All girls please be alert... There is this profile on shaadi.com called manish kevin kumar whose real name is bandas kumar and his name on truecaller is travis. He poses as a rich businessman in delhi. According to him he has all rich relatives... His jijaji is in nasa his sister is a doctor. All information on shaadi.com is fake and on phone he has another story. Im attaching his pics and the number that he has registered. He is a sweet talker and might try to dupe girls and ask them to come meet him at delhi. He also asks for money. Don't fall for such guys and keep your money and life safe.

He is also circulating pics of model gals saying that his sister sonali is working as a model in canada and is very rich. I feel such scums just copy paste pics of gals from modelling sites and make them their fake relatives or friends.

I got parcel from this radiance.i paid 1692 rs.after that she said that she didn't include another cream and said to pay another 1170rs.but I know she cheated me.she said that she forgot that cream. Now I want my refund of money.

    Two months ago I bought the VIP services from Shaadi. On the time of subscription, I was promised the profile are thoroughly searched based on your criteria from their huge database. First three weeks, I was sent 3 profile per week and mostly only one of them I liked or none of them.

    But the consultant assigned to me used to call only twice a week (Monday and Friday) before finishing her work, in case I missed her call, then I will be getting her call only on Monday next week.

    This continued and then suddenly, she started calling me up everyday. After that week, she told me to that I will be receiving an email where I have to rate her. She did request me to rate her full five stars.
    I did rate her just two stars (based on last and current performance). Which was conveyed to her, but then the same previous scenario got repeated.
    Very few calls, always no response from the prospects etc.

    My services are almost at the end of subscription and I don't have any connect yet which worth the money paid.

    Come on I have every right as customer to share my honest opinion regarding. It seems to have a bad effect on the service instead of improving it.

    The more frustrating is that the senior manager (+91-[protected]) not replying after contacting through the VIP shaadi app, don't know if their app doesn't work or they are ignoring the reported concern.

    I was promised lot of things at the purchase of the services from your company, but my experience and the Shaadi services impression has been tarnished.

    The worth of your services should be justified or just stop selling your lies to people to steal their hard earned money.

      Shaadi.com understands it's responsibility for fake attractive girl profiles posted by the owner to net scam membership payments for profits.That's a scam that shaadi(scam).com has been scamming since 2011 to net profits either through multiple memberships or for their fake girls to ask for payments through western union, moneygram, MasterCard, BMO Bank to be transferred to Shaadi.com on a later date after transaction.On both sides male and female these scams are purposely set up by the owner of Shaadi.com.If I was in India I would have sued shaadi.com for this by now, but they got lucky that I'm a foreign national, but I'm an Indian at heart, and this business shaadi.com deserves complete shutdown by Indian Government (I want my complaints also forwarded to Indian Government).we have to safe guard ourselfs from this menace shaadi.com from its scams to net profits for the owner & his associates.shaadi.com deleted my profiles from their system to destroy evidence of my proof against them.they got very lucky that I never reported my proof against them.we will take the steps to stop Shaadi.com from its scams of attractive profiles meant to net profits either from membership or person asking/scamming money through manipulation of fake/false black money payments to its real users.shaadi.com can not protect themselves (I have proof of this) and they can not protect Indian society.shaadi.com understands its responsible for puting indian society to ruins from its traditional arranged marriages between multiple extended families.we will fight the scam indian business of shaadi.com that has put our sons and daughters to insult and shame.shaadi.com is associated with nigerians who collect scam payments to profit shaadi.com on a later date after transactions (I have proof of this).I invite anupam mittal to my country on visa to face trial(we have a case filed against anupam mittal).I request passport details from anupam mittal just like anupam mittal demands passport details & employment payment or income slips.I want this scam business to shutdown to safeguard the interests of all indian families, because a marriage in India is between 2 familes, not 2 individuals, but shaadi.com is advertised to attract american audience (in America this relationship is about 2 individuals) to profit american currency payments on stolen credit cards number payments.       Don't give this BS nonsense automated response which is given to every complaint by a 'copy & paste'. This response does Not solve the issues of the complaints. Next time Don't respond at all (that's better), because your service has negatively impacted lakhs of Indians. Where was the needed service to provide representation from male's side at the marriage? That's a failure from your side! (with personel support it would have happened), or else don't make false promises about these relationships!

