My friend has transfered money to me on paytm, she has a transaction details and i have shared that successfull transaction details to paytm because i have not received the money she transfered, as i h complaint before a week and have a long conversation on mail with customer care but they are not listening. I got a link and I did as they suggested in the paytm app. After that I get one transaction ID with an amount of Rs. 10403/- and got a message that the amount will be credited with in 5days. Is it true? Else what?

Vide your Receipt of Order ID # [protected], for payment to IGL Gas Bill Rs.910/= has not been transferred to IGL which is still showing this due .
