Hi, I have paid amount of 763rs for my post paid mobile bill payment, amount was deducted from my saving bank account but still my post paid mobile bill payment showing pending. Requesting you refund mentioned amount in to the my account. My post paid mobile no: +91 [protected] Kindly find the attachment of transaction details. Please help to me. I have explained the issue so many times to these Paytm customer care, but still they do not go through history and keep asking same question and no proper response. This is so frustrating and i need to escalate.
