    I have order 6 items in March and got delivered on may 29.As soon as i opened all products my two products were having different colours (saree). I complaint about that but they said it is same colour you orderd.
    I complaint about return after two of delivery date they said your problem will be resolved. I tried many mails and phone calls till today. Today they told your return is not possible now. Please help me because my ordered amount was of 4000 rupees.

        I paid through googlepay and it was cash on delivery at the same time they took the product that day evening which mean when they delivered (13th july) though received product but there is no response for refund.             I booked 4 cloth on 22-april 2020, from peachmode.com online portal and paid online. After getting delay around a month. I cancelled my order item. Meanwhile they shipped product and shared delivery agent name along with tracking number. Again they accept cancellation request and now i am waiting for my refund amount since last 1 month. Whenever i am calling to customer service for my refund they simply says.. Once we get our product returned to warehouse we will initiate your refund...
            And according to his refund/return policy they mentioned within 7-10 days.

            Please take a notice on this type of fraudulent business i don't know how many people facing the same issue.

                I had purchased items from peachmode on dated march 3 2020 of product id's[protected] containing 3 items ofb worth 1248 and product[protected] of item 1 worth of 799 both are cash on delivery i gave .but the products which they had shown in website and the products which i had reveiced is entirely worest quality .i had return back to them by their delivery person .now since one month peach mode company argue that they have not receved all the items and they have credited my bank account only 799 rest of the amount 1248 still is due. i request take action on the company for cheating and refunding amount issue.

                      I bought a suit which came in bad quality and turned out to be too much expensive for the fabric they sent me. Now they are unwilling to return the product as they claim it was bought during the sale. While buying the product, no where it was mentioned that it was on sale or it will not be returned.
                      They also confirmed the order and mentioned that the product will be returned in 7 days i[censored]nsatisfied, before delivering the product. I am highly disappointed with there services. Now when i have researched, this company has a lot of bad review. Wasted my money

                        I have ordered a black anarkali suit but it was not same as shown in the picture. The quality of the product is very poor.
                        I have mailed so many times but nothing happened yet. The customer care department always said wait for 48 hr and we will get back to you. I didn't get my refunded amount yet. I am doing followup from last 5 days and they are making fool to the customer. They don't respect to the customer. It was very frustrating to do call and mail daily and then also your query didn't resolved.
                        Kindly return this product and refund my money.

                          I have booked a dress for my wife and i have received a damaged product. I have requested for refund. First they insisted to accept the product and give as inr 100/- as token amount to rectify it at local tailor which is unacceptable.
                          Then asked for refund and they accepted it. The amount was credited as store credit. Why someone want their money to sit in the shopping site.

                          Haha. Thats a ridiculous. Why would someone want the refund as store credit. It should be refunded to original payment method.

                          what are the refund rules ?? As per your refund rules you will refund the payment if the product is damaged. I received the damaged product, so i asked for refund. You defend like, the product was listed in discounted price, so the refund amount will be given as store credit.

                          Tell me which product is not listed under discount category. Everything you mention as discounted product. So customer/consumer looks like Foolish people.

                          Go to business college and learn some ethics about Business. If not you will end up loosing customer/or whole business one day.
                          I returned my product to peachmode and they said that they have stored it in my credentials. When I tried to use that money, it asked me to either login or signup. As i didnt knew so much about how to do it, I signed up. And after that when I tried to again order the same thing, I'm not even getting the option of stored credentials...what does this mean? I've lost my money?

                            I have purchased a georgette suit for my mother first time from peachmode on 4th feb 2020 but the quality of the product that i received was not good. I feel cheated because according to the quality, the suit should not have been more than 18-1900 but i have paid 2500. Since the day i have received the item tiil the present i am continuously requesting the peachmode to return the product and refund my money but they refused to do so. I request them to at-least replace the item then they refused to do that also. 2500 rupees matters for me especially when i am not happy with the product.
                            It is the worst shopping experience i have ever had. I am a frequent buyer from amazon flipkart and myntra and have never faced such situation.
                            It is my humble request to peachmode please remove "easy returns" written on your website and stop making us fool. Your return policy is the worst as well as the product and its price.

                              I orderd a salwar # from peachmode. The product delivered was completely diffrent from the image show and the quality is worst not worth at all...

                                They show some excellent picture and send cheap duplicate of the product. The work shown on the product was good quality handwork and what's I received was plastic thread machine work l. They think they will escape by not mentioning anything about the work in the description. This is consciously done cheating with customers. Plus don't process return request telling that the product price was reduced, so can't return. Please don't buy anything from this website.

                                  I had ordered a salwar suit set from peachmode. Order id is[protected]. The product was not like the shown in website and I recieved a cheap version. I requested for a return and they denied it claiming that as per their policy they dont accept return of items which are on discount. And the fraudsters have put every single item on their website on discount. And they highlight everwhere that they have easy returns. Fraud website selling cheap quality products and fooling people right and left.

                                    I have purchased a product from peach mode for very first time and i received the product with very cheap quality and when I rang the customer care they mentioned the product is not refundable with so and so reason.

                                    This is the very first time from online shopping portal I had received such denial and i see the policy as a tool for fraudulent activities and cheating people around the world.

                                    I will never purchase any product from peach mode again and will try my best to save my friends getting entangled into such fraudulent websites.

                                      Pathetic quality of the products sent by peachmode.
                                      Had ordered a saree which in description was given as georgette. However, it turned out to be cheap synthetic material.
                                      On calling the customer care, very conviently a person called chirag said that the material is georgette only and that no exchange odlr return of the product is going to be done.
                                      Peachmode is a dubious company who are earning by fooling the customers.
                                      Which online company does not allow return or exchange?

                                        I have ordered a saree on Peachmode website. while I saw in a website it looks so pretty, so I could order it, but the quality of the saree was too bad. so I requested them for return, but they refunded my money to their credit wallet because based on their privacy policy they can't return back to a customer account it seems.. After two months I thought o[censored]sing my money on peachmode(otherwise I couldn't open their fake and cheating website). I found one maxi dress for 1399 rs, I have ordered, when I received that product I was so upset because of the quality and color difference. Then I approached them for exchange/replacement, they were telling based on their return policy exchange/return can be done only once. but below the products why they are mentioned 7 Days easy return policy? I had/have a question with their management, they can't change their policy? i read a few complaints in this website only (Recently not before ordering), they have replied back their return policy like that. what is this? are you hiding yourself behind a policy or what?

                                        They are cheaters, I would like to tell this to peachmode CEO, instead of running this cheating business you could beg people to get money.

                                        The humble request to peachmode buyers please don't buy anything from peachmode.. its a waste of money.
