I am member of shaadi.com from more than 3 years, i discontinued their services after paying more than 25000 rupees as they were constantly calling me to buy their premier services which cost much more. I had more than 200 unused contacts when i discontinued the service.


They kept calling me and my father from jan 2016 to march 2016 to buy their services. I decided to buy basic gold membership again in march 2016 and put up the complain against shaadi.com manager khushboo for forcing me to buy much costlier service for lifetime.In new membership they cancelled my option to use my 200 unused contacts. But i did not want to fight because i am a busy person, not have much time.


On march 19 2016, invoice no:[protected], i bought up the gold membership for 3 months. Suddenly, on[protected], they blocked my account. As per them it was on random basis and they want my identity proof. They will inform me about the status within 24 hours...

I mailed them my govt. Identity proof on the same day but since then i have received no communication from their side. I have emailed them many times, even called them many times but i have received no response from them.


My account is blocked and all my communications have turned futile.

I have used both of their id's for sending e mails : [protected]@shaadi.com, [protected]@peopleinteractive.In, phone numbers used :[protected]

The service request number raised are : 2092476, 2092643, 2099149

But no reply from their side is received till now.

I have my reputation loss as i have proposals from whom i was taking regarding my matrimony.

They are using this site as money extortion business and if customer complains about them then they "on the random basis" block any account they want and simply refuses to entertain any communication to answer why they have blocked the account. I am still a paid member and they are denying me services that they promised at the time of selling it. I feel very strict action should be taken against these kinds of fraudulent websites which are more into the blackmailing and money extortion business rather then in true professional business.

Please advice me how can i take the relevant action

Let me remind you the team on my email sent for refund with given statistics in this email:-

1. Not even a single profile was persuaded for meeting.

2.Incorrect info of the profile was provided, i consider this as misleading your customer.

3. Short-listing of 16 profiles - not even a single meeting with any of the shortlisted. These 16profiles we shared considering that i will shorlist profiles first and then your team will share with the accepted profiles, this was done due to delay in your process of sharing profiles timely. This has clearly been mentioned in my email of sep 8.

4. During the first 15days, profile of mr sunny singh was accepted by me on sep 14 @ 6:35pm (Closure of business hours) but no feedback on the status till today also.

5. My first request of not happy with vip services was raised on “date: tue, sep 8, 2015 at 1:48 pm” which was not resolved even till “tue, sep 22, 2015 at 5:28 pm” – this means more than 15days of time limit.

6.In reference to email sent on “tuesday, november 17, 2015 12:25 pm” which was a follow up email of sep 8. The email clearly says i have been raising concern and reminders again and again.

Vip services activated on : 27 august, 2016.

This is regarding Kunal Joshi (a.k.a Kevin Josh). i have been following thread about people complaining and have also written to some of them. i believe he was caught by gurgaon police last year.

i am looking for someone who can help me with more information and also if there is any scope in recovering the money he has wrongfully taken from plenty of cheated and innocent girls.

I had enrolled my daughter to the service on 14th March 2016 and was told that in case the service is not upto the mark, my money would be refunded in 15 days. I raised a query on 26th March 2016 but the representative refused to respond. I have been following up for the refund ever since but these frauds have been evading the question completely.

