I made a order of mesmerising cream coloured festive wear paper silk saree by when i got my order i was not satisfied with the quality of the product. Very bad not up to my expectations and when i made my order it was clearly given that it can return within 7 days
But now the company says it can't as its not in there policy. Now what to do with this order as i totally dislike this one my money also wasted

      Have placed an order with peachmode order no. Your order #[protected]. Material delivered was very ordinary material and poor quality. When tried to returned, the site says can not be returned being sale item. Whereas while placing order it never showed that this particular item cannot be returned. They have smartly mentioned under contact us drop down that sale item cannot be replaced. Now how a person will understand what is considered as sale item. Discount doesnt mean sale item.

      Very bad experience. Will not recommend any one to buy. Even face book and all sites shall ban such online sale sites.

        I have ordered a navy blue silk saree on 16 nov 2018 with the order no.#[protected] and i recieved it on 1st december 2018. The quality of the product was not good, it doesn't match with my expectations and it was defective. So, i thought to return the products but now it is written on the site that you can not return this products as these are the sale time, but it was written on the site when i was buying that you can easy return the products in 7 days.. It was not mentioned that the sale item can not be returned.. So i am very disapointed by your service.. I have wasted my money on the site. How can i get back my money?

          I have ordered 2 unstiched suits on 26 nov 2018 with the order no.[protected] and i recieved it on 29 nov. The quality of the product was not good, it doesn't match with my expectations. So, i thought to return the products but now it is written on the site that you can not return this products as these are the sale time, but it was written on the site when i was buying that you can easy return the products in 7 days.. It was not mentioned that the sale item can not be return... So i am very disapointed by your service.. I have wasted my money on the site. How can i get back my money? These are the hidden statements which you people hide from the customer so that they can buy and after that you people show the massage that you can not return the products.

                  I ordered a black-peach casual wear printed half and half georgette saree (Sstsu) from peachmode on on 30.10.2018 (Order no. #[protected]. Website showing another colour and received a saree another colour. I placed a request for replacement, return and refund. I am contact the costumer care and sent mails.
                  These people first show false images of the product and she'd money from the pockets of the customers. Then they provide him with bad quality goods.

                    I ordered a white and red dress material of inr 999 from peachmode on 14/10. Wrong product a dress matetialgreen and pink was delivered to me on 20/10. I placed a request for return and refund. First of all they refused to refund to my account they said they will return the amount to store credit when i fought they said they will return to my account. Product was picked after regular follow-up on 26/10. Till date i did not receive the refund. Every alternative day i am dropping a mail to contact and return mail ids of peachmode. They have worst customer selective today customer service agent mr. Dinesh spoke so arrogantly when i asked for supervisor he said there is no supervisor and he donot have a provision of transferring the call. Peachmode supervisors donot want to talk to customers and address their concerns and moreover mr. Dinesh donot have any details of the product pickup he said product is picked on 2/11 it was picked on 26/10. He is repeating the same thing that it will take 7 days to refund from date the product is picked and product is picked 11 days ago from my home. Extremely disappointed by the services i would suggest all my friends not to shop with peachmode nothing can be worst than that

                        I have ordered a suit from this site. That was semi stitched suit. When I went to tailor she said this is small in size. Therefore, I raised return request but the executive denied. Now this is waste material for me.

                        Really this is worst site never ever buy anything from this site.

                            I have purchased dress material for my mother which was received in time but the colour is very difference shown on site and received by me. The colour shown on site is yellow whereas i have received dark orange color (Ie. Bhagva color of bjp] is not correct. They have refused to accept the material back instead of request and also deduct courier charges from me. The matter may be taken up and they may be asked to refund the amount as per policy. The peachmode site may also be closed the necessary action may be initiated as they are cheated to the consumers.

                                I have ordered a sizziling dark purple cotton siuit (Order no[protected] from peachmode (Rs 1199/-) but the quality was really bad as compared to what you are showing on your site and colour is also different. You are writing on your site that you have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer account so they can purchase another piece. But when i called you for exchange you are not responding to call. All the times phone is either ringing or out of service.                                     Hi,

                                    I ordered two salwar materials from peachmode which got delivered on 10th oct 2018. Immediately after seeing the quality of the material, which was totally different than the one that they showed on their website, i placed a request for return & refund.
                                    However they refused to process the return request with the reason saying "the product was on sale and hence cannot be returned".

                                    1. What should i do with the product which is of no use? Why should i pay some 1800 rs to get a poor quality material and why should i be forced to keep it?

                                    2. If not return, at least they should give me an option to exchange.

                                    The way the customer care executives respond is very bad. No one is taking the responsibility and everyone is with the motive of dumping some useless clothes on customers in the name of sale.

                                    When they show a product, under product details they don't mention anything about return and we customers go by the assumption that it is like any other online shopping website, but when we want to return, they say, you should have gone to that link & read our return policies.
                                    They are not at all customer oriented and don't care about customer's satisfaction but only with money making motive.
                                    I will never ever suggest this website to anyone, even to my enemy. One of the worst experiences with online shopping.

                                      The picture shown on the website is different from the actual product which was sent. The embroidery shown is totally different and is very cheap in the actual clothing. We did contact them but they fail to send the original as shown in picture. This is just deception. Showing something and sending something else. I would highly recommend others not to buy from this site. It is fake.

                                        Dear sir / madam,
                                        I placed order for graceful pink designer embroidered partywear georgette anarkali suit
                                        (Saj-nivatigold-33091), order no.[protected], worth rs. 2549.
                                        But when i received the courier it was totally different product what i choose & ordered.
                                        (Photo of the received product & bill is attached).
                                        Then i asked your executive to change the product & send the exact product what i choose.
                                        They arranged the return (Pick up-#[protected].
                                        We waited for so many days as the product didn't reach you earlier for transport problem.
                                        Now when your people received the product, they are telling that they did not send such product!
                                        They are telling that product is from another website!!
                                        How is this possible?
                                        Please take an serious & immediate action on it.
                                        If you can not send the correct product then please arrange to return the money.

                                        This is very clearly told to your customer executive that the product we received was totally different what we ordered.
                                        If such cheap strategy you follow to grow your business, then we have to launch a complaint to the Consumer Forum against you.

                                        The Color is totally different, Photo had been sent to you. Yourself can check.
                                        And quality wise also the cloth was very poor standard.
                                        The phone recording is there with us.
                                        And earlier you claimed that we have sent different product to you.
                                        So now how can you justify with the conversation that quality is poor.
                                        That means you guys are already aware what you are doing.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        The quality of the all three product you delivered is really bad . This is cheating to customer giving excuse to customer that discounted price item are not under return policy and giving customer the road side quality of goods at high rate .

                                        I want to return the item asap and get my money back Rs. 1847 .
