Paytm — Not accepting return for a cancelled ac order

I have ordered an AC from payTM on 8 July 2015 by paying the money on prepaid basis. On 9th July 2015, I had cancelled the AC order.
Post cancellation of the order, I mailed to paytm ([protected]@paytm.com) asking for my refund for the cancelled order and the reverse pick up for the AC delivered. Paytm had asked me to share the images of the product to process the refund. I immediately shared the images of the product (in packed original condition) and invoice.
After receiving no reply from the Paytm post sharing of images, I contacted their customer care helpline no. where the executives had assured me about the return of the product within a week. After getting the assurance and confirmation from her, I purchased another AC from the local merchant and got that installed.
After getting the other AC installed and waiting for a week, I hadn't received any communication form the paytm. Then I started too push the paytm further to process my refund asap to which they kept on asking for some time. Then on 02 Aug 2015, I have received a mail from paytm saying that my money would be refunded but after some more wait. I have kept my patience thereafter.
After all these events and waiting time, now paytm is refusing to accept the return by saying that it's a heavy good and a non-cancellable non-returnable item.
I countered them by saying that if this was the case then they should have informed on the first day itself when I conformed them before going ahead with the installation of other AC. But they are not ready to listen.
This AC is of no use to me now.
However, it is clearly mentioned on the payTM website that payTM would accept the returns no question asked.

PayTM return policy as attached.

PayTM is pure fraud.. All the return polcies they mention in their website is just to make you buy..Once you buy something your money is gone for nothing...

They dont even have a customer care where you can call and speak..
Their mode of communication to customers is only by email which are computerized template mails.

People who use paytm for 50 or 100 rs recharges may have got offers and didnt face issues but Paytm is actually
keeping it clean for the reason to make customers use their site.

They solely depend on looting big amounts from customers through selling products.
Am 100 % sure they are fraud.

I purchased a Adcom mobile which came without battery..I asked for refund. Couple of times I got email asking for pics of mobile.I sent.. There after no communications what so ever.. I mailed them 10 times.. Then they sent me an apologize message and assurance that it wont happen again and that they look forward to see me again on PayTM and also they mentioned they cant do anything for the missing battery.. OMG. They looted money and they expect me agai for next purchase..
PayTM is oure Fraud..

People who use paytm f50 or 100 rps recharges may not have experienced issues but that is intentionally kept clean by Paytm for attracting customers to their portal..

They loot all money through selling products to customers..

They dont even have a customer care where we can call and speak.
The only mode of communication they use is by email.

I purchased an ADCOM mobile which was delivered without battery from Paytm.
I mailed them raising a complaint.

Twice They asked me to send pics of mobile I got. I sent both times.
There after they left me orphan.
I kept mailing them 10 times in 30 days though I didnt get a single response..
At last they mailed me saying that they cant do anything this time rather they will apologize for the mistake and ensue it wont happen again and also that they look forward for my next purchase at Paytm ..

This can be the worst response even to be recorded in the history of online selling..
what a way to tease customers.. they looted my money and boldly replying that they look forward for my next visit..

Guys yes I agree there are/will be customers not satsfied or got wrong products in other online sellers too because it happens once in a while.. But PayTM is pure fraud who is meant for cheating.. am sure 100 %.. I know this from the way of response they provided..
