I activated annual membership by mistake, and asked customer service to immediately deactivate the service as it's not required, and kindly refund the money back.

The person representatiing shaadi.com assured me he pushed the request forward and my account will be deactivated with 48hrs and i will get refund with 7days.

After 48hrs, i contact them again asking about the status, and they accuse me o[censored]sing there services. And they will not be able to refund the amount because of their company policy.

First of all i didn't wanted to use it, but i asked to wait for 48hrs. What i am supposed to do here.
Also, even if they want me to charge. Charge me for a month, and refund rest of the money.

This isn't customer service. I didn't expect this

Like many others i had registered on shaadi.com for getting good marriage proposal.
I would like to mention myself as unlucky as i have came across the maximum number of fake profiles.
Hit listing the fake profiles below:

This person is from delhi, showcases that he has manufacturing company named ooz water unit. Very smart in usage of english...

This is for abbas acharya and kunal mehra profile and many more on shaadi.com. I took 3 months membership whereas i close account in less than 2 months after visualizing 80 percent profiles are fake there.

I first informed them about fake profiles and still they dont look at it in any way.
Then people on there websites are asking for money most times.
People use skype no. There and fool others.

I dont know why this marriage websites promoting criminal on their websites. Above all no refund information are given to me so far.

We we're lured into subscribing to vip matrimonial services offered by shaadi.com. Before we paid the charges we received numerous calls from several executives including someone who claimed to be the head of the service. Mr. Ameya deorukhkar was appointed as our counselor. We are sorry to say that during the tenure of three months we did not receive even one fruitful connection. Ameya kept making false promises but did not make any efforts at all.in fact he didn't follow up on the interests which were received by default in our profile. Ameya only knew how to talk sweetly and pass his time. He also emotionally blackmailed me to give him positive feedback for his own promotion but didn't do anything for us. We strongly caution any person thinking of subscribing to vip shaadi not to do so. The normal matrimonial services are better as you are in control and you don't waste time in false hope that your counselor is following up on your behalf.

Hi my name is atul singh, i made a profile for my sister on 15/04/2019 in shaadi.com because its employees called us and promise us to provide suggest of atleast 10 boys profile from chhattisgarh (As we are interested in boys from. Chhattisgarh) but not a single profile is shown in there app when i told them. They misbehaved with me and my mother and told sorry its the fault of app and you paid to app not us, the same employee who used to call us hundred times a days now not pick up our phone call and even behave terribly with us, the main reason why we purshase daimond plus plan is because this employee named mithun mandal he told my mom that a boy near us who work in government sector is interested and he can only arrange meeting if we purshase there plan

This company is fraud and fake company. The executives from this company will call you many times till you are unpaid member. They will ask you to take membership plans and when you finally take a membership plan, they will delete your id on account o[censored]nspecified information.

Most of the profile here are fraud - fake and are not verified. I thought it's a good company / website where i will find a good partner. I discovered that most of the female profiles are unverified by the company and they are still active to promote and lure male clients / customers. I paid them for the plan and within few weeks, my shaadi id was deleted. When i asked what was the reason, the company said they cant reveal information. Till the time, i was active and not paid profile on shaadi.com, i was good, suddenly the moment, i paid them money for my profile, they deleted my profile in some time. This company just takes / loots money from its clients on pretext of safe marriage. Fact is never go for marriage from shaadi portal as this company is fraud and fake. They deleted my paid profile and they did not have any answer as to why my id was deleted. Moreover whenever i asked for a certain reason, they kept giving excuse. all the profiles, i went through in this portal, most of them were fake and fraud profiles, they were not even registered and verified profiles. Regarding me, i was a verified profile and i gave them all my information regarding my id / residential proofs and information related to my works but still they deleted my profile without any reason. the fact is they keep there female profiles active to lure male buyers of there plan, but male clients are duped immediatly. All the fake profiles, i found on shaadi , later when asked they said they dont see and check profile of females, genuine profile like me was deleted even after paying money and one more thing, i gave them all valid and genuine information regarding the same.

