I had transfered 1350 amount to my bank account . i complained many times regarding this issue but they didnt reply me positively . they are asking me to contact my bank . with transaction number but my bank executive said that it is a third party transfer we cant do anything . i also sent my bank account statement and my paytm wallet statement to paytm also they didnt respond positively

    I had ordered 2 (two) packets of dog food each of 3 kgs.(Royal Canin German shepherd Junior) on 31.07.2015 for Rs. 3138/- in prepaid mode. The consignment was delivered on 07.08.2015, but after opening of outer cover it was found that only one packet delivered. The invoice on the outer cover showed 2 (two) quantities, but delivery made of only one quantity. I registered my complaint immediately at the given customer care email id, i.e., [protected]@paytm.com on 07.08.2015. They asked for pictures of the product and cover which I send them without any delay.Again on 08.08.2015 received a mail to wait for next 72 hours but they have not contacted me till 11.08.2015. I have been cheated by this site.

            Hi, My ORDER NO.[protected]. I placed it on 29 Jul '15 7:57 pm. I received the product on 1st August.. The product was scratched mark and unsealed. I have not received any accessories with it. I marked for the return on same day. PayTm did not picked up the product. I dropped the email and now they are saying that return is rejected. My money has been blocked by those people.

              I have received a message on 7th and 9th august 2015 that my SBI Debit Card 519XXX1330 was used for purchase worth Rs.606.84 on POS 00005077 at Billdesk.com_Billpay IN txn#[protected] and[protected]. But I have to inform you that I have not made any payment on either 7th & 9th August 2015. Billdesk till writing of this letter has not clarified anything. Order Number: MPtkt – [protected]. • Order was placed for IFB EVA Aqua SX 6 kg Front Load Fully Automatic Washing Machine (Silver) (Item # [protected]) • Product received IFB EVA SX 6 Kg (Wrong Product with Lot of Damages). • Product delivered on[protected]. • First complain was done on[protected] to PayTM via mail. • Photo of damage was also sent via mail. • After many follow up Return request was taken on[protected]. Return Ticket #[protected] for Order # [protected]. Even after the return request was made, the pick up is still pending.                     I have ordered an AC from payTM on 8 July 2015 by paying the money on prepaid basis. On 9th July 2015, I had cancelled the AC order.
                    Post cancellation of the order, I mailed to paytm ([protected]@paytm.com) asking for my refund for the cancelled order and the reverse pick up for the AC delivered. Paytm had asked me to share the images of the product to process the refund. I immediately shared the images of the product (in packed original condition) and invoice.
                    After receiving no reply from the Paytm post sharing of images, I contacted their customer care helpline no. where the executives had assured me about the return of the product within a week. After getting the assurance and confirmation from her, I purchased another AC from the local merchant and got that installed.
                    After getting the other AC installed and waiting for a week, I hadn't received any communication form the paytm. Then I started too push the paytm further to process my refund asap to which they kept on asking for some time. Then on 02 Aug 2015, I have received a mail from paytm saying that my money would be refunded but after some more wait. I have kept my patience thereafter.
                    After all these events and waiting time, now paytm is refusing to accept the return by saying that it's a heavy good and a non-cancellable non-returnable item.
                    I countered them by saying that if this was the case then they should have informed on the first day itself when I conformed them before going ahead with the installation of other AC. But they are not ready to listen.
                    This AC is of no use to me now.
                    However, it is clearly mentioned on the payTM website that payTM would accept the returns no question asked.

                    PayTM is pure fraud.. All the return polcies they mention in their website is just to make you buy..Once you buy something your money is gone for nothing...

                    They dont even have a customer care where you can call and speak..
                    Their mode of communication to customers is only by email which are computerized template mails.

                    People who use paytm for 50 or 100 rs recharges may have got offers and didnt face issues but Paytm is actually
                    keeping it clean for the reason to make customers use their site.

                    They solely depend on looting big amounts from customers through selling products.
                    Am 100 % sure they are fraud.

                    I purchased a Adcom mobile which came without battery..I asked for refund. Couple of times I got email asking for pics of mobile.I sent.. There after no communications what so ever.. I mailed them 10 times.. Then they sent me an apologize message and assurance that it wont happen again and that they look forward to see me again on PayTM and also they mentioned they cant do anything for the missing battery.. OMG. They looted money and they expect me agai for next purchase..
                    PayTM is oure Fraud..

                    People who use paytm f50 or 100 rps recharges may not have experienced issues but that is intentionally kept clean by Paytm for attracting customers to their portal..

                    They loot all money through selling products to customers..

                    They dont even have a customer care where we can call and speak.
                    The only mode of communication they use is by email.

                    I purchased an ADCOM mobile which was delivered without battery from Paytm.
                    I mailed them raising a complaint.

