Paytm Mobile Solutions — Regarding blocked account | |
During login i am getting message of account blocked since 8thJan'2017 i am mailing daily to paytm customer care for my blocked account but till date there is no reply from them nor my account is been unblocked, also no reason for blocking my account. My registered mobile no is [protected]. there is balance of Rs. 883/- in my account. i cannot access my account nor unblock from forget password option. Was this information helpful? | |

My money has been deducted from my wallet as well from debit card but my train ticket has not been booked my ord id is#[protected]

Vide booking id number 89837 on 28.12.2016, it was intimated that about order status. the order status was shown as FAILURE.
THOUGH THE ABOUT OF RS. 440/- WAS DEBITED FROM BY AXIS BANK ACCOUNT.
ON REACHING CINEMA HALL I WAS ASKED TO BUY TICKETS AS ONLINE BOOKING WAS NOT COMPLETED.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO REFUND MY ABOVE AMOUNT
