Paytm — money not transferred to beneficiary account

I had transferred rs. 1200 on 17th may'18 which got deducted from my bank account but was not credited to the beneficiaries account. Not getting proper resolution on this issue from last 1 month instead of sharing all the bank details and screenshots of transaction, they are just forwarding auto emails on paytm. I send an amount of Rs. 50, 000/- to Mr. Ram Charan vide UPI reference ID[protected] on 02 Jun, 2018 at 07:11 PM through [protected]@paytm which is not delivered to him yet.

It is therefore, requested to return back the amount of Rs. 50, 000/- in my paytm account No. [protected]@paytm, urgently.
