    After payment failure, it was showing it as pending payments and all the money in the payment wallet had been deducted.I asked to return the money but they said that they did not receive any money from wallet and bank will return it with in days.
    But if the transaction had got failed even before the selection of any bank then how and which bank would return my money?
    They have been asking for bank statement now. Statement of which account should I provide them if I did not select any one while making the transaction? I have still not received money back into the wallet. They have closed the ticket for 5 times and very cunningly they have removed that complete order from order history.! The biggest fraudsters!!
    paytm is worst, these peoples are selling dummy, second hand laptops in discounts, My humble request please purchase in Amazon or flipkart
    Today I made a recharge of 550 rupees. But my money has been deducted from my account but recharge has not been found in my balance.
    Kindly go through the process and return my money back ..
    .This happend twice from paytm.

    This laptop had a problem with bazil and already i submitted jobsheet to paytm care but still now no one responding to my mails,

    I requested them please provide me at least ADP warranty, even though they are not responding

      Hi :

      I have made a bill payment to my postpaid bill from paytm site on april 26th 2016.
      Amount was deducted from by bank account but it was not credited into my mobile bill.Still it in paytm it is displaying in process.
      I dropped 4 to 5 mails on this.They are not responding on it and not releasing my amount.

      Please help me on this.

        I am Dipan Datta. I had two paytm accounts with login [protected]@gmail.com/[protected] and [protected]@gmail.com/ [protected]. The former was an upgraded account of 1 lakh limit(KYC DONE) and the latter was a normal account of 10 thousand limit. I filled my wallet [protected]@gmail.com with 30900 INR on 22/04/2016. Then I have transferred some fund to my bank and also done some recharges. I have also merged both of my accounts. After merging my accounts they took away my 20191 INR and I could not see it in my paytm wallet. The only contact option to paytm wallet customer care is through paytm.com/ care. My tickets no are 01403449,[protected],[protected] and many more. On 28/04/2016 they finally returned me back 9000INR. Still 11191 INR with tem and they are not refunding my amount back. Also not replying to my mails.
        Sir today morning at 12.20 am I used my central bank atm numbered [protected] to pay my mts bill of amount 1087.but unfortunately 1087 from my central bank account deducted but money was not paid to mts.I called mts office to know if bill was paid later on but came to know that money was not paid.i tried calling your given customer care no but I could not get access to anyone to laudge the complaint.so kindly request you to refund the above mentioned money and please update me about the procedure of refunding the amount and other related details.

          Sir i was pay my mobile bill in 1 st may 2016. but some kinds of problem i was facing there was my mobile bill was not paid. this amount is 578. but after some time i was used other debit card and by mistecaly this trasaction add in my paytm wallate. rs 600 is added in my wallate but when i was click there opption trasfer to bank account this trasection is complited and my pytm walles belence is 0 rs but this money is not diposite in my bank account. pls sir chack your ditels im your older costemory pls i want, y 600 rs. when u dont give me my money then i will never use your app n suggest my all faranda n calics pls dont use thise app.

            Sir i ordered orpat OHM-207 handblender on 20Apr 16 with order no.[protected].Its delivery date was 28 Apr 16 but it is not delivered till now.I hv already paid full amount of item.But now the status of item is showing delivered but not received to me actually. I am raising queries since 29 apr 16 but not getting my product or refunded back my money.Even i hv asked my neighbors also about the delivery of my product. Sir pls look into the matter.

              I am writing in regards to a feedback of my order placed thru paytm with the following details:-
              Order id: [protected]
              Date: 18th april 2016
              Amount:-44695/-
              I was assured that the product will be delivered by 26th april 2016. However after waiting for 6 long days, the order was shipped on 22nd april 2016.
              The product never arrived on 26th april. So i got in touch with paytm customer care team (Ticket no 01406326.) and they assured that it shall be delivered within 2-3 days.
              I again waited for the same but even by 28th april i didn’t receive the product. Losing all my patience, i again contacted paytm customer care (Ticket no[protected] on[protected] and got a response that paytm will resolve the issue and update me within 48-72 hrs.

              In the meantime i tracked the product using the shipment details and the logistic partner’s website said “prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery “.
              So i contacted the logistic partner and the customer care said that due to some road jam issue, the item could not be delivered.
              Later that evening i received a shocking response thru the logistic partner. They said the seller has asked them to return back the product to the shipper. Hence it will not be delivered now.
              On[protected], the order got automatically cancelled and i was refunded the amount to paytm wallet.

              If this is the service paytm is providing then i feel really sorry for this and to be shopping at paytm with confidence.
              I have been buying products online from amazon, sanpdeal, infibeam and flipkart and have never experienced such a thing.
              I feel paytm is just fooling people by taking their money, keeping it with them for 10-15 days, earn interest on that and then regret and return the principal amount back to customers.
              Anyways, i have decided not for shop ever again thru paytm and also no advice anybody to use paytm for online shopping.

