Please each nd every peachmode customer u should aware about their fraud on sale items, i[censored] bought any sale item from their site they will send damaged, discolored product intentionally because u can’t place return request on sale item... Even after seeing d pic of d product they don’t even change or replace d product... It’s my personal experience, i m very very disappointed

    I have ordered a ress on 14 jan.. I recieved my order yesterday. But the product they delivered is not good.. Stuff is so bad.. Quality is so poor.. It's not worth actually. It's my loss of 2100 rs... I raised return request but my request was not accepted because product was on sale.. But i want return. And my money back.. I cant afford this much loss.. Please accept my return request.

    Peachmode is making fool of customers. it is the worst site i have ever visited. first they show fake images of product. then their is no return policy. i want my money back. i belong to so poor family. i cant afford this much loss. i bought this product because i thoght product will be good as shown in the picture. but peachmode disappointed me. so i want my money back.

      I understand that peachmode is selling very cheap material and fooling customers like me.
      Dress material recieved
      1. Is not cotton but its the cloth used in lining while stitching the clothes
      2. Material is very cheap and not same as shown in the picture.
      3. Lace put in the dress is torn and length is not appropriate.
      4. Design of neck is not the one shown in the picture, it is made duplicate which is looking extremely stupid. Picture shows only flowers being embroidered in neck while the delivered product has the design of flower and leaves.
      5. Cloth given for pyjama is also not same as shown in picture. Design embroidered is only circles in the cloth delivered while it is a different design in display picture.
      6. Dupatta cloth is very cheap and torn at edges

      I requested for return of the material but they told me that the product cant be returned due to their policy. I want this issue to be addressed so that fraud firms like peachmode cant fool others and online shopping can be trusted.

      And I didn't like it so i taught of returning the item when i wanted to fool so they said Me that the sake price can't be returned .
      I even tried to contact them but that was an invalid number
      "THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE HERE"
      Return my product

            This is fake site with worst quality products and no returns! I want to return this product (Order id[protected] as quality was bad. While buying i have seen like easy returns. Please help me with this. While buying a product its no where mentioned this item cannot be returned now they are saying ao bull # and you can't return this item.
            If i ordered a product on sale item, you should mentioned it like you can't return this item/product. U guys have such silly reasons. What is the issue if it is on sale? Just you want to throw that pathetic products to people like us. Its the waste/worst quality i have ever seen. I want to return this item.

                      Maine kuch products order kiye the wo bahut poor quality ke hain. Maine return request daala tho peachmode executive bola rahe hain wo returnable nahi hain kyunki wo discounted product hain. Mere order number hain[protected]. Peachmode bahut poor quality products bechate hain so koi bhi products ko naa karide.
                      This is my worst experience ever with an online purchase... The customer service is pathetic both telephonic support as well as mail support.. There is no acknowledgment for any mail sent and the phones are constantly busy... There are various sites operating in india which offers excellent support both telephonically and organized mail support.. The return policy is so user unfriendly.. This is just another lesson learned for me of not to deal with such unknown sites...

                        Hello, i am meena malgave, a 61 year old resident of belgaum. I ordered two dresses on a website peachmode and while buying there was no mention of a returns not allowed on sales. It was apparently written somewhere under the terms very schemingly hidden. On the page of order it just said easy returns. Upon receiving the products they did not look like advertised and the quality was honestly quite bad. Then we tried calling them multiple times and mailed them plenty of times too, only to hear from them that no refunds or exchanges will happen since the items were on sale. It doesn't make any sense to me. The bill amount was 1500 and i'm stuck now with things which i'll never use and can't get refunds for. Please help out in this regard as the company executives on the phone were ignorant and say they can't help us.

                          I have bought one dress from peachmode with order number[protected]... I received the product with very bad finishing and the free size which is mentioned does not fit me. So i called up the customer care service and told my problem but they are not ready to take the return... I have paid a hefty price of 1899 for the # dress... I asked them to get it exchanged and give me a bigger size but still they are not ready for exchange also... Very poor policies from peachmode... Will never buy anything from peachmode now onwards... Pathetic customer service

I want to exchange with other product and i have been told no what website does not offer exchange and don't give jazz terms i will shop or read terms and conditions i want that dress to be replaced with other item or returned worst website to shop.                               I ordered a rose pink colored part wear embroidered art silk saree on 20 oct 2018. The payment was done online, but the product i received was totally different in colour, material quality was as a duplicate product of cheap quality was given. The return of product was made immediately, but refund wasn't done till today. The company is like we can't refund your money but you want u can reuse the money for buying another product. Worst company, i just was my money to be refunded. I can't trust the company and don't want to buy any product in replacement of my money. Just want my money to be refunded.

                                  I ordered 2 suites from peachmode and they were on sale and one of them was damaged.

                                  Actually, i found these dresses on some other sites as well but on peachmode these dresses were on sale so i placed an order on peachmode.

                                  After the product got delivered to me one the dress was damaged, so i tried to place a return but their return policy was shocking it was totally customer unfriendly, you can't place any exchange or return for the product which is on sale, and secondly, they will process a return if your product is damaged and that refunded amount will come to the peacmode wallet only and not to your bank account and you will be compelled to buy a product which you are not liking at all.

                                  Eventually, you feel like cheating. Peachmode has very limited products, also the products which are available on other sites peachode is putting those dresses on sale on less price to trap the customers and once the product is sold out then only the customer will come to know that the product can't be exchanged or returned.

                                  They have not mentioned that the product on sale can't be exchanged or returned anywhere on the site.

                                  The customer will only get to know this when he/she try to place an exchange or return after the shipment of the product.

                                  Try to avoid shopping from this site as they are only making money by trapping customers.

                                    I have ordered for anarkali... In description it was mentioned as white so I ordered it and when I got the product it was some ash color. I want to return product and want my money back and I dont want any store credit.

                                    If fault is at your end how can you push customer to get store credit and not return his/her money.

                                    And their customer care is so rude and not ready accept their mistake !

                                    We should take strict action against them.

                                    I have ordered the unstitched suit from peach mod but is not at all good and not similar which shown on website.i want replacement or my refund but peach mod team is not responding.
                                    So please help me out with this issue at earliest.

                                      Order no :[protected]. I had ordered a salwar suit worth rs399 on december 7th. Had not received it till now. I had mailed the support team on december 14th, but they replied back stating that it got delivered on 11th. Really shocked by their response. Had replied back stating that m yet to receive but till now have not got a response email from them. It's been 4 days now.

                                      Usually we get a sms once the order s been delivered but i didn't receive that. Request the support team to check and provide an update. Request to send the order at the earliest. Thanks for your understanding.

                                        I order a long kurti, my order no.#[protected]. I ordered it on november 24, 10:47 am. Beside it they delivered me a saree in very rough stuff. Till now i call nd call to them, but nothing happened. Even i request to them plz i don't want my money only i want my right product but they told i have to make new order for that kurti. Ok but when i ordered again they r showing out of stock. Now i called them when get my refund, they r showing their policy. Now policy period time also over 2, 3 days but they r saying, mam we can't say anything when we can refund b, coz our 3rd party delayed urgent product to delivered us. When asking any senior person, they said 'our senior person cannot talk on fone. I send lots of mail on id [protected]@peachmode.com. Then what should i do???? I told them i will complain against u but they said ok mam as u want.
