While recharging Dish Tv for one year balance of Rs 2, 640 got deducted from my credit card instantly while Dish Tv is not recharged and transaction failure information received but my money of Rs 2, 640 is neither returned back nor it is credited in paytm cash instantly. I tried to call on[protected] but not got connected and while writing email to [protected]@paytm.com i got a compliant no[protected] but not got refund of my money. Call me on [protected] urgently to resolve this issue or email me on [protected]@gmail.com. Details of two order failed is enclosed for your easy reference.     I was use paytm to recharged Rs.550/- two time to my mobil no [protected] on 11.12.13 near about 11:33hrs but my ph was recharged only one time and second time recherged was not done but both time Rs.550/- was cut from my a/c no: sbi [protected]. The both oder no are[protected]successful recharge) and[protected]unsuccessful transactions). Please refund my money (Rs. 550/-) to my a/c.

      I have sent countless emails to ur customer care service at paytm. But, no reply. My 3 order numbers:[protected],[protected] and[protected] with SBI netbanking transaction ids:IGO6396554, IGO6395927 and IGO6548018 respectively, have been pending for 18 hours now. Each of Rs.50..total of Rs.150. I have sent 10-15 emails to your customer care service, since you people have no helpline number. I have yet to recieve a reply or refund or even an unsuccessful recharge email. What the hell is going on? I want my cash back! Look into it and investigate please!!

          I have tried to recharge the prepaid mobile no.[protected] from the paytm.com for two times from my Bank of Maharashtra debit card but for the both times amount Rs.135 and Rs.135 debited from my account and neither the mobile is recharged nor the amount Rs.135 and Rs.135 credited in my account. so please credit the above said amount in my Bank account...

            I recharged Rs. 500 from my credit card PFB details of the same Paytm order no:[protected] Recharge of TataSky DTH [protected] HDFC Bank Transaction Id: xxxxxxxxxxx5107 Date and time - 23 Nov'13, 3:34 pm I also have a pdf copy of the receipt. This amount is still not reflected on my account and my Tatasky account is likely to be temporarily suspended and Paytm will be responsible for the same. Looking forward to an early resolution!

                Hi,
                I recharged my mobile no. [protected] on 4-Nov-13 via PAYTM (order no.[protected]. They deducted my amount but there was no recharge in my mobile. When I made a complaint regarding that to PAYTM (complaint no.[protected], they told me that recharge was successful from their side and asked me to contact my operator. When I contacted to my operator i got to know that there was no recharge on 04- Nov-2013. I send this mail (from idea) to PAYTM and asked them their answer. But now they are not replying my any of mail.
                This is not about the money; this is about the poor service of PAYTM. Pls solve my case.

                We understand it could have gone due to an accident. However, being a third party recharge website, we are not authorized to revert for any transaction once processed successfully. You may contact your operator to ask them to take appropriate action on this issue.

                  Hi Team I did an unsuccessful transaction twice through Paytm App on my Windows phone on 10th/11th Oct while on 2 occassions the money got deducted from my account. Then I went to the website, where there was an option to transfer "Paytm cash" back to my account. The website promises to refund the amount in Max.21 days but the amount not returned till now.                     Dear Friends After 2 years i have also problem with Pay TM .com On the date of 23 oct 2013 i was make a online recharge of my videocon Mobile No. [protected] with Rs. 17 and the Order No. was #[protected] after making the payment i receive a massage that transaction is complete but i was not receive any amount in Mobile Balance . for that i make a complaint by mail to the company ( i was shocked that same time i was trying 2 times, on first they refund the money after that i try again but still no money refunded ) .                               I’m sorry that the payment for your mobile # [protected] did not happen. In fact our system received a delayed response from your bank’s online system stating the amount has been deducted from your account. As soon as I realized what had happened I initiated a transfer back to your bank account. I do feel awful about this terrible mix up as this is not acceptable by Paytm standards and we are working on fixing this.

                              I know you’ll be worried if you don’t see the amount in your bank account immediately, but don’t worry as it may take up to 21 days to reflect in your account.

                              I installed my paytm to use to buy some important goods for urgent purpose. I tried to add INR 1000 to my paytm account.                               Hello Sir, this is Sayan Bhowmick, a fellow user of PayTm, a/c no- [protected].
                              Today, around 8.38 pm, I sent ₹500 using PayTm BHIM UPI money transfer facility to one of my friend, named Rupkumar Biswas, on his UPI id - [protected]@ybl. I was facing some network issue then, & while checking the data connection settings, suddenly the data connection got disconnected by mistake while the transaction process was still processing. After re enabling the data connection, I found that the money has been deducted from my PayTm savings account, but unfortunately the receiver didn't receive the money. Also, I didn't get any confirmation message or any kind of messages on my PayTm linked mobile number regarding the payment process.
                              So, in this scenario, kindly help this poor guy to get back the money which the receiver didn't get, but got deducted from my account.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, On 11th of September , I recharged my TATA PHOTON PLUS DATA CARD from the site "www.paytm.com". They immediately deducted balance of INR 255 from my bank account , But till now i haven't recieved any balance in my TATA PHOTON PLUS DATA CARD. Then I called TATA PHOTON PLUS customer care and found no recharge was done by site "www.paytm.com". My order no. is[protected]. Then I checked customer care number of paytm site on internet but didn't got. So i wrote a complaint email to the paytm customer support, but its now 4 days gone & haven't received any reply from paytm. Infact their site is also not working now.                                     I have sent couple of mails to [protected]@paytm.com. No proper response .

                                    My bank says only the merchant can provide the refund .

                                    I have provided all trace numbers that the bank has provided to paytm no proper response yet.

                                      On 2nd September 2013, I try to recharge my mobile no. [protected] online with paytm (using facebook login). My Rs. 200 got transferred to paytm account instead of recharge my mobile. I send an email to customer care and he suggested some steps to recharge using balance amount from paytm account but again my rs.100/- got transferred to paytm account and no recharge. Then i send them below email and waiting for reply - "As i had followed the following instructions given by you in previous email and again my Rs. 100/- got transferred to paytm account instead of recharge my mobile now its became Rs. 200 /- as balance, please see in attached screen shot. Again you advised to follow the same steps to make me fool. I request you to either refund my Rs.200 to back my credit card account or just recharge my mobile with same amount withing 2 hrs. Otherwise i am forwarding this email to RBI as well as all legal department.................of India."
