I have purchased a safari flipper strolley bag which order no. Is [protected]. Any how the promo code could not be applied and the order was booked. So i contacted with customer care and they confirmed that they will add the cashback of inr. 2563, in line to the on-going mega70 cash back promo code. That will be added to my paytm account once the item will be delivered. For this i have to acknowledged replying the mail. I have replied to the mail that the item has been delivered, please process the cash back. But no reply now. The worst pat is your customer service where no one cant talk wit the customer care at the. No one call back also. Please acknowledge the mail and provide me my cash back amount. Sir I am unable to add money in my paytm wallet from my bank account as it shows that your bank system are overloaded. also I am unable to do my mobile recharge through my paytm wallet even I have enough money in my paytm wallet and the same error is shown again . Please solve my problem as soon as possible ...

I had added 5000 rupees in my paytm wallet with my canara bank debit card on 24 dec 2016.my money was deducted by bank but paytm showed me the transaction was declind by bank.My money was is deducted but paytm did not update my money in wallet.Even though i can not get the deducted money.please help me as soon as possible.