        Biggest fake institute in india is DSIM, DSIM Provide you Free Like Wordpress theme inr 3185, lead capture plugin inr 4355, content builder tool inr 4, 355 web browser notification tool inr 26910/- etc all are fake fake fake,
        you will not get anything.
        for hosting you have to pay extra amount Rs 3550/- + domain price also

        bad experience still m going. totally wastage of money i[censored] wanna shift other batch you have pay 5000/- extra mount also
        you cant take backup class easily you have prove it y u dint understand last topic.
        this course is under 30k,

          Would like to report a person i met on Shaadi.com...He was your premium member named as Amit Tanti. He also had a Facebook account made in first week of Jan with only 1 picture of his. He had only 77 friends on it and mostly all of them were from Ludhiana Punjab... whereas he claimed to be a Gujarati with roots in Surat... He said his family moved to the UK nd he was born nd brought up there... he moved to USA 15 years ago.. he also said he lost his fiancé in a car accident 3 years ago.. His mom lives in Westminster UK all by herself and father passed away when he was 11 years old.. He claimed to be a very emotional person.. He appeared to be a good looking guy but looked more of Punjabi than Gujarati He said he was A private contractor living in San Jose California but currently on a project in Manassas Virginia he sent me a request to connect which I did accept nd got talking to each other.. within 10 days of talking he said he is in love with me and wants to take it further.. He said he also spoke about me to his mother... and he also asked me to speak to my family about him and that he plans to come to (Dubai thats where i live ) in 3 weeks time to be with me and that he doesn't want to live life without me.. He was too good at romantic talks that any girl can fall for him and he can drive you crazy.. thereafter we continued to talk to get to know each other better but everytime i asked him for his credentials and details to give my family he used to deviate from the topic... then he started drifting towards finance topics and said he was trying to bid nd win this government contract of luxury residences worth 45 million dollars for which he had to show the government a amount of 10 % of the value of the project in his company account which is 4.5 million dollars just to sign the contract and he has it all arranged but falling short of 45 thousand dollars nd asked me for help in anyway I could...then he started pressurising me for it.. He asked me to help him anyhow by saying things like you are my life and my to be wife... This is all for us and we can make it together... he tried a lot but i gauged he was a fraudster and then i just cutoff from him... I'm sure he is now trying to con some other girl in India who could be innocent nd cud be taken in by him...also i saw after i pointed out about Facebook he deleted the account... i wrote and reported to Shaadi.com and they also acknowledged my email and said would investigate and get back to me but no feedback received so far.. I dont know how this could be put across to those innumerable naive women who are going to get conned by him... as he will continue doing this with different fake profiles..

            If you think matrimonial are good place to find life partners then please think again.
            I met a person on matrimonial site & he wanted to send me a gift. He gave all the possible documents like online tracking details & consignment number. as per the estimated date, I got a message from a local number on my mobile that I have a parcel on my name & i need to pay 82000 INR to claim it. They will share the account details & I need to pay. I was very suspicious as any government related information should be through official phone number not through any random person. I asked to prove that they are from customs & no response from their end.

            Then I got another message on my mobile that as I have not responded the will surrender it as government property. I said okay please follow the rules but I wont pay a single penny.

            The person who send me the gift was using all bad words & said please get money from your friends & pay the amount. people play with emotions & try to cheat people.

            I blocked that person he was from UK. Most of the cases people are from UK.

            I would request people just dont believe any random person who is asking money from you.

              My mother living in the UK, was recently a target of a guy she met on shaadi.com, this incident occurred in July 2016, he played a false character and pretended to be someone he was not. As a result he scammed my mother out of £26, 500. The National crime agency have been informed.