                    Twice They asked me to send pics of mobile I got. I sent both times.
                    There after they left me orphan.
                    I kept mailing them 10 times in 30 days though I didnt get a single response..
                    At last they mailed me saying that they cant do anything this time rather they will apologize for the mistake and ensue it wont happen again and also that they look forward for my next purchase at Paytm ..

                    This can be the worst response even to be recorded in the history of online selling..
                    what a way to tease customers.. they looted my money and boldly replying that they look forward for my next visit..

                    Guys yes I agree there are/will be customers not satsfied or got wrong products in other online sellers too because it happens once in a while.. But PayTM is pure fraud who is meant for cheating.. am sure 100 %.. I know this from the way of response they provided..

                      I have done recharge of 52 rs and it was showing full talktime on site but it something done false recharge by Airtel and now PayTm and Airtel both have denied for this mistake. I am really frustrated with this type of fraud. When I buy something online then they guarantee that it has safe business but now this is just worst case. Please help if anybody can or just don't trust this type of fraud sites.

                        Hello sir I booked 3 ticket from pune to Bangalore for the same bus n due to technical problem the bus was cancelled so when I asked for refund then PAYTM chat.service agent told me only one seat can get full refund n other two have not cancelled by bus operater, how is did possible if bus was cancelled then how the two ticket was not cancelled, for more info I will send u the order ID from PAYTm [protected], [protected], [protected].this are three ID of three ticket from same bus, plss I request u give me full refund of all three ticket as soon as possible, thank you

                          I have transferred my 5000/- Rs from paytm wallet to bank account in march and its been 5 months i have not received my money in bank account but money is deducted from paytm wallet . I have written many mails to paytm customer care providing all the information they requested. They said their team is working on it from past 2 months . Its is the worst costumer experience I have encountered . You at least owe a explanation to your customers .

                                Hello, I have ordered Seagate slim plus 1tb external hard disk dated 31-July-15 with order#[protected]. Product was delivered on 03-Aug-15 however product stopped working from very next day. I have raised a complaint on 04-Aug-15 however Paytm is not ready to replace the product nor refund instead i was suggest to contact the Seagate service centre to claim warranty which is ridiculous. Firstly faulty product been sent by Paytm which is a mistake from their end and that needs to corrected. Their customer service is pathetic. I had a horrible experience

                                  Sir, I have ordered one Protoner 20Kg Weight Lifting Home Gym With Gloves And Wrist Band via paytm site and expected delivery date given to me was 2nd of August, but i have not received the same till now. Every time i talk to there consumer care team, they says that i will get the product in next 24 hours, this is happening from last 5 days. Even today i talk to Miss Sonam Gupta their consumer executive regarding cancellation of order. But they are stick to there point that i will get the product within next 24 hours and they are going to charge cancellation charges for the same. Order no[protected] Jul '15 9:41 pm. Please help us.

                                    Before three months I had purchased Samsung battery from the Paytm. That Battery has 6 months warranty. Within 80 days Battery is not working. Paytm told me visit Samsung service center. While I visited Samsung service centers they told me this is duplicate product. Paytm is not giving any such proof like they sold original Battery of Samsung.

                                    While I sent 10 times email to Paytm they are not giving any positive response. They are saying that take proof from Samsung like Battery is duplciate. Samsung service center told me we could not give any proof it.
                                    Paytm is not giving service to customer. Find the screenshot of product which I had purchased.

                                    paytm site is fully bakwaas site. first it show price in higher amount then provide discount on higher amount and this discount will not get in term of money, it will get in paytm cash back.

                                    There is no guarntee for original in product.

                                    I will suggest, please do not purchase anything from paytm.

                                      I have ordered PUREIT water purifier with order no .[protected] on 16.07.2015. The product was received on 20.07.2015 and it was defective and damaged. I have requested on 20.07.2015 for return of the item and refund of money. Till now there is no solution of my problem. After writing so many complaints through emails I am not satisfied. I have been assured by their executive on phone of the solution and he told me that since I have expressed my complaint to the Service Head my problem will be solved. He assured me of the refund of my valuable money. I am not able to understand why I am getting different answers to my problems. I have sent images of the defective product and invoice as per the instructions from executives. The executive have confirmed the pickup of the defective items and refund of money within 5 -7 days. The details on website clearly showing in the return policy that "Seller will accept returns within a 15 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received". This experience is really very bad for me.

                                        I Just received my Product of the order number [protected] which was delivered today from Paytm(Online store). product name - "Adidas Spring Blade Sports Shoes-Green And Black (Size-10)" First of all I have received a defective product . The defect is huge i dont know how they missed it before packing. even a simple quality check can identify the defect. even I have a doubt on the product is genuine or not. Now for the return request. If my money is transferred in my bank account i can consider the refund. else I would also accept if a new and fresh product is delivered to me. As the product was not cheap so there wont be any use of the refund if i get my money in paytm account as paytm money. because i have to buy some thing else from paytm itself. if they give me a fresh product i am willing to accept it.
