Dear sir/medam Ir i am narendar reddy. On 12th january 2017 i use to add money in paytm wallet with my bank sbh ac no [protected] for 2000/- Paytm order [protected] and dc transaction no [protected] this transaction is faild but moey debited in my account.. After 5 days i complaint to paytm in mail... They replied me that we are refunded ur money in ur bank account and your bank has shared a refrence number (Arn or rrn no.30001270127012136779665) as a prof of successful refund with us... O i went to bank with this refrence number and gave a written complaint.. They check that details and said that ur paytm has not refund ur money in bank plz ask to paytm only... I purchased a product(Gloves) from paytm the order no is [protected] on 10/01/17. Due to their courier partner misbehave I cancelled.blue dart told me that they lost item so they can't deliver me.so I cancel the product they are not refunding my balance when I trying paytm customer care are not responding and not refunding the balance.

I jitender choudhary booked train ticket by paytm using my mobile number [protected]. Train was cancelled by railway and IRCTC made refund of full ticket amount but paytm has not credited in my wallet since 6 jan.
