I successfully send 10000 rs last night at 2 am from paytm upi to phonepe upi but in the same paytm payments bank account. Money deducted from the account but has not received yet. I tried to call paytm but they did not receive my call.. I also raise a complaint in the provided help section but it already 30 hours passed but i have not received the cash yet... Please help

    Hi,

    I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm from icici bank a/c and the amount debited inr 315 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund. The message received from my bank as below:

    Dear customer, txn of inr 315.00 done via debit card of acct xx8766 on 02-jul-18. Info: min*ptm*irctc. Avbl bal:inr xxxx. For dispute, call xxxx.

    The IRCTC payment status changed into late confirmation received from bank and the amount is refunded to the bank after 5 days Paytm refunded my money back. But the ticket is not booked due to the late confirmation of payment.

      I, ayushi sharma, resident of ghaziabad, u. P., want to say that i had filed complaint 3 times in april 2018 i. E. On 13, 17 and 28 april 2018 regarding fraud transactions from my sbi bank account of total 66, 025 rs. From 14 march to 28 march 2018 by debit card as a code othpg[protected]paytm noida, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm noida, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm noida, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm noida, othpg[protected]one97 communications lnoida, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm noida, othpg[protected]paytm. With the complaint details i had attached my bank details and transaction details in image format. I am again attaching the same details here also.
      I request you to look into this matter and refund the money into my account. Inform me regarding the issue on my mail id given below with my name.

I have tried by calling to the query number u have provided but it doesn't send any otp to my registered number so please kindly accept my query and give a solution to access my registered account.           Yesterday i paid 7555 rs for a subscription from iastopper.com, and paid the payment via paytm, money got deducted from my account, and i also got the msg of successful transaction with reference id[protected] from bank, but it is showing that your order has been cancelled

          I got the msg from bank that your transaction is successful with paytm mobile solutions with reference id[protected].

              Please refer to transaction ID [protected] dated 22.06.2018 for Rs 3755 to Rannalla Retail Private Limited. The item ordered was not in stock so they refunded my money.
              However till date funds have not been credited in to my wallet. Please refund the same asap.

                Yesterday 29 june my friend sent me 3500 rs through paytm upi address [protected]@upi
                But till the date i didn't receive my money
                Fund transfer complete shows on sender account, and fund also deducted from the account but i haven't received money i am sending you the screen shots of such transaction,
                Please give my money back

                But paytm team says that money transfer has been successfully done.

                  Dear team on 24 june i have booked the order vivibright gp 100 3000 lumens projector via paytm and i got delivery date of 29 june, on 29 june i got the message from paytm that your order will be delivered now on 30 june so i was waiting after that i got one more message your will be delivered on 29 june today via delhivery. So your agent call me to confirm my address after he come he give me small thin envelope so i said him i bought a projector from paytm he said this is your order. I got a memory card on behalf of projector what is this i have paid 2999 rs from my paytm wallet prepaid and you give me a 300 rs price memory card i got worng product please return it and send me my vivibright gp 100 3000 lumens projector. Please find attachment i have send you images of packet which i have got from paytm please return my amount or my projector. And your couriers still not reverse pick for packet

                  Same thing has happened to me, pattm has sent me memory card instead of Projectors that I had ordered. This is cheating by Paytm and they are getting away with it.

                    I had placed an order on paytm with an intent to but the item. I did not
                    Raise a cancellation on your app or website. Kindly answer my below
                    Questions
                    * how did the order get cancelled?
                    * if you cannot service the paytm order, then why do you release such
                    Fraudulent coupons. I know the order is cancelled cause of the coupon code
                    Used which gives 55% cash back which paytm cannot afford.
                    * also answer, why should i bear the charges for transferring the
                    Money that i have received as cash back to my savings account in the event
                    When paytm does a fraud.

                      This is becoming a regular issue with Paytm. They have deducted a Total of Rs 2644 from my State Bank account but the electricity bill hasn't been paid yet. Paytm is becoming so unsafe to use. This is the second issue I am facing in this week. My Paytm account no. Is [protected]. I look forward to prompt resolution.

                        I had ordered for Bluetooth headset on Paytm and finished my payment, there was also some offer of cashback running with I availed, order was placed successfully, money was paid via debit card and item was confirmed and shipped however the Paytm cancelled the item on its own, while I try to contact customer care through difficulty they mentioned that item was out of stock, so seller had cancelled the order, A)how the item which is out of stock be dispatched, and I rechecked on the website the item was still in stock however at an higher price now, the Paytm/seller felt they could cancel and cheat the customer
                        B) Paytm owes its customers the product not just the money refunds, why to waste the valuable time of customer when you're not ready to be on the promise of item..

                          Sir I have transferred money from my SBI account to paytm payments payments bank account using TEZ app and I have received notification from paytm application saying that you have reeived 5003 from pardhasaradhi also but when I open my paytm savings bank account it us not reflecting over there ! Pls help me Its not a small amount when I call to customer care they are saying to call to upi section but yhey arent lifting .                             I had ordered a moto Z2 play and while booking my order i was shown a cash back option of ₹5500 after applying some promo code and i opted for it . After 2 days they automatically cancelled my order without my consent and started the refund process. After i reached to the customer care they are saying that there was some technical issue with that promo code at that time, so we cant process your request and advised to place the order again with giving higher price. And now the offer is not there and i have to place the order again at higher price. How could they change that after placing a successful order. What do i do.

                                  I recharged a wrong phone number by mistake and tried to ask for help from paytm to which paytm replied by sending the reference number and asking to consult my service provider but my service provider (Airtel) customer care said that the recharges through paytm are third party recharge and these recharges can't be reversed so i know that my money is gone but i request paytm to resolve this problem to protect its customer's money in future.

                                    I tried to add money in my wallet to paytm but failed, but my savings account had been debited:

                                    Your SBI A/c has been debited with INR 500.00 on 20-Jun2-2018 at 10:05:19 and account paytm.[protected]@axisbank has been credited. UPI Ref no.[protected]

                                    Paytm still hasn't reflected any money in my account. This has happened several times and there is no option to talk to the customer care directly. Kindly address this issue.

                                      I have placed one order from paytm with 50% discount but after shipping the order they have canceled the order saying they have added that coupon my mistake/technical issue but that coupon was available on their site for 2 days. I have wasted 2-3 hour selecting the best product and now they are asking me to place that order again but without adding any coupon.

                                        I was paying my electricity bill when the transaction failed due to some issues. So i tried again and the bill got paid. But i got an smss saying the money had been deducted twice from my bank account. The amount didn't show in my paytm balance neither did i get a refund. Since the first transaction was a failure and the amount wasn't added to my paytm balance either, i want a refund of the amount at the earliest.
                                        Hope paytm looks into the matter as soon as possible and takes quick action.
