I had paid bill of BSNL landline of rs 747 by net banking using paytm, but i recieved message that transaction is not done, amount will be refunded back, but till date mentioned amount is not refunded to my account. pl.check the details below.

I made a recharge of 200 rs. on my idea network on[protected].Payment is debited from my account but showing"payment confirmation is awaited" in paytm order list.My order id is [protected].Please look into the matter. Thanks

I made the payment of rs 502 for my Vodafone no. [protected] on 2nd Dec its not reflected to vodafone and it is not refunded Order no.[protected]

Respected Sir, I Jitenjal would like to draw your kind attention to a Grievance in regard to Non-Refund of an amount in my PAyTM Wallet. I was not able to find a solution by email several times to PAYTM Care hence I am writing this Letter to you. Inspite of repeated mails to the customer service they seem to fail to understand my query properly. Everytime I send them a e-Mail they reply with an answer which is in no way related to the grievance I have mentioned in the Mail. Kindly requesting you to read my query with attention please !! I did a transaction TRANSACTION OF RS. 6855.20 vide: BILLDESK ORDER #EPT[protected] at EBAY on 12TH December 2015. This was for multiple items order at EBAY. Now due to cancellation of one of the order, Ebay has refunded part of the amount i.e. RS. 6151.20 back to my paytm wallet. I also have enclosed the confirmation from ebay about the Refund of the Amount !!! My issue is the Refunded amount of Rs. 6151.20 from Ebay has not been credited to my PAYTM Wallet YET. The Refund was done By Ebay on 2nd Jan, 2016 The Maximum Due Date of Credit of the Refunded amount to my Wallet is 5th January 2016 (3 Working Days) !! The Proof of the Refund of Rs. 6151.20 by Ebay is attached in this Letter. Kindly Resolve the issue and Credit the Amount of Rs. 6151.20 in My Wallet !!! Please. Call me at [protected] if you don't understand what i am saying. Kindly also check the Attachment in this mail !! I have been a old and regular Paytm User Customer. Pease spare me of any harassment !! Looking Forward for your extended Relationship.

Paytm has been stealing money from customers. They are fraudulent and look how they fool people!!!

These paytm people dont even read the mails before replying. Inspite of telling them to please try to pay attention to my mail, they didnot.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We understand that your transaction was not successful however, the amount was deducted from your account. We’ve reviewed and noticed that the recharge was unsuccessful due to an issue with wallet.

We have already initiated the transfer of inr 80 to your bank. The bank may take 3-10 working days (And sometimes even more) to show this money in your account/card.

If, there is any further delay in receiving the refund, please check once with your bank quoting the refund reference number [protected].

Should you need any further assistance, kindly let us know.

I have paid my Vodafone bill through PayTM on January 08 morning, money was deducted from my account but bill was not paid. I have registered my complaint through mail but they only provided me the ticket number, i even sent a follow up mail but there was no revert from their side. I tried several times to contact them through there customer care number but the situation is even more pathetic there, every time they pic the call and cuts it without saying a single word. One thing is that they have not posted my payment secondly they are wasting my money by just answering the calls without saying anything. Hello I booked 3 tickets for Mumbai from Amravati on 13/11/15 from paytm.com But bus operator never come there we are there only and after that we requested for refund on paytm they are saying that operator never give any reply we will notify you when we will get reply.. I ordered green sparx shoes and the order i recieved wasnt correct it was very low quality orange shoe and they are saying they cant replace it because it wasnt their fault acc to them it was vendor's fault but for me paytm is the vendor and they are really not helpful, the staff is not courteous at all, my number is [protected]..order no [protected]

I tried buying a reliance general insurance from Paytm. I made 4675 payment and the transaction failed. Its been 6 days and paytm has still not refunded the amount. [protected] – CCAvenue Transaction No. [protected] – Amount Reversal Bank Reference Number [protected] – Transaction ID 16010326 – Reliance Ticket No This is a big disadvantage of paytm wallet since they don't even have a customer care no. Also the customer care agent is just looking up their system and claiming the transaction was a success but it wasn't as per the transaction response attached. If this is not resolved i will be filing a case against paytm soon.