                As per my order number [protected], i have applied promo code of sh31, for which i should have received a cashback amount of rs1510. When i transferred that amount to my bank account via paytm wallet, it never reaches. The transaction id provided by paytm is a fake. My bank is not at all aware for any such transaction. Paytm is not taking any responsibility and simply harassing me over mails. The transaction date was on 04 mar 2016. And its been 2 months that i have been harassed. Please help me to resolve the issue asap.

                  May 1st there was a transaction from kotak to paytm but amount was not visible at paytm vallet. There was a complaint raised at paytm to refund the money. And then received a call from [protected] saying paytm customer service agent and asked few random questions. Asked about icici account for which i told i dont have an icici account. Then the question was which account do i have, upon telling this, he asked bank details. Thinking about refund i gave the details and then i recieved a message saying rs.9000 was debited to paytm vallet. Simultaneously transaction was done from my paytm vallet to account no. [protected], ifsc code utib0000696, cust id 64775884.

                  Please help me out to get the money back.

                    I have recharges of Rs 169 for internet through paytm but recharge was not successful, then I recharges of Rs 299 it is activated after 5hrs I received a msg of 169 recharge activation massage Idea customer care is telling my previous data is lapsed. Paytm people have not kept any option for cancel the recharge which is in process i tried and pressing all commands to cancel my recharge. I lost my 299rs idea people tell once the recharge is overlapped no refund, no data now who will take this responsibilities why all company cheats the customer in all aspects. No company is there to help the customer. For complaints also no direct contact no.

                        I have booked a ticket from vizag to bangalore on 17th april 2016 on yatra, using paytm wallet, as it promised a cashback. The cashback never happened and yatra, from their side has provided the order id for the cashback. I have raised a ticket[protected] for this on paytm, but they never responded. If i call paytm customer care[protected], the executives would say, it is marketing team that has to get back and they cannot do anything. I have spent between rs. 50 and rs. 100, just trying to speak to the executives.

                        I wonder what i should do to get my cashback.

                            On 12th april 2016 I was was trying to order from (24x7 fresh) website, while making payment i used paytm wallet, i didnt had enough money in paytm wallet so it transfered to my bank account page and while doing payment it showed payment failed. my money was duducted from my bank account towards " PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT LIMITED " WITH REF NO[protected] given by icici bank with txn id [protected]. I have attached my account statement here also also mailed paytm . they are not replying to my mails. i call customer care daily they just ask me 24hrs daily but its been almost a month now . pls look in to this matter.
                            I have paid the amount of rs 850 for reliance mobile number [protected] and the payment mode shows success but still I am getting the msg from the company payment not received and the txn id is [protected].So I request to kindly resolve the matter and tell where has the amount debited and if the payment is done why company has not received it yet

                              I booked airticket with easemytrip site and made the payment using paytm wallet. The booking date is 30-Mar-2016. During booking I got message on the screen that paytm payment enables to win iphone hence made the payment usning paytm. I got a call on 11-Apr-2016 saying that I won iphone in the contest and the caller promised to send me the details of document required to claim the phone. subsequently there was no mail was sent to me. I raised complaint with paytm twice and there is no response from paytm other than acknowledgment of the complaint.

                                  In recharge offers, comany mentioned that this offer is not valid for Airtel post paid connections whereas for advertising part, company is mentioning the name and logo of airtel
                                  Can you please clarify what kind of advertisement is this, and in which govt department should I register this complaint
                                  I was paying my telephone bill from this potral but it debited the balance from my account but the bill still not paid. More over i tried to contact them several times but they didn't respond even a single time my contact no. Is [protected] now i am totally fed up with these potral as they are troubling a poor man please help me regarding these

                                    I have made a payment of rs-1568 for my electricity bill to cesc on 29 th april, 2016.Paytm cash transaction id is [protected].The transaction status is success.But the amount is deducted from my bank account.But i do not get any confirmation or transaction slip from cesc for these.And shows that my transaction is cancelled.Please verify and do the needful process as early as possible because the problem is about my money.Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      Today I were recharged my idea number from offers in offers it shows that i[censored] recharge from 45 u will get 46 rupees for 28 days but when i were recharge it give no rupees only local idea minutes that was not in use by me please help me to refund that money why u were showing me wrong information this is your mistake please improve it and does not show that type of wrong information i[censored] will not refund my money I will close my paytm account please help me to resolve my problem

                                      On dated 20/04/2016 at 12.57 pm for account no[protected] order no [protected] of Rs 6800 but till today date 28/04/2016 payment not received to reliance energy so that reliance energy disconnect my electricity and also mail to paytm care but there is no any response
                                      In below both recharges shows successful transaction but balance not received for same.after so many emails to paytm not a single reply or solution.even there is no single contact where i submit my complaint or talk to them
