[Resolved] Paytm — Transaction is failed from yatra.com & debited from paytm wallet | |||||
Actually I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on 31/05/2016 and money also detected from hdfc credit account but the ticket was not booked and confirmed. The transaction id of amount debited to paytm wallet is AccountPaytm Cash Txn ID [protected] and the bank transaction is [protected] . i request you to refend the amount to my credit account of hdfc bank asap. I have also attached the patym wallet copy (which shows amount is debited) & Yatra.com copy (which shows failed transaction). Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 3, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Paytm has not taken any step to resolve the complaint neither phone nor email. It takes no step to solve the problem but the other Yatra has taken only one step is that they have sent a mail in which no description about the complaint. Neither having any step to resolve the complaint.
