Dear Sir/Madam, Upon various representations and submissions from your end, I took the VIP services offered by you. The highlights of the issues being faced by me are as follows: 1. Customer representative is never available. We have to call up atleast 5-6 times a day, leave multiple messages and then pray to God that the call will finally be answered by your representative. 2. It has been about 80 days off the quota of 90 days and you have not been able to arrange a single meeting so far. 3. Despite the regular follow ups and various requests from our end, we do not get the information on the profiles sent by you. 4. Despite repeated requests that the members from Delhi NCR to be given priority, the same was not given much attention for more than 60 days and even then there is no follow up on the approved profiles. 5. We had requested for discussion with senior member of the team for redressal of the issues, only to be told that the senior will be available to take call at his leisure, may be by end of the day. Despite various representations made by you, in reality, there is practically no difference between the free services offered by you and the services to VIP members. In fact, it is a complete waste of time, money and energy.

I met this guy through Shaadi.com . But he said his name is Kevin Josh, that what he mentioned in the matrimony site. When I enquired from his company about him i came to know that his real name is Kunal joshi. He said that he is a partner in the company, which was not true. He said he owns a BMW which is also not true. He uses the name Kevin Josh to fool girls in Dubai. promises to marry them. And then he ask for money. I have been a shaadi.com (http://shaadi.com/) customer from last 3 years, I am looking for a suitable groom for my daughter who stays in UK. After three years of long association with shaadi.com (http://shaadi.com/), I decided to avail select shaadi services for my daughter. But now I repent my decision. As I was being fooled by your managers & your executive Mr. Sohail Khan. Starting with your relationship manager Akash mishra who wasted our time, by not sending profiles on time. He never was in touch and even after so many reminders by us, the profiles he use to send us never use to match our criteria. He literally wasted our time which is why we choose to change relationship manager. In these three months of select shaadi (http://shaadi.com/) service we didn’t get any fruitful result.

Me and my wife then decided to surf the online portal ourselves and access the profiles of shaadi members and look for the suitable matches. We shortlisted some members as prospects. But with the end of membership we lost all contacts. Unable to contact the people as cannot view any contact info.

We are highly disappointed by the shaadi.com (http://shaadi.com/) service & sorry to say but select shaadi relationship managers are not capable enough to handle things. Things were being dragged by your managers just for no reason, as if you guys just needed money from us & in return provided us nothing.

And not just that, your executive Mr. Sohail Khan from Mumbai has cheated me. Before service got over I had word with Mr. Sohail Khan and he wrongly told me that this service will continue for an year even when select shaadi service will get over. And the contacts we have viewed will not get affected. But the day service got over; all the contacts were vanished from the list. Now what will you call this? I have been misled by him. SELECT SHAADI IS A BIG FRAUD! Because of such unprofessional & untrustworthy behavior customers like us will never trust your services. Shaadi profile SH28841425, girls be aware of him..he is a polygamist, married twice legally and he is not 34 but 44 years old, not that he is currently living with a legal wedded wife who he married in India, and never registered in the USA on purpose, however he has one legal marriage in the USA as well. There are many fake profiles on Shaadi.com. eg SH77011337 which they say they are business man in construction company. He will send you fake photos. The guy has UK number like +[protected], [protected], [protected]. he talks very nicely and says he is in love with you. Then he will promise that he will come down to India and he will land up with huge amount of money in Delhi, there he will ask you to deposit amount into different accounts He will call you from numbers like [protected], [protected]. These all are scammers please do not fall prey to them.

I am here to warn all the girls. I just got scammed by a guy named Yasir Tareq. He goes as Yasir T on shaadi.com. He is a self employed civil engineer and a widow from Madison, Wisconsin. I have complained this to shaadi.com. I don't know whether they have taken any action as I am no longer on that Site any more. I trusted and accepted this guys invitation because he was a premium member. I thought premium members were verified members and not just some random cons from Nigeria. His profile picture is also fake. I did a reverse search on his profile photo and his picture is of some Turkish model living in US who goes as Ermul Sulku on face book. Please be careful. P.S in two days he will claim that you are the love of his life and no matter what happens you are his only woman.

I have been raising complaint on receiving an invitation to connect by email from one of the registered shaadi.com member and renewed the membership to get the number. Post renewal contacted the member and come to know that she did not send any invitation. Later communicating this to shaadi.com customer care, they replied that on behalf of members the system will send invitation without the consent of that particular member. This is one such cheap marketing technique used to make money. Also received invitations from member registered as female in the gender column, but the uploaded photographs are of a male. Even communicating this the reply was initially the member has selected a wrong gender. Then I questioned that what verification do shaadi.com admin have for the uploaded photos prior to listings. With continuous follow up they started disconnecting from the chat, requested for a call back from the managers with authority, till today no actions. She lives in India for christs sake and claims to be living in Brampton, ON which is in Canada. I had a friend who had expressed interest in her and that's how I know this lady. She claims to be "oh so Canadian" however she has the thickest Punjaby accent of all times. Right now my friend and I are sitting together and drafting this to warn you about her that she will royally tell you that she use to live in Canada and her status ended or something odd! Then why the heck do you have misleading information on shaadi.com that you still live in Canada? I paid for an upgrade on 23rd October and it didn't upgrade so I tried to contact by calling but it didn't go through so I used feedback and email to explain and heard nothing. After a week I tried the feedback device once again to ask for a full refund and explained I want a full refund for the poor service. On 29th October Deepesh Gohil (Shaadi Support) emailed apologising for delay and said they can activate my service and give me an extra week to the 3 month upgrade and asked for a response. I emailed back saying I was dissatisfied by the service and wanted more then a week extension for the inconvenience and if you can't do that then I want a full refund. Since that email no one has counted me. I emailed back again saying it is so bad that I am being ignored and that I got a call when I was at work so couldn't answer so I asked for a full refund and an email response.
