This is totally insane!!
This is very clearly told to your customer executive that the product we received was totally different what we ordered.
If such cheap strategy you follow to grow your business, then we have to launch a complaint to the Consumer Forum against you.
It doesn't mean that you got our money so you can decide anything.
And I am making you sure that where ever I will found your advertisement, I will share my experience there.

The Color is totally different, Photo had been sent to you. Yourself can check.
And quality wise also the cloth was very poor standard.
The phone recording is there with us.
And earlier you claimed that we have sent different product to you.
So now how can you justify with the conversation that quality is poor.
That means you guys are already aware what you are doing.
