      Hi Team,

      I Have recharged 3G data pack of Rs.295 on 31st of may but neither I get any data usage nor any benefit.
      I also talked to airtel customer care but they are saying that which benefits I am getting of 295 Rs on paytm that is of Rs 296 as per airtel data base. So kindly try to return my 295 Bucks in my paytm Wallet ASAP. As I am enjoying my services kindly do the needful therefore I can resume my services.

      And I am trying to get with customer care but not able to reach all the no. is out of order. and website is not working properly.

Ye amount 1169 meri two time deduct ho gyi...But mujhe mere pase vapas nhi mile abhi tak jo second tym deduct hoye aa...Main 2 month se try kr rhi hoon...Main BOI ki branch mein bhi complaint kr k aa chuki hoon...But there is no resolution..now I m frustrate...what I do

                I was making the payment for ISTQB exam thru your portal & the amount has been deducted twice. Please find the screenshot below. The amount that was supposed to be deducted was Rs.4622.47 only but I see that the same amount has been deducted twice. Requesting you to reimburse amount Rs.4622.47/- which has deducted for the 2nd time to the account back.

                Please let me know if you need any information on the same. If it was a small amount I would have ignored but Rs.4000 /- is a big amount. Please reimburse the amount.

                  This is to bring to your notice that a seller active on many websites is stealing money from people.
                  He posted an ad on 91mobiles and then mislead people. He confirmed that if we buy the phone using paytm then only the offer is valid.
                  I checked paytm and found no such phone model listed and called seller.
                  He told that he is generating an order and asked my mobile no. And email id and hacked my paytm wallet. He stole rs 4500 and transferred to his account.
                  I complained on paytm. Paytm replied that amount can't be refunded. You can report this issue to your nearest cyber police station and provide the bank details of the hacker along with his contact details.

                  This mail is to raise concern that please stop this thief. This person has cheated many and still continuing his business. The seller picks up phone and answer "do anything you can" please help as such people are misleading and steal money from people.
                  Also websites like paytm are entertaining sellers without proper background check. Sorry to say that the faith which i had with paytm and its transaction security policy has ended.

                      Yesterday i made a payment of rs 285/- through paytm for d2h for recharging my d2h services.
                      paytm sent me a message that transaction is succussful and bank has debited an amount of 285/- from my a/ct.
                      BUT YOU HAVE NOT TRANSFERRED THE 285/- TO D2H WITH THE REASON THEY HAVE STOPPED THE SERVICES AND FROM YESTERDAY I AM WASTING MY TIME
                      EITHER YOU REFUND MY 285/- OR TRANSFERRED THE MONEY TO D2H

                      This is to inform you that some employee from PAYTM asked me to fill the particulars on the www.rbipayment doorway.com site, as I was asking him why my payment of rs 285/- ( which i made yesterday by paytm -transaction no-[protected] ) has not been credited to D2H.
                      He asked me to fill the particulars today at 3.33 to 3.53.
                      I filled all the particulars and within one minute he made 2 transactions of rs 2500/- each ( total 5000/- ) to vodaphone bill, as i got the sms from bank.
                      Who is this great fraud, refund my money, otherwise you will have to pay for it.
                      I have lodged a complain to police department, to the bank and more will be done, if my money is not transferred to my account immediately.
                      this is a serious matter, as there are big frauds in PAYTM.

                        I tried to pay the cesc bill on 23rd may. amount deducted but bill not paid Order Id [protected]. they said money with bank. but bank said money with paytm. I send several mails including pdf statement but they still giving cut copy paste answer and asking for statement. I dont know what is going on? Then I paid the bill from different side. amount was rs 620.

                        My name is bibaswa. i was paying cesc bill for my sisters. one bill paid another money was deducted but bill was not paid. i asked bank they said money is not with them. i asked paytm already given few mails and submit the bank statement but still got only cut copy reply from site. yesterday submit bank statement but still they asking for it. i dont know that they are not able to read or they need that money to run the company.amount was only rs 620.

                          Hi Sir,

                          I tried making a payment on ebay.in using my Paytm wallet. First time my payment got failed but money got deducted from.my paytm wallet. When I contacted Paytm Care, they told me that my wallet balance will.be rolled back withom 48 hours. I again tried to make the payment usimg my spouse's Paytm wallet. Again the money was deducted but the transaction went unsuccessful.


                          Now even after waiting for 72 hrs, I have not received my money in either of the Paytm wallets.

                          Here are the details of both the transactions:

                                  Hi, I had done a recharge for my AIRTEL number from PAYTM on '[protected] at 22:57:11'. PAYTM says order is successful and amount has been deducted from my account, but I never received the benefit. On contacting paytm, they ask me to contact AIRTEL, and AIRTEL says I need to go to PAYTM again. What am I supposed to do. Since the re-charge was done from PAYTM, are they supposed to handle such issues? This has happened to me second time and I am very much upset about this. I complained upto the NODAL officer level in AIRTEL, and also complained PAYTM, but this hasnt been sorted out till now. Please guide me..

                                      Actually I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on 31/05/2016 and
                                      money also detected from hdfc credit account but the ticket was not
                                      booked and confirmed.
                                      The transaction id of amount debited to paytm wallet is AccountPaytm
                                      Cash Txn ID [protected] and the bank transaction is [protected] . i
                                      request you to refend the amount to my credit account of hdfc
                                      bank asap. I have also attached the patym wallet copy (which shows amount is debited) & Yatra.com copy (which shows failed transaction). Please do the needful.

It takes no step to solve the problem but the other Yatra has taken only one step is that they have sent a mail in which no description about the complaint. Neither having any step to resolve the complaint. Please do the needful.

                                        I have had an account with Paytm since few months and had been actively using it. From past a month I had not been able to place any order. So at first, I sent a querry about it with a screen shot. I got a revert stating the team will work on it and get back within 3 days. After a few days I tried again but I still couldn't place any order. I again sent an enquiry but all in vain. After sending these enquiries a couple of times and none being fruitful. I wrote a mail after 20 days to paytm care giving my feedback that I have not yet received any help or clarification about my account not active. After the feedback mail, I got a revert saying my account has been flagged due to suspicious activities and hence temporarily disabled. It's highly upsetting that you seek solution and get your account disabled.
                                        There has been no ground on which they can mark any thing 'suspicious' as my account has been verified and none such activity has been performed. Sad to see the performance of a portal well trusted.
