Paytm — Non - refund of cashback to paytm wallet as promised. | |||||
I am abhishekh pandey from bathinda. I have paytm account with mobile no. [protected] and e-mail id [protected]@yahoo.In. On 17.05.2016 while i was ordering pizza online through dominos.Co.In i ordered items fro rs. 825. While payment, there was offer of 50 % cash back if paid through paytm wallet. I took the offer and made payment of 825 through my paytm wallet of above said account. Through fpt [protected] and txn id [protected]. I ordered for dominos through my friends account bearing cont. No. [protected] (Name khader hussain) through dominos trace no. 56072600. And fpt [protected]. But even after 24 hours i havent got my cash back as promised. This is not justified as i am entitled to 50 % cash back. Paytm has to refund cash back in to my wallet as promised or else it should be prepared to face legal consequences. Muje mere fraud ka refund chaiye ...kyuki ye fraud mere saath AAP ki wajah se hua hai ...mere internal information leak ki h aapne like mobile no., Name, and place, and date of purchasing item in paytm and also amount ...otherwise kisi Ko na pta tha meri purchasing unhe kaise pta LGA .muje mera refund dijiye otherwise I will strictly action against Paytm