Shaadi.com has engaged in the email being provided in the interest sent for the fraud to occur. This scammer is organized from Lagos, Nigeria in which African Criminal gangs have easily fooled shaadi.com during registration with a phone call to a Los Angeles number & a woman pretending to be 'Henna' confirming (very easy breach), with nothing else done to ensure security. Shaadicom understands that it's engagement in providing membership to this original profile which also led to the next fake created (sweetalima.[protected]@hotmail.com --> temporary visa Las vegas nevada, not working) with membership again by the same criminal gangs will Only lead to death for its vulnerable users! This is going on non-stop under the ignorance & foolishness of shaadicom management! Shaadicom understands that depicting women that have not agreed to be depicted is a violation to both genders leading to death! Only on shaadi.com will we c membership profiles of a 'gursikh sikh' with mother tongue 'assamese' & photos stolen & depicted of caucasian, hispanic/latino, & mixed race east indian/caucasian, & middle eastern all these many multiple women in 1 sweet alima.[protected]@hotmail.com (Email for fraud), who have all not agreed to be depicted on the site, also a gursikh sikh with a full muslim name in the email address, with women depicted that could easily be christian? Do we have 3 different religions depicted in 1 profile? I still don't understand ( is this a sikh or gursikh sikh or muslim or christian or buddhist or 5 in 1? Fraudsters lure their victims to their corrupt poverished countries in africa & kill these people using shaadi.com after extorting/robbing them, if not then the corrupt police will detain/arrest/kill them (All leading to death/bodily harm for shaadi.com users after the multiple lakhs of losses). All leading to death for indians/south asians after being frauded using shaadi.com online due to international access & flying out to go after the scammers. This is not a joke! Shaadi.com have clearly shown their lack of education/ignorance with this in the most important indian principle- not protecting (1)india's vulnerable minorities, plus all nri's (2) & plus all the other races/ethnicities (3) with these examples! All '3' of these have been clearly shown ignorance/lack of awareness by shaadi.com & all (3) of these minorities in different sense have been given the back of shaadi.com who have failed the 1 n only needed id check in their history. I have registered for vip consultant plan in shaadi.com for 3 months for around 27000 i have paid for the same and the worst service i have got from the vip personal advisor Neha Dey.Within 1.5 months she was not able to connect me to any of the VIP customers profile.And the ones which we liked she was not able to connect us with the same customer.she will not be in continous touch with us on working days.when we complained against her poor performance to the customer care even they were not able to help us out with any resolution.

Pls be cautious from person who first get in love with you, then get into any trouble and ask for help. I was cheated by person named -Prince Pranav Atkin saying he was caught by customs for having large amount of cash which obviously he bought for settling with me. I got trapped and helped him bcus I thought he is in this situation bcus of me. But guys pls be aware, look for clues, don't give your money to anyone. I registered on this website by making an online payment for shaadi.com for finding a match for my son. Subsequently I was persuaded by the Company to upgrade my membership to avail the VIP Services on a trial basis by making a further payment. The gentleman who spoke to me was one Mr Krishna. I shared my apprehensions with him that earlier another company had charged a big amount and actually we were not satisfied with the services at all. He assured me that at shaadi.com I could try out and if I found that the profiles I'm being sent are not suitable, then they would refund the additional payment and revert to the original ordinary membership. I found that the profiles that the relationship manager was sending were not at all suitable, so several times I have asked the shaadi.com to please refund my addition payment and let me revert to my original membership, but they are just not doing that

I wanted to point out some important issues with this website that go ignored. No one on this site knows who the other person is unless a passport check is on the trust badge, but now days even those r getting frauded. The rest of the girl profiles need to be raised questions whether they r real or not. The girl profiles r subject to much less ID checks, but the girl profiles r the ones that would be a fake or scammer behind it. This website takes payment first for profit then does a ID check, but it's too late, the damage is already done in that time period when the membership starts if it's a fake scammer. If the person ur talkin to suddenly ends up in another country then u know it's a fake. The girls on this website are especially only looking for money either directly or indirectly. If the girl or her parent/sibling first question to u is what work u do? Then u know right away all they want from u is money, so I would not call this a 'love' site. This is also represented by this site checking work/financial/education documents which represents that first question these girls will ask u about what work u do? In all aspects, this website has done everything to protect the women of the site, but they have failed to protect the men of this site who are paying them. I first spoke to Krishna Tiwari and Prajakta (don't have last name) who sold me an exclusive VIP service where their consultants introduce me to these exclusive profiles from their "VIP Club" in addition to the regular shaadi profiles that matched by criterion. I was told a consultant will constantly stay in touch with me. I paid $480 for a three month service. I was sent a email by Krishna Tiwari with bharat.[protected]@peopleinteractive.in, anagha.[protected]@peopleinteractive.in, priyanka.[protected]@peopleinteractive.in in cc. Krishna knew I lived in Germany and told me that the consultant will call me outside of my working hours.

