    Paytm has incorrectly linked [protected] number to my email id [protected]@gmail.com.Over 60 emails exchanged between me and paytm, still issue not resolved.They have wrongly transferred my money rs311.45 to [protected] instead of my number [protected].After following up, they have transferred only rs300 to my mobile [protected].When I'm asking them to transfer the balance amount rs11.45 they are asking to provide the details of mobile [protected] which doesn't even belong to me. When I spoke to the customer service representative 3 times, they confessed that they have wrongly linked [protected] to my email id [protected]@gmail.com and that they will rectify it soon. But they haven't and still asking me to provide the details of the transaction done in this mobile in order to transfer my money back to my mobile number [protected]. I can't do that as mobile number [protected] doesn't belong to me. It's paytm fault and they need to rectify this error made at their end. There are 2 tickets raised by paytm for this query 21027096 and 22239843. Please go through all the emails exchanged and I've also attached all the screenshots in my emails which clearly shows the remaining balance I had in December end 2016 and then I got msg from paytm asking to re-register once again as my paytm has expired. Since then the balance in my account is showing nill and I've been following up since more than 2 months to get this resolved. Their customer service representatives are useless as they don't understand customer queries, they don't know how to work on the issues for resolution, they don't know how to reply to customer email. I'm extremely disappointed with such type of pathetic service by paytm. Not going to refer paytm to any of my friends and relatives. Have already asked them to uninstall paytm. Also please note there are several people who are facing this fraud by paytm which involves huge money and they will be approaching consumer court and police to give complaint. 2 of my neighbours are also facing this fraud by paytm and have already filed an fir in police. They are working on it and have recovered half the amount of 5000. The remaining amount has been incorrectly transferred by paytm to someone elses mobile number and it's been worked upon for resolution.

    If they don't get my issue resolved immediately, I'm going to approach consumer court and police for this fraud. Doesn't matter if it's small amount. But what paytm are doing is fraud and they need to pay for it.

    Been trying to call their customer service number and there isn't any options to speak to the customer service representative at all. What sort of customer service are they providing??? Rubbish.

    Please help in getting my issue resolved.

      so please check the transaction and refund my amount to my bank account only because i have all ready paid cesc bill from their site.

        Please note that there has been several mail follow ups with Paytm for my refund of Rs646 which was eventually lost overnight on 17.02.17. Though they have agreed about the balance but purportedly not transferring the same in my account for last 4-5 days even after several follow ups. I believe the team that sits in their office is trained to do this. One important observation is that they are not responding on my last reverted mail instead generating a fresh mail and inspite of my replies they are refraining to answer.Its really irritating to follow up on regular basis and ridiculous for such a fraud company to exist today in teh new era of digitilisation. I think this should be seriously taken up to the maximum authority and they should be highly penalised for such fraudulent activities. No wonder what they do with peoples hard earned money when the same isnt tracked by them.

                Paytm people sent me a mail stating that they checked with the merchant and money is credited to the merchant. When I asked the number of the merchant they said they dont have the contact details.
                PAYTM is lying as well now. they do not have the number then how can they confirm about the money credited or not.
                I have booked trimmer Philips QT4000 /15 Pro Skin Advanced Trimmer For Men (Black) amount has been deducted from account also even i tried to call to [protected] but switch off here iam enclosing copy which i received mail when I Booked

                        Ordered Crustal Digital finger grip ring stand with hook mobile holder.
                        After waiting for 3 days received a low quality product with brand name "oppo" on it which was supposed to be along with a hook, it was missing. The image on the website is purely misleading.
                        The cost of the product is Rs. 184.
                        Looks like a bad quality complementary gift from oppo is being sold to people through paytm.
                        I have cancelled my above order id. I would like to know upto when can I expect the refund amount to be credit in my account?

                          This is regarding order no [protected] -" Protoner 50 kg with 8 in 1 Bench home gym package", I have received the product today, however following two items are missing:
                          1. Straight rod
                          2. Curl rod
                          Instead of these two I have received a extra bench-stand. Please refer product description for the order placed for more clarity.
                          This service from paytm is really acceptable, I am disappointed and dissatisfied by their service.

                          I asked to arrange a reverse pickup for the wrong item delivered and deliver the right item ASAP, also I want the valid compensation for the pathetic service and mistake from Paytm end.
                          Paytm Customer Support asked me to return the whole order, but I don't want to return the whole product, I need the replacement of wrong item which is extra bench-stand delivered of the order ie 1 out of 5 items from the order.

                          I need the replacement for extra bench-stand with curl rod and straight rod
                          I have attached the pictures of the items delivered for your reference. Please expedite on this. Please call ASAP with the required solutions.

                                  THIS above seller is cheating with customer, PayTm is showing discounts and offers online and behind that cheating with customer to delivering used and faulty product, before 10 min. I have received my product(mobile phone) as i opened package I could have seen its used product, head phones are different that asus, mobile has crashes on side, when I switched on mobile its started blinking with round blue circle on top of screen.
                                  Online shopping platform has to registerd only quality seller not cheaters, Rudra is a Big cheator and PayTm hi his business Partner so PayTm is also cheator simultaneous ..never trust on PayTm for online shopping.
                                  Its just ok for Recharge. Don't trust anymore on PayTm.

                                        Dear sir
                                        This is my second effort to register my complain.
                                        Earlier your office offered wrong solution and whatever they have taught me to get the statement of january 2017 through "passbook" is wrong and is not working at all.
                                        Earlierly your portal and app both were offering the facility to download monthly statement of our transactions. Since last 1 month or so; your portal as well as the app is not offering this monthly statement now.
