[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Missing Product | |||||
Here My Order No is [protected]. In which i have ordered multiple items from different sellers. From a seller named 'Dabur New U' i have purchased two items. One a Lakme nail polish and Two a Lakme LIpstick. I was supposed to receive these two items at once and when i have received it and opened the box it only contains one item that is Nail color and my lipstick was missing. But paytm confirmed the order receipt of both items. I have been complaining them ever since. this is Ridiculous, They don't give the customer chance to talk with their customer care. they only say is write to us write to us. Well i have been writing to you and in one complaint a customer care is getting my problem and telling me they'll resolve it which is not happening and in other they haven't even getting my problem they're keep saying the product is delivered by a damn courier. They don't have a Proper way of responding to their customers, i agree. IN Amazon like sites you will get multiple ways to get response which is awesome. You can chat with the customer care or call or mail. Even every other shopping sites atleast give their customer a chance to interact directly through phone like Snapdeal, Myntra, Flipkart, Jabong, Limeroad, even their Freecharge. They need to change this or nobody will feel safe to shop there anymore like i did.
