I have ordered an AC from payTM on 8 July 2015 by paying the money on prepaid basis. On 9th July 2015, I had cancelled the AC order.
Post cancellation of the order, I mailed to paytm ([protected]@paytm.com) asking for my refund for the cancelled order and the reverse pick up for the AC delivered. Paytm had asked me to share the images of the product to process the refund. I immediately shared the images of the product (in packed original condition) and invoice.
After receiving no reply from the Paytm post sharing of images, I contacted their customer care helpline no. where the executives had assured me about the return of the product within a week. After getting the assurance and confirmation from her, I purchased another AC from the local merchant and got that installed.
After getting the other AC installed and waiting for a week, I hadn't received any communication form the paytm. Then I started too push the paytm further to process my refund asap to which they kept on asking for some time. Then on 02 Aug 2015, I have received a mail from paytm saying that my money would be refunded but after some more wait. I have kept my patience thereafter.
After all these events and waiting time, now paytm is refusing to accept the return by saying that it's a heavy good and a non-cancellable non-returnable item.
I countered them by saying that if this was the case then they should have informed on the first day itself when I conformed them before going ahead with the installation of other AC. But they are not ready to listen.
This AC is of no use to me now.
However, it is clearly mentioned on the payTM website that payTM would accept the returns no question asked.
Still Not Recd any help / update from your Site for the same, Can I hope that I will be get help from your Site . i am Calling to Paytm in Delhi Nehru place Paytm Office phone number, they are not picking the phone ...
So I am waiting for your help .
