Updated by Harpreetw Let me remind you the team on my email sent for refund with given statistics in this email:-
1. Not even a single profile was persuaded for meeting.
2.Incorrect info of the profile was provided, i consider this as misleading your customer.
3. Short-listing of 16 profiles - not even a single meeting with any of the shortlisted. These 16profiles we shared considering that i will shorlist profiles first and then your team will share with the accepted profiles, this was done due to delay in your process of sharing profiles timely. This has clearly been mentioned in my email of sep 8.
4. During the first 15days, profile of mr sunny singh was accepted by me on sep 14 @ 6:35pm (Closure of business hours) but no feedback on the status till today also.
5. My first request of not happy with vip services was raised on “date: tue, sep 8, 2015 at 1:48 pm” which was not resolved even till “tue, sep 22, 2015 at 5:28 pm” – this means more than 15days of time limit.
6.In reference to email sent on “tuesday, november 17, 2015 12:25 pm” which was a follow up email of sep 8. The email clearly says i have been raising concern and reminders again and again.
Vip services activated on : 27 august, 2016.
No. Of profiles sent to you : 30
No. Of profiles accepted by you :16 (Even if it was accepted no action on the same)
No. Of profiles which you did not like : 14
Meetings/ conversation done: 1 (Incorrect information on age provided by shaddi.com)
7. Not even a single respond on raising my email concern and reminders to sandhya dugar (Shaadi support)
