even after 8 follow ups I am not getting proper response from Paytm

      I had paid my BESCOM bill using paytm, the recharge of paytm bill was successfull and 500 Rupees amount is aslo diducted from my account. But when I check my BESCOM account bill was the same as earlier. There was no variation in my BESCOM account and the given time to pay the bill was exceeded. So again I had to pay the BESCOM bill. And I had mailed to [protected]@paytm.com, but there was no response. So I want the refund of the paid amount.
      im stuck with the same problem made a payment and now PAYTM is not willing to refund me my money i had to pay the BESCOM bill again through bill desk and my money is still stuck with PAYTM

        before 20 days i ordered hawkins induction frying pan of 1290 rs. but they sent me non induction base pan of rs 1145. when i complained them they are saying you courier back our product we will return your money and again buy your desired product so we will send you the same. in this process again 20 days will i loose and no guareenty whether they will send this time right product. so i suggested them that due to your fault i suffered lot so please send me my right product and take back your faulty one but they denied. so it become hectick for me. please help me out this problem. my order no is[protected] 1st snap is of box on which product code os written L-11 and 2nd snap is of order invoice on which product code is IL-11which i ordered.

          fraud It seems that paytm has allowed fraud companies like sandsshoppinghub and sandsinfosystem to fraud with people. On 19 Oct sandsshoppinghub told about laptop in diwali bonanza offer and deducted my Rs 28000 through Paytm and assured refund. But yhey didnot refund. INstead on 20 Oct they asked details of debit card for refund and again deducted Rs 17000. Now they are neither giving refund and nor responding. Please do the needful to refund my money.             Hi PayTM, I've dropped several emails on [protected]@paytm.com, but got same readymade response stating that your money will be refunded in 24 hours. It is already 1 day since i made payment to MTNL which has not reached MTNL account. ANd now i've also incurred late payment charges. I need my money to get refunded ASAP, as it is highly frustrating to see such a bad service offered. I am attaching a screenshot of my order where is say money has reached PayTM but it is still in your queue. Please refund asap. Thanks, Nukul

(1) Rs.100 Baaki ke (5) Rs.50 Inme se koi ek Rs.50 wala airtel acc.me credit nhi hua hai pics send ki hai jisme order succesful hai sabhi me par ek airtel acc.me credit nhi hai baaki sab hai so plz update my airtel payment status clearly.                 Dear Sir / Mam, I am a regular user of Paytm and I keep on recharging every 2-3 days. I had recharged on 26 th of October 2014, the amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account and the transaction stated as successful yet no amount has been received by me in my mobile balance. I have mailed at [protected]@paytm.com yet no one replied. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis. If such fraud continues then people like us who are Internet savy will definitely loose faith in it. At least try and arrange for some reply from their end.

                  THEY COLLECT CASH AND USED IN THERE OWN BUSINESS WITHOUT INTEREST, THAT'S THE WAY THEY RUNNING BUSINESS. Don't harrassed by their stupid service. No doubt they can earn huge money out of interest by holding your money even for 1 day (the hole diwali they used my money) My Order no is[protected]. i ordered one mobile micromax canvas a350 i place order in 12th OCT 2014, the committed me your order will shipped in 19th OCT 2014, but they don't So i write to them, they mail me we don't have stock so we cannot shipped you. after few days(in (22 Oct 2014) they say due to heavy rush we cannot shipped your product.and most SURPRISING MOVEMENT TODAY(27OCT2014) THEY SEND ME ONE MAIL. We regret to inform you that the merchant SyberPlace.com has cancelled your order for Micromax Canvas Knight A350 (Black) due to unavoidable circumstances. We will work with the merchant to resolve such circumstances for future. NOW DIWALI OVER ALL SALES GONE OVER WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THIS PAYTM CASH AND WHAT ABOUT THEY USED MY CASH FROM LAST 15 DAYS. now the return me Paytm cash which makes you bounded to them

                      Sir I have a account in paytm through [protected] mobile no.. I had recharge for 108rs but amount was debited in my account... But recharge was unsucessfull... Past 3weeks before i had recharged but still now it was not credited.. So plz clear this problem as soon as possible...

                          I had placed an order on 27/10/2014, 12.37pm, to recharge my mobile Internet pack. the transaction showed processing for a lot of time, deducted the money also, but then showed "Transaction Failed". This is the 3rd time that this incident has happened, where money is deducted from the account my recharge from Paytm was not received. 1st incident: Order no.[protected], Dated:[protected];3.51pm(mobile Internet recharge) 2nd incident: order no.[protected], Dated:[protected];10.59pm(Mobile talk time recharge) 3rd incident : Order No.[protected], Dated:[protected];12.37pm(mobile Internet recharge) Paytm has to provide all the above recharges with immediate effect, as money was deducted and paytm has not provided me the service.

                                Respected Sir, I, Manish R Mishra had ordered a Philips hair Dryer amounting Rs. 695 and had already paid the full amount also. At the time of order they told that I'll receive the product by 15/10, but when I didn't got the product and mailed them then they dispatched the product on 16/10 and the estimated time of delivery was 20/10, but till date I have not received the product. Please help me in getting refund.

On 6th & 7th October 2014, a sum of Rs.2000, Rs.2000, Rs.2000, Rs.2000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000 are debited to my ICICI Bank Credit Card through PAYTM at frequent intervals without my knowledge. An amount of Rs. 32, 000 has been drawn. Details of my mobile SMS alert enclosed herewith for your reference (+91 [protected]) This I came to know through the message alerts received through SMS from the bank. During the above period, the subject card is with me and I have not shared the CVV no., Card validity period, 3D security code to anyone.I fear that my Credit Card is being misused by some miscreants. I have intimated ICICI Bank to block the card to prevent further misuse and the same is effected immediately. A complaint was lodged with Police department - Central Crime Branch & acknowledged vide C. no. 5812 / COP / Vis / PE / 2014 / dated 10.10.2014. Kindly arrange to give the details of transaction and contact number - Copy of ICICI transaction and merchant ID enclosed herewith for your reference.                                       Below is the list of transaction ids generated from fraud transaction happened at your site today in the morning. [protected]/- [protected] Xenon Value ser 2500/- Will you please let me know what kind of transaction these are .if these are not recharge transactions then hold on their dispatch and provide all the details like shipping address, email id or phone numbers . If it is recharge then respond back with the phone numbers or DTH ids. Please respond ASAP as any delay in this can cause a severe loss. Provide your number also on which I can talk to your executives so as to avoid any kind of delay in responding through emails.

                                        Hi - My Airtel mobile payment was successful on Paytm site yesterday and today but my mobile is not getting charged. Please fix the problem ASAP. . I mailed my issues to Paytm customer care yesterday and today and I received a message on my mobile that they worked and fixed but still my mobile is not charged and I cant make any outgoing calls I understand you are helping us to recharges from your site but plze let us know in case you have server issues or we can go with alternate things. On your website you dont have any customer care contact number to contact you...how can we reach you?