              My mum had to take loans out to pay this guy, she now is in major debt and has no money, could I please ask you to look into this guy’s account, my mother said his profile has been deleted,

                Shaadi.com is a very dodgy website on mingleguru it is £19 for 1 month membership but on shaadi.com you have to pay £57 for 3 month minium why they have no 1 month membership.                   I have registered at the site and uploaded photo and mobile number, and within 2 days i am not able to access my profile. The site is asking to upload identification documents, why? I do not feel safe to upload the documents to the internet, it will get misused! Now i am not even able to delete my profile as login is not allowed! Atleast allow the users to delete the profile!...

                  Connect with Manish Kalyan or so called. too perfect. 49 year old widow of 2years with 5 year old son Anish. just as we connect he has to go to Bangkok to collect $2million for a project he did. gets there and gets robbed, gets sick. begging me for money. Out of humanity, i sent. he kept facing problems and I was SO STUPID that i kept sending. $20, 000.00 USD later, i finally asked why he can't ask anybody else for help? that's when he stopped his texting and replying to my texts and emails. i had just been hurt and was distraught and when i read his profile and he connect with him, i felt i was the luckiest woman on earth. what a scam. God will never forgive this man or site! stealing from innocent people is never going to get you people anywhere. Curse you all!!

                    Hi. I had taken VIP shaadi service by paying Rs27, 500/- in dec'15. I was assured of the good service and hence I went for this. After taking service I got calls form different representatives asking me about details, multiple time.. which frustrated me as I had to spend hours detailing the requirement everytime. Instead of that, my details were captured wrongly. I was shared with only 2 profiles in initial 3 months. I raised complaints multiple times and everytime a different representative would call me and assure that they will improve the service and it never happened. I sent emails to Peopleinteractive and no responses.

                    I asked for money refund, still no responses. Need a help here.

                      I went for select shaadi plan and paid 10, 500 Rs via debit card. My shaadi.com profile is SH22664161. After they have taken my money, I was promised a call bac with the dedicated advisor. That happened after a lot of complainings and lot of hustle bustle. The dedicated advisor's name was Pranabesh Chandra. The person who was facilitating my slect shaadi membership payments and other formalities was NIkita. the phone number is [protected]. The dedicated advisor promised that he will send 4 matching profiles to us before yesterday but he did not send . No one is picking up the call now. Even when I called up someone picked up and then after listening to the problem cut the call.Please help here.It has been over one week now. They promised to send 4 profiles each week. One week got over and there is no response

                        I am writing this email after a very disappointing customer experience with VIP Shaadi membership. My id is sh43899378.

                        I took the membership a few month back and this has turned to be a nightmare of an experience for me. I have tried to explain my concern to various managers in your customer service team(Mumbai) but I found them extremely disrespectful and careless towards the customer. Here are some of the key issues, which I have faced in last 3 months of subscription


                        1. For first two months, they changed 2 relationship manager since they never responded.

                        2. 3 rd relationship manager started to choose profile on his own and most of these members were from Pune and Mumbia, I was not looking profiles out Delhi/NCR.
                        3. 4 Relationship shared 15 profiles and after I told her to fix up meetings, she always responded with same answer, these people are not reachable now.
                        4. I tried reaching to managers and they always took a weeks’ time to respond to my query


                        Now, I was informed my membership subscription is over without even 2-3 active conversation with any member in last 3 months. for past 1 week, I am trying to reach out the customer support to resolve this issue but I have not received any call as of yet.


                        PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

                          Shaadi.com a renowned marriage portal has not been responsible enough to disallow its members from quoting false information.

                          Karn singh takkhar has been married before and his profile on shaadi.com says single/never married.

                          I was about to get married to him when i got to kmow this truth.

                          Shaadi.com needs to take charge of such serious matters!

                          The above written complaint is absolutely baseless and false. Karn Singh Takkhar was never married. Some psychopath out of shear frustration of a heart break has posted this nonsense about Karn Singh Takkhar in order to defame him and not realising that this is a clear cut proof for immediate legal action. There is already legal action taken against such nonsensical posts in order to defame an individual through vengeance in order to overcome self grief. It is shameful to write such utter ######.

