Hi Team I did an unsuccessful transaction twice through Paytm App on my Windows phone on 10th/11th Oct while on 2 occassions the money got deducted from my account. Then I went to the website, where there was an option to transfer "Paytm cash" back to my account. The website promises to refund the amount in Max.21 days but the amount not returned till now. Recharge shows successful but not get credited

Sir/Madam, I recharged my aircel no. [protected] with Rs. 62 from paytm using Central Banki of India Net Banking. Recharge made was shown successfull but actually it was not credited to my mobile.
