I have ordered many things in other website, but never got such a drastic change in the product i received, had ordered a maroon gown xxl, the pattern shown in figure is different and what i got is worst, never order in this website, i just want to return return return, while ordering its show eady return, but later they tell it is a sale item, had ordered with very much expectation for my son birthday party but everything went in pain, feeling very upset

    I have received a torn product. First of all, they were denying to initiate a return because it is a sale product but it was an exception in my case so they had to initiate a return.

    I asked to initiate refund in bank account. The first cse who picked my call immediately hanged up on hearing this. I called once again and they denied refunding in my bank account claiming that it is a sale product.

    Is this the customer's fault? No, then why will the customer not get the amount back???

    I will not order from here so there is no need of giving credits to me. I want the refund which they aren't giving.

      Hi team,

      Order no:[protected]

      I ordered jazzy sky blue colored partywear embroidered georgette suit and i receive a different product.
      I ordered a product which is blue in color and has only blue work
      The product sent to me is a cheap quality product with golden colorwork, which was not even mentioned on the website.
      When i contacted there support they say it is the same product.
      They say "since the actual product always differs slightly from the photo seen on computer screen/online. They cannot process the refund."

      I am attaching the photos of the product i saw on the website and the product i receive, even a layman can tell the huge difference in this product.

      This website is doing online theft with customer's money.

      The image in full is the product i saw and ordered on the website and the other image is the product i receive.

        I want to return below suit as i did not find embroidery on black color good. I have accepted other suit.
        I dropped email and spoke to customer representative. They did not behave properly. Refund policy is not good. They said sale item they cannot take back.
        They should allow credit note and allow us to buys new product.

          My order no.[protected] dt 13.09.2019 of rs. 1250. I have ordered 1 semi stiched green colour gown size : xxl first time but when i got product the gown size is xl size and its label is xxl and duptta's is damage. Still is staisfied with dupatta but when i go to stich my dress my tailor said that its not your size its xl size. Then i called to peachmode customer, they told me that i cant manage return to your gown and cant issue for refund. So please help me to issue my refund rs. 1250

              Placed on order online 09/09/2019. Was given confirmation that with 2-3 working days, my order would be shipped as it was in stock. I have been sending emails after not receiving feedback and get the same copy and paste response from vishal sagar saying the same thing that in 2-3 days my order will be shipped. Its been 8 days since my order.
              This is a terrible and unprofessional way of running a business. Also, i am based in south africa and peachmode is painting a terrible picture of how business is run in india, they are liars and their behaviour is bordering criminal and fraudulent.

You are writing on your site that you have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer account so they can purchase another piece. But when I tried it I show that this is out of service. Please make arrangement for the return the same .

                    I ordered for kurties combos in peachmode.. But the quality of the product was too bad.. Fully transparent.. I totally disappointed. And i even compla for tat but they saying no returns policy for that product then what should we do with dat worst bludy product. Compare to this amazon was too good..                         I had ordered one saree, i had words with their customer support team prior placing my order. They told me that i would receive store credit if in case i wish to return this item. They told since it is a sale item, you wont receive any refund or replacement. When i received material which was not up to the mark, i wrote him to arrange for store credit. They simply refused saying it is not in policy. I told him why your representative misguided me? But they keep saying we can not do this.

                          Against order #[protected], two items were ordered. On receipt it was found that both the items was different, moreover the quality of cloth shown and material received was altogether different, as can be seen in the images attached below.

                          How can we allow such company, who is fooling everyone. This should be stopped immediately.

                          Kindly take strong action against them. So that other persons may not get cheated by them.

                            Delivered item was altogether different from the image shown at the site.
                            Payment of this was made 'cash on delivery'.

                            No communication was received from peachmode company about my return money.

                            These company should immediately by banned. So many complaints are registered against them.

                            Kindly take appropriate action against them.

                              I have ordered 3 sarees from peachmode shopping site. Product quality is worst not worth of money.
                              Also, i have noticed that same sarees are expensive when compared to other shopping site. I did not like them and i wanted return but company says that the product cannot be returned and refund is not possible. Waste of money and fraud shopping site. Do not purchase from peachmode. Before buying i should have gone through reviews. Waste of money and waste of time. Delivery is also late

                                I ordered one 'red cotton zari weaved saree' through cod via order #[protected] dated 3rd aug., 2019 and two other dresses viz. 'captivating gray colored partywear embroidered georgette palazzo suit' and 'pretty navy blue colored partywear embroidered cotton dress material' through netbanking payment via order no. #[protected] dated 2nd auyg, 2019. Screenshot is also attached for your reference.

                                To my surprise, i received totally different product. First one is 'red cotton zari weaved saree' but received plain saree with very cheap material, which is not acceptable at all. Secondly, other two orders viz. Palazzo suit & dress material is of worst quality & not maching with the product which is displayed at the 'peachmode' site.

                                Moreover, on the first order 'return tab' option is not available and for the rest of the orders it is being told that product was in discount so it can not be returned. Kindly do the needful so that item can be returned. I need my money back as these products are the worst i received till now.

                                Order No.[protected] has been picked up which was 'Cash on Delivery' but payment not received & Order No.[protected] has not been picked up as yet, where payment was made 'Online'. I received a phone call from them and informed that the product is not acceptable to us at all as in the first image, the colour of dupatta delivered is 'white' whereas in the image it shows brown. & in the second picture Plazzo embroidary is different & very cheap. These product they delivered are of very very poor quality. I need my money back as these products are the worst i received till now.

                                I have not received the payment yet against Order #[protected] which was picked up on 14th Aug., 2019.

                                Against my second order #[protected], I have sent all the information which I had. Once again, I am sending the images of the product which I have received and which is different from what I ordered.

                                In your website - 'Pretty Navy Blue Colored Partywear Embroidered Cotton Dress Material' shows dress with brown color dupatta, whereas I received white dupatta attached photo for your reference. And for 'Captivating Gray Colored Partywear Embroidered Georgette Palazzo Suit' the embroidary is different hence both products are not acceptable. Kindly arrange to urgently pick-up and refund the money.

                                  I had ordered navy blue dress material from them on 6th august, the product got delivered on 10th of august. The product which i received is of very poor quality. The beads which have been used on the neck designed has not been aligned properly. They have doe it using nylon thread and have stuck the beads with fevicol (Did not even use fabric glue). The full material is smelling of fevicol.

                                  I called up the customer care, but that guy was very rude, he is telling me to dry clean the material if i have problem with fevicol smell, when i told him about the beads he said "thoda toh change ya upar niche rahega na"
                                  Is this how you solve your customer's issues?

                                  Also, there was a sticker on the plastic bag in which the dress was given. The sticker had an mrp of rs 999/- and i had paid 1099 for this.

                                  They also mention that they have easy return policy... Their return policy is pathetic. They dont even refund your money, they give it as store credit and stuffs which one buys from store credit cannot be returned or exchanged too

                                  Totally looting customer.

                                  Someone should take strict action against this fraud company

So i have decided to return them on next day i have mailed to return request twice bit i still not received any feedback from them.                                       I buy peachmode product via online shoping. That was fake product, i want to return that product but i can't. I informed peachmode company.                                         I placed an order of dress material for which i paid Rs 749

                                        I did not receive my parcel & someone from peachmode caalled me & said the order is cancelled & refund will be given very soosn . Now 15 days are passed, but my refund is not yet received .

                                        What the hell it is . I think you people dont understand english .
