Paytm — Non - refund of cashback to paytm wallet as promised. | |||||
I am abhishekh pandey from bathinda. I have paytm account with mobile no. [protected] and e-mail id [protected]@yahoo.In. On 17.05.2016 while i was ordering pizza online through dominos.Co.In i ordered items fro rs. 825. While payment, there was offer of 50 % cash back if paid through paytm wallet. I took the offer and made payment of 825 through my paytm wallet of above said account. Through fpt [protected] and txn id [protected]. I ordered for dominos through my friends account bearing cont. No. [protected] (Name khader hussain) through dominos trace no. 56072600. And fpt [protected]. But even after 24 hours i havent got my cash back as promised. This is not justified as i am entitled to 50 % cash back. Paytm has to refund cash back in to my wallet as promised or else it should be prepared to face legal consequences.
