I wanted to avail a development service from merchant name: mayank singh and merchant order id: 009y8y8 but since that day i was not communicated properly, the merchant first did not work on the theme that i selected, later wanted me to purchase the same theme in spite of making 50% in advance. When i told the merchant about that i am not comfortable to pay as i already paid 50% and rest was to be paid after project completion, his behavior over me changed and then i decided not to continue he hung up on me.

Please refund the amount that i paid to the merchant

Yesterday I had recharged for dishtv via payumoney for Rs.400 at 9p.m .The amount got deducted from my account but I haven't received any messages nor my dishtv services are on.
