Paytm — Payment done but order not placed | |||||
On 19 septem i ordered a laptop worth 19000/- from paytm usin sbi credit card. The payment was successfull and money also got debited from my account but the order wasn't placed. From last night to till this time I have mailed them nearly 20 times as there is no customer care of so called paytm but till now there isn't a singe rply from paytm hepldesk. Same issue for me too. I also sent mail 7-8 times... but, no response... No specific customer care number for money related thing... Customer care is only for purchase... Wha a comedy... Lol...
