    This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC bank.

    An amount of Rs 885 has been debited on 11th Aug 2017 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL[protected] on demat account. I have never used this account.

    I am aghast to see this has happened inspite of me not using the demat servcies and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

      Yesterday 12/8/16 around 9.25 am i gurpreet singh ahluwalia, withdrew inrs 10000 and 5000 in two separate transactions from hdfc atm at putenahalli yelhanka using my icici bank debit card no [protected]

      But instead it dispensed a total of inrs 12500.

      I received a message from my bankers, in this case icici bank ltd. That inrs 15000.00 is debited from my account.

      Please help to cross verify and return the less dispensed amount.

        From my account 885 rupes has been deducted. I dont know about demate account but amount is charged as depositry charge. I used my this account as my salary account and my salary is too low for survive but in case my precious amount is deducted,

          I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 2602 without my concern on date:31/07/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

              Hi this is with regards to fraudulent transactions that were done on payzapp using my debit card number [protected].

              I dont even hold any payzapp account so I have no idea how these transactions were done.

              On 13th July around 04:11 AM i got alerts on my mobile that below transactions were done on payzapp. I have attached the below messages which i got on phone

              Rs 10.
              Rs 10
              Rs. 2500
              Rs. 2500
              Rs. 1000

              Totaling to Rs. 6020.
              I have no clue how these transactions were done or authorized.
              I want payzapp to refund this amount and also let me know where were these transactions done? To make which payments or for transferring to any other account?

              Again. i don't even hold any payzapp account so i need to understand how this is done, neither did i get any OTP on my mobile number.
              Please refund the amount back to my account for the above transactions as I have not done these or authorized any of the above transactions.
              This is a serious flaw in payzapp if they are allowing such fraudulent transactions easily.
              I am not getting any support from your side.

              I did a transaction of 4400 RS, which got failed but money deducted from my SBI account on August 5th 2017 but it is not added PayZapp wallet .
              Transaction id is txn#[protected] and POS is [protected].

              The payzapp customer care is worst they are not picking call.
              So many people facing same issue.

              I did a recharge for my Tatasky DTH from the payZapp amount is ₹ 260 only. Then the bill amount was deducted from my canara bank account. But the recharge transaction showing successful. Till now, my TataSky account not get any transaction from PayZapp. I cannot get a chance to make a complain from the app about the fraud case.
              Please do back my money, I don't want to make any transaction from this app. This is a cheater app.

Cashier upon swiping my debit card informed saying transaction failed but money got deducted from my account. And i don't have any clue where money has stuck.                   Hi, i have ordered a product from paytm in may, 2017. I have also returned the product because of its quality. But i have not received any refund amount. So i mailed to paytm group about this and their reply was 'refund of inr 249 for youbella american diamond gold plated mangalsutra with chain for women against your order [protected] has been processed on 10/05/2017.'

                  But till date i. E; 12th august, 2017, i have not received the refund amount.
                  Clearly understood that the refund initiated from paytm side, but delay is from hdfc side. Please refund my amount of rs. 249

                    Application submitted on 20/07/17, verification of residence and office done quite long back, on online showing status showing "in process", not knowing why so much time is needed for approval and dispatch of card, after calling on toll free they tell kindly visit hdfc website for status, please let me know whether my application is considered for approval or delivery of card or the same is rejected.

                      I had applied for hdfc cc & submitted all the required documents and information for application form.

                      After a day or two received multiple sms and calls regarding cc processing, one of those sms was this :
                      "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]w1 is approved in principle subject to internal checks"

                      After that received telephonic verification calls & physical verification...

                          In the year 2012 i took loan(limit) of 5 lakh plus 2 lakh 50 thousand as gold loan. A total of seven lakh fifty thousand. At that time i was asked by the manager that you have to take HDFC life insurance. He forcefully gave insurance of thirty thousand and said that even though you didn't continue your policy you will get thirty thousand plus interest after five years. Now after five year they sent cheque of amount 27000 and said your policy is deactivated. HDFC used my 30000 for five years and gave back 27000. Should i complaint this over here only or should i forward my complaint to the costumer court. Please do the needful.

                            Hi,

                            I am writing to submit a complaint regarding my snap deal plat credit card.

                            Since day beofore yesterday i am receiving calls from hdfc personnel in the conversation this guy says that rs. 11000 will be deducted from your account. When i asked why, he said that there are benefits of this such as insurance, registration etc.
                            When i refuse to take the offer he said that you will haveto pay the amount.

                            Here are some details of calls i received-

                            I have already submitted the complaint 2 times before but it is not resolved yet.
                            I have tried calling grievance redressel, nodel officers but no one is responding or being able to reach anyone through the phone.

Two years back i asked demat account representative to block my demat account as i don't want to continue it then also they didn't block it and now amount got deducted which is beyond my knowledge.                                 Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -9000 balance.
                                The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 9000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                                I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                                Plz juistice to me. 9000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
                                What is the action will take against this bank.

                                I would like to inform you that It’s more than three years since I left Clips India Pvt. Ltd. Company. I’m no longer associate with the company or your HDFC Salary Account. It is illegal to charge for not maintaining the minimum balance. Below are my account details.

This is really inappropriate and irresponsible behavior from a reputed home branch HDFC Bank. That manager is not ready to listen anything if someone is requesting for help.

                                So I request you to kindly close my HDFC salary account A/c No: [protected] and do the wave off also because it’s no longer required since I left the company and I don’t want to continue with your services.
                                I have moved to my hometown so it won’t be easy for me to contact home branch for future.

                                So I request you to kindly close my HDFC salary account A/c No: [protected] and do the wave off also because it’s no longer required since I left the company and I don’t want to continue with your services.
                                I have moved to my hometown so it won’t be easy for me to contact home branch for future.

                                Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 2 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -4000 balance.
                                The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 4000negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                                I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                                Plz juistice to me. 4000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
                                What is the action will take against this bank.

                                  I have done a tranction on 5th august 2017, 1400 was deducted from my account but credited into my payzapp wallet.

                                  I already sent a mail about this to coustomer support, they reply me as it will credited in your account in 5 woring days, it was the 6th day still no response from the payzapp coustomer support

                                  I am trying to call payzapp coustomer tollfree number, but it was always busy, when it was connected they were puting in hold no executive was giving reply. Nearly 10 minutes i have been waiting in call still no one gives reply.
