[Resolved]  PayUMoney — higher convenience fee charged

I have to make tution fee payment to hidyatulla national law university raipur which has a tie up with payu money for online transaction. On receipt, it is noticed that payu money is charging 2% as the convenience fee on entire transaction. This is with reference to payment id:[protected] & merchant order id: 6636 and for a transaction below rs 50, 000/- i have to pay rs 663 as convenience fee which is abnormally high.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - 6636 in order to get the status at their end.

I have made a payment with your payment gateway on merchant website - https://icaitestseries.com.

Now this website is declared as fraud or scam - https://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=15405&c_id=219. Kindly immediately stop collecting payment from this website and refund our money.
Pay U Mpney has not addressed the issue as to why such abnormally high convenience fee @ 2% of the transaction amount is being charged when Govt is promoting cashless transactions?

02.01.2019 I had to paid my dish tv amount . but that time pay u money not paid in right time, i had requested to repay to my amount . he informed us to repay after 21 days . after a many mail still i am not get back my money .

please refer the attachment and do the needful the same
