Paytm — Wrong product delivered,Customer care is careless and gives irrelevant replies.

I ordered Red tape shoes from paytm and they delivered wrong product. I asked for reverse pick up and refund and the communication is endless. Putting it below so that everyone knows how they reply to customers. Dont ever use Paytm for shopping. Was the packaging sealed or partially open? It was sealed package. 3. Please share a few pictures of the outer and inner packing. I have not taken pictures and am travelling out of town for now. However I have informed my family members to keep it as it is and ready for reverse pick up. But I can mention that the box is kept as it is with the product and I haven't used it at all because it is a wrong product. In addition I like to add that after your message, I have received one more e-mail, which mentions I must courier the box to a Bangalore address. Why should I courier the consignment when it is not at all my fault? Can you be kind and ask the seller to arrange for a reverse pick up for the delivery? I dont understand the logic behind your solution because it is not at all my fault. I have trusted PayTm and ordered the shoes and PayTm sent me the wrong item. You cannot ask me to waste time and go to a courier office to despatch the parcel. This kind of experience is really agonizing and I just cannot trust Paytm for ordering anything at all.