                          Just to add to this: Shaadi.com has investigated and has found the above complaint false and baseless and therefore this profile is very much active, valid and correct after all verifications on the portal. Meanwhile legal recourse has been initiated against this individual whose name out of basic decency has not been disclosed. An FIR with the cyber crime department has been initiated for defamation. It's a shame to see such people in society who have nothing better other than to spread baseless false information and negativity.
                          Karn Singh Takkhar is a criminal and is very surprising to know that no one is getting a police verification done on him. He is on a hunt to marry and then physically torture another girl. His phone number [protected]. Check in the local courts of Mohali for his marriage certificate and compare with what his profile on Shaadi.com says - Never Married. His wife left him as she was nearly killed and physically harmed everyday.
                          After police investigation and a defamation case lodged against the unruly, distorted, false and baseless allegations put against Karn Singh Takkhar, the IP address of the criminal who had been indulging into these activities is a woman by the name of Ankita Kohli, an employee of KPMG. She made a fake profile by using the name Akriti Chopra who is not known to Karn Singh Takkhar from any angle whatsoever after a heart break when Karn Singh Takkhar disassociated himself from Ankita Kohli as she was mentally unstable and had severe mood swings with high alcohol consumption. Ankita Kohli has been undergoing psychological treatment since 2016 in Paras Hospital at Gurgaon for mood swings and mental disorder. In the past due to her mood swings she harassed her ex boy friend Aseem from Sanawar who later died after she fought with him and his car went down the mountain while driving back from Ankita Kohli's house in Solan. She dated several other men after this and drove them literally mad by harassing them. Legal recourse has been taken against this mentally unstable woman. The FIR no. is with the cyber crime department. I would suggest people to be extremely cautious of such crazy cyber crime bullies who overlook the law to wrongly defame honest people out of shear frustration of rejection.

                            Shaadi.com opened a cheat business. Worst people ever met in life. I am frustrated asking them for money back.
                            I would recommend all of you please don't squander your money on shaadi.com membership.
                            In my case... Around december 2015, at the time of taking membership they didn't even ask me for any damn proof neither education nor identification. And now after 7 months all of sudden they deleted my profile by giving different different kinda excuses.
                            Firstly when i had a word with them what i was told that it's routine verification process so u require to produce few documents.
                            Second time i was told your profile has been blocked coz one of their member has lodged complain against me for using some abusive language, so u need to produce few documents.
                            Third time when i had a word with them and told them that since i have lost my education certificates and then won't be able to produce that so i was told to send them the scanned copy of my adhar card that would be enough.
                            Fourth call : almost 5 days of submitting that adhar card still my profile wasn't activated, so again i rang them up. This time i am being told that adhar card would not be sufficient so u will have to state ur salary slip education proof. Later they agreed on my office identification card and my mba identification card which am enrolled in.

                            Now later on sending my office icard and my mba icard again they are saying it's not sufficient.

                            Straight off i was totally frustrated and asked them to cancel or delete my profile and refund my rest of the membership amount as they had mentioned once.

                            The current post is again they are adamant to activate my profile.

                            This is ridiculous. It's actually frustrating.

                              I have taken the membership of vipshaadi.com to get the vip services.
                              Till the time we took the membership, they were after us.
                              The sales person ms. Priyanka jethva of vip shaadi.com was convincing us so much and made one consultant ms. Charmi talked to us.
                              Told us that good number of proposals are there. But after we took the membership the service has been utter unsatisfactory.
                              They are too bad. There is no proper service at all.
                              Very recently we took the membership.
                              There is a provision to return the money if we are not satisfied within 15 days.
                              We are not satisfied at all. We need the payment back.
                              I never suggest this to any one please.

                                Hello,

                                I am member of shaadi.com from more than 3 years, i discontinued their services after paying more than 25000 rupees as they were constantly calling me to buy their premier services which cost much more. I had more than 200 unused contacts when i discontinued the service.


