I am writing in regards to a feedback of my order placed thru paytm with the following details:-

Date: 18th april 2016
Amount:-44695/-
I was assured that the product will be delivered by 26th april 2016. However after waiting for 6 long days, the order was shipped on 22nd april 2016.
The product never arrived on 26th april. So i got in touch with paytm customer care team (Ticket no 01406326.) and they assured that it shall be delivered within 2-3 days.
I again waited for the same but even by 28th april i didn’t receive the product. Losing all my patience, i again contacted paytm customer care (Ticket no[protected] on[protected] and got a response that paytm will resolve the issue and update me within 48-72 hrs.
In the meantime i tracked the product using the shipment details and the logistic partner’s website said “prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery “.
So i contacted the logistic partner and the customer care said that due to some road jam issue, the item could not be delivered.
Later that evening i received a shocking response thru the logistic partner. They said the seller has asked them to return back the product to the shipper. Hence it will not be delivered now.
On[protected], the order got automatically cancelled and i was refunded the amount to paytm wallet.
If this is the service paytm is providing then i feel really sorry for this and to be shopping at paytm with confidence.
I have been buying products online from amazon, sanpdeal, infibeam and flipkart and have never experienced such a thing.
I feel paytm is just fooling people by taking their money, keeping it with them for 10-15 days, earn interest on that and then regret and return the principal amount back to customers.
Anyways, i have decided not for shop ever again thru paytm and also no advice anybody to use paytm for online shopping.