Moreover i felt like i was duped by shaadi. This company is a chor company and very soon iam filing criminal case against them through my lawyers

I request all to boycott this fake - fraud and chor company.

After paying for the 1 year full service (7000 inr approx) to shaadi.com i am writing this complaint.

Myself raju mehraulia and i created a profile of my brother on shaadi.com who live in haryana

Their customer care team called me and committed me that i can see boys and girls both contact details on the website for my brother and sister but after purchase, they informed me that...

I have paid 35000/- and available vip service where i will get relationship manager who can filter best geniune profile as per my requirement and arrange meetings. But as per commitment not a single meeting arranged. My package for 3 month in which 2 months already finished. Now they are telling we can give you profiles but are not responding they can't do anything.
Shaadi.com having 70% fake profiles.
I ask to cancel service and refund money they are not agree.

I joined the vip shaadi. Firstly when the peoples are money hungry they are tried to convince other way.

They don't have enough profiles (If you are looking in your cast)

In my case sells person explain me like that "if you keep your choice open then you have more chance to get choice" i strictly inform them about we have first preference in our cast (Patel).

After one week i get phone call from vip shaadi about they don't have profile in patel cast. The lady over to phone is very rude and tried to drive us on stick.

Please think 100 times before you get robe from vip shaadi.

This is to informed you that i have registered my daughter profile for marriage in select shaadi app name madhavi singh. I paid the amount 15000 for 90 days. For select shaadi side and their rm assured me our service is the best service from all over matrimonial site but the truth is very different after the payment nobody give satisfied service to me. I discontined the select shaadi service almost 25 days ago but till now either my amount is not refunded nor give the service this is very frustrated. I talked so many times in call centre also their concerned officer and mr. Albert also but no body give the satisfied answer. I request you to please give my payment back i don't want this service continue.

I have taken select shadi scheme for 3 month on the information provided by me by sheifa. She lied evrything just to sell the memebership.
She lied that there will be different profiles which a paid memeber cannot see until he has select shaadi. Also she lied that first of all only VIP,
Slect memebers will be given preference and then to rest. Also she claimed that I will be amazed when I will see the proposals thata ar there in their database who
are looking for my type of girl. But to my dissatisfaction, nothing of these happen.

She suggested for SELECT scheme will be better you see that you will be satisfied in 15 days or if not so you tell to us we will refund full money to you. I paid 15000 for this service.

While selling the membership, they need to check in their system whether the preferences that a person selects have a minimumnumber of profiles in their database, to be able to buy. To get this done, they changed the prefernces that I gave for my partner and played around the system just to sell the memebership.

After that, the advisor didnt call back on time that was allcoated for the meeting. Even after providing all the information clearly and repeatedly, filters were put incorrectly. Also the first list of proposals shared by the advisor where not in my filter criteria as well as I was in their filter out criteria. Inshort, wasted my2-3 days in communication with shaadi people and got nothing out of it.

But I found very poor response from Select service team and requested for refund of money back to me as per mutual understanding. I requested repeatedly politely and had raised all the concerns repeadtly to may executives ex- forum, sheifa, nikunj and his manager.
Everyone kept telling me that we will get back to you but whenevr next time I got a call, they used to ask my prefereneces and choices again and again. Never helped me with refund issue.

I request everyone the same but no response from them, also the advisor doesn't lift my phone even after repeated attempts.

From Past 1-2 weeks, I am mailing, calling, talking to tehme to make them understand the situation.But, no help has been provided on refund status.

Calling them is not helping, most of the times they are not receiving it, and also not replying to the refund mails.

SELECT SHAADI is a fraud !!! This is simply a way of making money for these people!!!

