Sir I m Vikas Gupta please give me my refund .You say 7working days having your solution but today's now is 16 days refund is not successful in my account I m giving lots of complaint but Paytm is giving me reply .You said discuss on bank I also daily discuss bank manager .But he said that Paytm not send ur 4500 refund in bank .

I have try to add money in paytm wallet 15 Dec 2016 Using Order No: [protected] and Bank reference Number:[protected]. But my 200 Rs. Not refunded yet not added in my wallet. Please take action ASAP

I booked 2 movie tickets on 19th December at 11 pm, the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet, but I have not received movie tickets till date. Kindly resolve this issue at earliest. The system of paytm for resolving grievances is very pathetic. Need to be tackled properly.. Somya Choubey
