[Resolved] Payzapp — fraud transaction from my account | |||
Hi this is with regards to fraudulent transactions that were done on payzapp using my debit card number [protected]. I dont even hold any payzapp account so I have no idea how these transactions were done. On 13th July around 04:11 AM i got alerts on my mobile that below transactions were done on payzapp. I have attached the below messages which i got on phone Rs 10. Rs 10 Rs. 2500 Rs. 2500 Rs. 1000 Totaling to Rs. 6020. I have no clue how these transactions were done or authorized. I want payzapp to refund this amount and also let me know where were these transactions done? To make which payments or for transferring to any other account? Again. i don't even hold any payzapp account so i need to understand how this is done, neither did i get any OTP on my mobile number. Please refund the amount back to my account for the above transactions as I have not done these or authorized any of the above transactions. This is a serious flaw in payzapp if they are allowing such fraudulent transactions easily. I am not getting any support from your side. I did a recharge for my Tatasky DTH from the payZapp amount is ₹ 260 only. Then the bill amount was deducted from my canara bank account. But the recharge transaction showing successful. Till now, my TataSky account not get any transaction from PayZapp. I cannot get a chance to make a complain from the app about the fraud case.
Please do back my money, I don't want to make any transaction from this app. This is a cheater app.
