[Resolved]  PayUMoney — supplier initiated the refund but payumoney didn't refund it yet

I placed an order in TVParts.in for LG powersupply board paying 2490Rs through PayUMoney on July 8th (attached the image payumoney.jpg and payumoney2.jpg from bank and from the supplier).
Later supplier told that he didn't have that in stock and cancelled the order and initiated the refund. I followed up with the supplier and he said he has done it

Since the supplier didn't have the stock they cancelled the order and initiated the refund on 10th July. After waiting for couple of weeks, I contacted the supplier then he send me the snippet showing initiating the refund (image payumoney3.jpg). Then I tried posting the query in their site last week still no response.

Hence I am raising the complain with the hope of solving it.

PS: When I searched in this site, I am surprised to see so many people complaining about this vendor.

PayUMoney clarified that the seller didn't do it properly and after he re-initiated it, I got the refund. Thanks for the support.

Seller re-initiated the refund and I got the money. Thanks for the support.

Amount has been deducted from my bank account, instead of failed transaction. txn#[protected]. Although after 1st failed transaction, i already bought the product using another payment gateway. After like 6 hours amount is being deducted for the failed purchase i never made. How to get refund? Even PayU has no option for complaint in there site

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Hello,

payumoney is not releasing my payment despite telling them again and again no response from them, I need the money urgently and they are not listening .

Please help us in getting the money back from payumoney . They have around 7.8k money of ours.

I have mailed their employee mr ayush kumar but that too all in vain .
