I ordered debit card for my paytm Banks account but after waiting for alkmost 15 days my order got cancelled without my consent and this has been done few times before.

And when i complain to customer care i do not recieve any resolution after wasting my 2 hours on call.

Worst company to order is paytm.

Pathethic service

VSS needs to wake up otherwise he will be dommed soon.
I had an offer from Gaana app that is payment is done through paytm, there is 70%off. So I paid through AXIS internet banking the amount of 299. But Neither Gaana app got subscribed nor I got my cash back to wallet. Even the pass book shows no entry of this

    Money was detucted from my paytm wallet but not shown in my bank account.. Please refund my money into my paytm wallet or bank account.. And please solve the problem as much as possible... On 17th night at 8:00pm money was transferred from my paytm wallet to my bank account.. And please provide customer care numbers for users... Still my money was not shown in my account...

On 17th night at 8:00pm sending the money from my paytm wallet to the bank.. But money didnt shown in my bank account... Please refund my money into my account...     Money has been debited for paying water bill for Bangalore water board but bill not paid and money has not refunded since 5days . But informed as bill is paid and no transaction id also.it is 3180 rupees. No clarity given to me. Please help me for money. I'm from Hyderabad and my bank is Central Bank of India at Hyderabad branch

      For placing an order i added money from my bank to paytm wallet. Transaction failed but my money was decucted. This happened on 17th feb 2017.
      Nam e: neebesh behera.

      I received a message from paytm that money may be refunded if transaction fails. No further info after that. While raising this issue in paytm suport they are simply deleting my issue..

      I had gave a complaint in paytm also but they did not respond to my complaint. and also they will reply that contact the branch also. It is not a fair reply to a customer. They will always do this and they will reply that the problem is solved. Complaint give to paytm.

        Paytm is fraud don't accept payment from it i have received payment of 2000 rs the sender did the fraud with paytm and paytm has bloked my account due to their fault my wallet has more than 12000 rs. I have complained many times paytm is asking sender's bank statement and wallet statement how can someone provide sender's bank details. I have sent all the kyc documents but no response

          I added money to my wallet using my credit card, 2 times, but after the transaction was completed, I received 2 Paytm Gift Vouchers. I had not opted for it. I requested to credit back the amount to my card, canceling the mistake they had done. but they have even removed that option from their website. it was there till yesterday. now they removed it, hence after the repeated raising of complain they are not crediting it back to my card(payment Medium). hence I require my refund. please help me.

              Dear Paytm, Hereby I filled 1600 to my paytm wallet on 16th Feb 2018 but unfortunately its has been gone to Paytm Gift Vouchers, this is first time its happening to me... So I request you to pay back to my credit credit card or please add it to paytm wallet, I called you several times ... but non of you are attending my call and can i know what is the right no to reach you or to tlak to you... y you have not given a perfect NO to your customer so they can contact you... pls do note my Transaction ID [protected] or pls call me [protected], I am not understating why you are not helping your customer. pls do call or refund my amount to my wallet or to my credit card pls.

                      Respected sir i beg to say that paytm is really worst service they daily changes there rule of trasition charge. Last time before 10 days i transfer my from my vpaytm wallet to paytm account they can't take charges bt today's 18/02/2018 today he takes trasition charge on 1000 rs 29. They tell to customer about changement in rules their service really worst. Sometime they take charge sometime. This is really worst. Please sir do something.

                        I had tried ordering medicines through netmeds website using paytm gateway. However, the payment got deducted from the debit card and order was not placed.
                        However, i had also received message from paytm " your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs. 2330.23 on paytm against order id nms[protected]w. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled.

                        However, no amount has been reversed yet.

                        Kindly reverse the payment immediately.

                        Its an emergency. I am a 7 months pregnant woman who had ordered medicines as couldn't go out for medicines, but all efforts in vain.

                          I have done 600+ upi transactions on 11th and 12th february 2018 on paytm bhim upi but cashback not added in paytm wallet. They added cashback for 13th and 14th february upi transactions i have done. They are cheated with customers. They have also not credited my 3rd january upi transactions cashback.                               On feb 16th i added rs.1000 to my paytm wallet to send to my friend. But the money got added as some junk gift voucher which i can't use to send money to my friend. Now i have no way to even contact the customer support.

                              If i navigate to raise a ticket with contact us, then i have some 4 pre defined options for which there is some pre defined answers and no way yo raise ticket for gift voucher issues. And there is no way to speak to customer support in phone also. I dropped mail to [protected]@paytm.com and got reply this mail is not monitored. Frustrated.

                              Now i'm not able to transfer this money. This is completely fraudulent activity from paytm. Add this balance to my wallet account and allow me to send this money to my friend.

                                I would like to submit a complaint regarding not received payment in my bank acccount as i registered as paytm merchant app.

                                I received payment by mobile no. [protected] by scaning qr code in my merchant account. Transaction was done on 22 january 2018 of the amount was rs 20000

                                Amount must be settled on 23rd january 2018 but paytm merchant officers not credited the amount in my bank account.

                                I have tried to call and send mail to them but they are not able to settled my amount in my bank account.

                                So i am requesting to you kindly help me to get back my amount in my bank account.

                                    My money rupees 400 had been debited from my bank account but not been credited into my paytm wallet.. we are middle class people, how can one cope up with these things. ! please kindly help me and resolve these issues !                                       On feb 17 2018, i tried to book my train ticket in irctc website using my debit card in "paytm gateway"

                                      Money got debited from bank account and transaction was rejected. Only the transaction id was displayed.

                                      I missed my tatkal train ticket as well as my hard earned money.

                                      "paytm payment gateway" have very weak third party gateway, which is not secure as well as transaction fails most of the time.

                                      I need immediate refund for my payment which was done on (17.02.2017)

                                      I called 139 helpline, but no response. I tried other railway helplines, but no response, only call is getting disconnected automatically.

                                      I tried more than 100 times to contact their customer care number[protected] which is only ivr format, also trains helping lines[protected]. There the customer care executive is unable to resolve my issue, even though i spoke to senior executive. They again ask me to call[protected] number only.

                                      I mailed my concern to them, my email was not sent and got an automated message saying that, *they do not read emails now*

                                      I made payment of amount rs.845/- which is now in paytm pocket and still unable to reach them and suffering.

                                        Dear all,

                                        Last sunday (11. February.2018) i tried to book metro rail ticket through paytm.
                                        Wallet money was deducted.

                                        But qr ticket was neither generated nor money was refunded in paytm wallet.

                                        I raised ticket towards them. They replied that they would be resolving this in 48 hours.

                                        Now it is a week. So far they have not solved the problem. Everytime when i ask the status, they reply that issue will be solved in 48 hours.