I was introduced to John Crasto who refused to call me outside of my working hours because it was too late in India. Krishna clearly promised something else. I asked for a refund and was refused citing terms and conditions. I switched consultants only to find Prabhash Sharma who was worse, did not provide profiles that met my criterion and sent me only profiles that were publicly available on shaadi.com even for free members. There was never an update on what he did with all the profiles that I had accepted. I scheduled a call with him and he tells me that hes calling these proposals at 1 pm IST when the guy he is calling is in washington DC where it was 3 in the morning. Prabhash says madam I am trying to call but he is not picking up. Why would anyone pick up a call at 3 in the morning? His manager Vivek Nair is not responsive either.

I was told I would be given access to a special app/website so they disabled my regular profile. After paying the money, they said sorry this is available only on android. If we unhide your profile, you will have to manage it.

This service is a cause for stress please do not sign up. Please do not waste your money. I no one else uses this service. They are exploiting us and I am happy to complain where ever possible.

They are trapping people with false profiles, once the person is trapped they offer services to get successful response. They give more discounts to new person and give very little no discount to existing customer. They judge the person on his or her wealth and trap him using their managers and executives. In my case i got constant call from some manager Khushboo and her executive Renu, they forced me to buy a costly product. To force me to buy this product, they even refused any discount to me on basic cheap product whereas any non customer is offered huge discount on this basic plan. After spending around 25000 bucks on this fraud shaadi.com i am feeling cheated and want back all my money and compensation for harassment and time waste. These people even misbehaved with me.

The groom profile in the name of Akshay Kirty is fraud . His education, family back ground is not true . He has got medical issue which his family hides, he is medical and mentally unfit.

This website is scamming people for their money on the name of VIP service.
Firstly, they promise that you get access to other exclusive vip profiles not otherwise shown to general members. But this is false. Not even a single profile shared by vip consultant was unique, but already visible with general membership.
Secondly, they don't provide the promised personalized service as offered. They only throw the profiles already on the site at you regardless of what you may have personally asked for. They will keep pushing the same profile irrespective of your interests.
On being asked for refund and stoppage of service they (Manager Jai Rao- Mumbai Office) have declined to do so citing some false terms and conditions.
Effectively this website is taking your money, failing to provide service and then just walking away with the money without doing anything in return for the customer.
I do not wish this to happen to any one else and will take this up to where I can.

Upon various representations and follow-up’s from your end, I took the VIP services offered by shaadi.com. However, my experience with VIP scheme is very bad, in fact horrible. The service that they promise while registering is never fulfilled.

I requested suitable matches abiding only 2 criteria and they failed miserably to provide the same.

The website is full of fake profiles. Whomever we try to contact are either married or and settled and having kids . We doubt the authenticity of the site if they hire people to create fake profiles by taking photos of people from social networking sites and putting up fake profiles. One person reached to an extent in chatting with us on phone and talking about the wedding . Luckily we didnt had to drag it further as we found out the guy...