I've spent rs 16245 on select shaadi services on shaadi.com in the year of 2018 after giving assurance. I'd been keeping on telling them from starting you are not giving proper service because they were not functioning according to my preferences. And i have given a complaint to customer care also but no action is taken. Then my relationship manager started giving missed calls and when i called his phone is busy then i send a message why you are giving missed calls and not lifting calls he text me i will call you. Please refund my money he told it is not possible and then he told my team lead will call you tomorrow. The team lead also same and started convincing i will change relationship manager for the remaining period and there is no profile as per your preferences, i've been complaining to shaadi.com to return my money. But instead they had called me and telling take again the select shaadi service and they were saying me or we will give 3 months viewing service on the select shaadi service. I was saying them return my money of rs 16245 but they were saying that i've used the services of select shaadi. I had told them so many times that i was not happy with this service but they are not returning my money. But again they were saying that i've used the services of select shaadi, so they will not return my money. I'd told them at the beginning of select shaadi service that i'm not satisfied. Please help me to return my money from shaadi.com. I also told them if you can't refund my money then provide me select shaadi service at free of cost but they denied. Shaadi.com is a greedy matrimonial website. They want money and money only. My membership no. Is sh86221758. They were saying that price of select shaadi service is rs 29520 and we're are providing you at the discount. But it's a fact that my rs 16245 had been wasted. My relationship manager did not send worked as per service commitment and to my preferences. Besides rs 162450, i also spent more money to take shaadi.com membership. But i don't want the refund of that amount. I just want the refund of rs 16245 of select shaadi service.

I requested a refund from them due to very low number o[censored]sers from my region and only fake profiles and bots profiles. Their rude customer service and so called premium support was very rude in their behaviour despite reminding them again and again regarding my refund. They dont reply to my queries now and ignoring them. This is a fake company run by greedy people who are always interested in minting money from innocent clients and they have a fake refund policy.

I made my account on shadi.com, jeevansathi, BharatMatrimony and was using it to find a right partner for myself.

One day suddenly my accounts got deleted stating use violation. However I have not done anything wrong with anyone.

I called customer service but no response. I want to use this servives and want my account to b active again.

This is wrong allegation on me and my intention to use their portal.

This site is being used by some men like sanjeev gupta of indore, profile id sh 19997366, for purpose like sex talks etc. Within a couple of minutes without getting to know the person they start indulging in dirty talks. They try to lure women, try watsapp videochatting with them and after they have had their fill, reject them and try to avoid them

I created profile on shaadi.com one week back. After two days when i opened to check my profile, i saw that three members were in my accepted requests. I did not send request to any of them. I cancelled those requests. Again i logged in my account after 3 days and found there are two new accepted requests. When i checked my sent requests, there were 8 sent requests. I did not send or accept any requests and nobody had password to my account. God knows how this was happening. It was as if someone else was oeprating my account. Finally i cancelled the accepted requests and then deleted my profile. Still don't understand how the heck all this happened.

I subscribed to vip shaadi membership when their consultant called and convinced me it's a good personalised service and i would be sent handpicked matches every week from an exclusive pool of profiles.
However within 2 weeks i saw the same profiles which i had already seen on the regular shaadi.com site.
I immediately requested to terminate my membership and refund my money.
I have got no response.
I was chased till i became a member. Once the topic of refund came up, they have ignored my emails.

Hi there, i’ve been trying to login my account from last 14 days but my account is always under screening. Shadi.com have charged me for 6 months. And website says account will be activated in 24-48 hours from very first day. Which never happened. If they cannot activate my account then please refund my money.

I’m fleeced by shaadi.com. I took up the select shaadi service for (My son) around 8 months. 2 months the service went of well but profiles were not as per preferences. Later when i made a complaint to their higher ups the rm’s senior immediately changed the service & told me he’ll search as per my preferences but it’ll not reflect on the select shaadi app. As i was more interested in the outcome, i agreed. For last 2-3 months neither is this senior keeping me in loop nor am i getting service, my 6 months money is gone down the drain. I’m fleeced, royally. Their complaint department merely sends you computerised messages, with no one to listen to your complaints & resolve them. The numbers of shaadi.com on web are all sales numbers & not complaint numbers. I need help from this forum to give me justice as a consumer & other shaadi.com customers from getting fleeced.