                                They kept calling me and my father from jan 2016 to march 2016 to buy their services. I decided to buy basic gold membership again in march 2016 and put up the complain against shaadi.com manager khushboo for forcing me to buy much costlier service for lifetime.In new membership they cancelled my option to use my 200 unused contacts. But i did not want to fight because i am a busy person, not have much time.


                                On march 19 2016, invoice no:[protected], i bought up the gold membership for 3 months. Suddenly, on[protected], they blocked my account. As per them it was on random basis and they want my identity proof. They will inform me about the status within 24 hours...

                                I mailed them my govt. Identity proof on the same day but since then i have received no communication from their side. I have emailed them many times, even called them many times but i have received no response from them.


                                My account is blocked and all my communications have turned futile.

                                I have used both of their id's for sending e mails : [protected]@shaadi.com, [protected]@peopleinteractive.In, phone numbers used :[protected]

                                The service request number raised are : 2092476, 2092643, 2099149

                                But no reply from their side is received till now.

                                I have my reputation loss as i have proposals from whom i was taking regarding my matrimony.

                                They are using this site as money extortion business and if customer complains about them then they "on the random basis" block any account they want and simply refuses to entertain any communication to answer why they have blocked the account. I am still a paid member and they are denying me services that they promised at the time of selling it. I feel very strict action should be taken against these kinds of fraudulent websites which are more into the blackmailing and money extortion business rather then in true professional business.

                                Please advice me how can i take the relevant action

                                I feel just as it happens in United States, we must sue them for 100 crores like amount for their highly disgraceful, unethical behaviour with customers.
                                Their business last year was 250 crores as i checked on internet, so they do not care for small amounts if someone sues them, they must have a team of lawyers ready to fight a case in court.
                                People really find it tiresome to fight a case against them in court, overall they escape from all wrongdoings going on...
                                We must sue them for big amount to show that these websites can not rob innocent customers any more...

                                  Let me remind you the team on my email sent for refund with given statistics in this email:-

                                  1. Not even a single profile was persuaded for meeting.

                                  2.Incorrect info of the profile was provided, i consider this as misleading your customer.

                                  3. Short-listing of 16 profiles - not even a single meeting with any of the shortlisted. These 16profiles we shared considering that i will shorlist profiles first and then your team will share with the accepted profiles, this was done due to delay in your process of sharing profiles timely. This has clearly been mentioned in my email of sep 8.

                                  4. During the first 15days, profile of mr sunny singh was accepted by me on sep 14 @ 6:35pm (Closure of business hours) but no feedback on the status till today also.

                                  5. My first request of not happy with vip services was raised on “date: tue, sep 8, 2015 at 1:48 pm” which was not resolved even till “tue, sep 22, 2015 at 5:28 pm” – this means more than 15days of time limit.

                                  6.In reference to email sent on “tuesday, november 17, 2015 12:25 pm” which was a follow up email of sep 8. The email clearly says i have been raising concern and reminders again and again.

                                  Vip services activated on : 27 august, 2016.

                                  No. Of profiles sent to you : 30
                                  No. Of profiles accepted by you :16 (Even if it was accepted no action on the same)
                                  No. Of profiles which you did not like : 14

                                  Please note that your spoke has not given any relevant resolution and just he has just marked my issue as resolved.

                                  Please note i have been chasing shaddi.com for refund since first week of service. The profile shared by your team has incorrect age details. Which means there is no authentication of profiles shared by your team. If you call it as the most successfully matchmaking, then what about the authentication of profiles? How can your team share profiles which are not relevant to my search? How can you share incorrect age details of prospects?

                                  Is it just a timepass service? After this bad and fake service i do not wish to have any service from your team and mind me you cannot force anyone to seek it. I have suffered you crappy service for 3months for which i have paid hefty amount.

                                  Also, please note i am asking for the refund for the following:-

                                  1. Sharing incorrect & irrelavent profiles
                                  2. No feedback on any short-listed profile
                                  3. Output of the service for which i paid hefty amount is nil.

                                    i am looking for someone who can help me with more information and also if there is any scope in recovering the money he has wrongfully taken from plenty of cheated and innocent girls.