Dear Sir / Madam, I wish to explain my bad experience here & hope this will helpful to others for future reference & also expecting that some authority will note the matter & take an appropriate action against the fraud people. I was a registered member of Shaadi.com since many years and before 3month (21/10/2015) I received an interest from paid member Dr. Haresh Jagad and I accepted, then he sent his bio data & photos to my personal Gmail id and told me that he is working as a General Surgeon with United Nations Truce Supervision Organization, Camp Yigael, Tzrifin, Eastern Side of Rishon Lezion, Camp 782 and home address 230, Dereham Rd., Norwich, England, UK & all type of communications are band from the organization and he can only communicate from Google talk for proceed further. Parents are passed away & only one sister is there who is married & settled in UK. Profile was very impressive so I started chatting and lots of times asked details about family & other documents proof but he didn’t provided and he badly convinced me to continue talk with him & told me that I am coming to meet you and family in January 2016 but I forced him to talk over phone to my family or send some document proofs regarding his work, degree or residence, otherwise tell your sister to talk with my family but for everything he denied. Suddenly he said that I resigned from my assignment & coming to India on 31/12/2015. I informed to my family from starting so everybody was very happy but still we were very alert before each & every step. And I kept all his chats & call as record. Even in last 3, 4 months he called me only once on (21/12/2015) & also provided his number ([protected]) after so long. Finally he given a big shock on 23/12/2015 that he received gratuity of 400000 pounds from United Nations Truce Supervision & sent it on my name to India through a Diplomat Mr. Jackson Fred & he will deliver the parcel to my home, it will be a box with code 1980 and without that code no one can open that box. I taken snap shot of all this conversation because now my doubt become strong that something is happening wrong. As per their plan I got a call from Mr. Jackson ([protected]) that he is at airport and the parcel kept with him but I have to transfer 98, 000/-INR to access international Monetary Fund receipt & then only he can deliver the parcel at my home. I denied immediately & called Dr. Haresh Jagad and explained the situation narrated by Mr. Jackson but he still acted like innocent and said let me check with Mr. Jackson & then I will revert you back, after 10min he called me the same regarding International Monetary Fund receipt story said you transfer money immediately otherwise my hard earn money will go to custody of Indian Government. I denied and said I have no money then suddenly he said transfer 40, 000/- INR. Meanwhile we checked in internet about rules & regulations of international money transfer & some same cases of frauds & tracked number of Jackson & it was found Aircel network of Delhi. My brother called Jackson & tried to ask address but he was not provided, we called at Delhi airport for cross check but they confirmed there is no person with name of Jackson & also no one can send money thru parcel. I also asked for bank a/c no. to Jackson & Haresh but they both not provided. They were alert & stopped to pick our calls. Dr. Haresh Jagad tried a lot to convince me emotionally but I already a law graduate & always I keep update myself with all different crimes & frauds so I know how to handle these people but I don’t know by this way how many persons were the victims of this fraud. Shaadi.com is most trusted site in India but now people are using this social service as a media of crime. By this Incidence my family & myself is highly disappointed and I am explaining here this matter to alert other girls, boys & their families, as well as some authority will take note & suitable action against the same. We should stop this cycle otherwise we cannot expect how big racket or fraud is going worldwide. I have all the Biodata, photographs & chat records & above mentioned mobile numbers for reference. Hope for some response.

We had taken a three month membership. A relationship manager was assigned to us. He used to send some profiles every week. Relationship manager told us he had spoken to guys. However when we used to call them there were not aware about him. We paid 11000 for this service and were not able to meet a single prospect. Shaadi.com seems to be a fraud company. At the time when they wanted us to take the membership they used to call us daily now they are not taking our calls. At the time of taking membership we were told it will be extended for 1 year but now no one is taking our calls...

Mr.chandra sheaker permanent add tirupathi married having children but raise his profile for second marriage in bharath matrimony and shaadi.com . he will tell all stories make fun of divorced women having children. He works as sales mannager in vediocun company hyderabad . his contact numbers are [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. clearly fraud pls women/girls dnt fall in such kind of mess He also tells the girl parents all lies . pakka fraud. He sends the interset request to women in all kind of online communications and will directly come to home as of he is a hero but a fraud man . He uses them for sex also . He will ask for a coffee takes in his alto car for a ride give some sort of drugs enjoys for sex, taking vedios of all girls enjoys and starts blackmailing them for sex .so pls all women be carefull there are so many victims of such fellows in bharth matrimony and telugushaadi.com
