Paytmag — Refund not get credited in my account

I have booked my rail tickets through paytm channel but unfortunately didnt got any seat so I cancelled the ticket in IRCTC portal and there in ticket refund history it showed me the refund date 28-april but still its 5-6 days passed, I didn't got any refund.

Its been troublesome to contact irctc and paytm, I have tried several number but not even a single no helped me out.

My transactions details:-

refund date-28-apr

refund date-28-apr.

Kindly provide me the help at the earliest possible.

I have booked ticket using debit card (axis bank) & Paytm gateway, and after cancellation the amount is refunded to PAYTMAG. Even i dont have any paytm account. Please suggest how can i get my money back

I have booked a ticket and paid using mynet banking the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.please refund the money in my account

I have book a train ticket by union bank debit card and cancelled the ticket and not received the refund it is showing the amount is send to paytmag on 22-may 2017 but still not received the payment irctc and union bank custmore care is not helping or giving any reply
