Paytm Mobile Solutions — movie cancellation protect | |||
I booked for a movie ticket on a sunday 26/08/2018 and i have been charged a cancellation protect fee of rs 105 which i did not select. Either it is automatically added (Hidden) trade malpractice. Paytm is not allowing for a refund of this even after request. This comes under trade malpractice. I do not know whether the institutions checks these malpractices or not. I transfer money to my paytm wallet but it wasnot come and money is deducted from my bank a/c. It is my request to you please give money back or debit my wallet.
