    I brought a Ana 3 Seater Sofa in Garnet Red Colour.

    The Item was purchased on 25/11/2021 and had a warranty of 36 months. After few months stiches started removing.
    i have raise a complain on June 3rd for the same.
    After 20days they came and said merchant are not responsible for stiches and cloth.
    i'm frustrated as this stiches can be done with out completely opening.
    Pepper fry not taking any responsibility and said it already mentined in warrenty after 20 days.
    Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    worst part they mentioned is item damaged due to usage. what will covered in 3years warranty i am wondering.
    Also there is no transparency what communication is happening between merchants and pepperfry. In my case initial days they said merchant not replying and finally said they wont support due to this is damage due to usage.
    there are not responsible for cloth and stiches.

      Seller sent me used product when I have ordered brand new. On opening the box milk smell was coming. You can see Coffee stain on frother in photo. Coffe was also stuck in machine as if it was used very much before. Spoon has coffee powder on it.

      I instantly started replacement request on pepperfry on 5th June 2022. Pepperfry calls me on 13th June 2022 and say seller has already sent replacement but is not sharing shipment tracking details. Then again pepperfry calls me on 18th June 2022 and said that seller(Kida Retail Pvt.ltd.) says they had sent you new product and we cannot do anything about it. Definitely One o[censored]s is lying and I know I am not lying.

      how can i resolve my complaint now. Pepperfry return policy is they don’t take product with scratches but they do sell you used product with scratches. I know its my mistake that i ordered from pepperfry instead of Amazon to save Rs 2000. now i have lost my RS 22000.

      does this image looks like image provided in website. Did website mentioned they are going to send used machine. this image was taken 6 hour after delivery and sended to pepperfry team. does it look like only used once?

        I ordered a drawer cabinet from pepperfry.com. it was supposed to be delivered on 6th june instead was delivered late on 12th. As i just had a baby i was in dire need of this product. When it reached me nobody contacted me for its assembly. I myself had to call the customer care and request assembly. Until then i hadn't opened the parcel as the technician appointed comes and does the same. When finally the technician came and opened the color of the product was totally different than what i ordered. Not even close to the picture shown on the website. I raised a return request on the website uploaded the pictures comparing what i got and what was shown on the website. In a few hours i got a call from the website only to hear from their executive that the pictures i have uploaded all look the same. It was like they were told to simply deny what customer is trying to convey and somehow reject the return. I still tried to convey and make their executive understand. He blatantly denied and canceled my call. And i haven't received any response since then. This product was forced on me when i genuinely just asked for a simple return.

        That is the whole point what is shown in the picture hasn't been delivered. No matter how much you guys try to prove that its the same color. Its simply not.
        The order number is[protected]. All i am doing is making multiple calls to you guys. This is the second time this issue has come up with pepperfry had recently ordered a dinning table which came out defective after multiple calls and explanation it was repaired. That too with left marks again had to make multiple calls and explanations only and only then the table was replaced.

            Had placed an order for a single seater chair on 5th May 2022. It was to be delivered on 2nd June 2022. The same is yet to be delivered. ALso there is no correspondence from the company w.r.t delay in shipping the product.

              I have visited juhu pepperfry studio on 05.06.2022 for purchase of bed and sofa set(3+1+1) the executive there showed the products and explained the differences in their website and told that tomorrow offer is going to end and you will not get at this price and if you order from pepperfry studio you will get at a better price than you order yourself through online. Next day when the executive called me i have informed to call him in the evening on 06.06.2022 to place an order but in which he has placed an order for the bed otherthan the one that we have selected which I came to know through the order confirmation email received from pepperfry since the one i selected and the one he has ordered are appearing in their website with same name and same price it became difficult to understand and the order was placed by the studio people and send us the payment link to make the payment. With in an hour or so I realised that he has ordered the wrong item i have sent him the message through WhatsApp for which there is no reply. When I send multiple messages requesting to change the item that we have selected he said it is not possible and if we cancel we will not get the full amount i.e., 2.5% cancellation charges are applicable. I also informed him along with this i have also ordered for another sofa set (3+1+1) of rs.84333/- through studio only. At the time of visit to studio their staff told that only wood is available after payment bed need to be manufactured and get it delivered for which it takes 20-25 days. The one which they have ordered and the one i have selected are from same seller/manufacturer also I requested them to convey to the seller about the same for change in product for which they are reluctant. I told them that I didn't want to cancel the order or refund i only request to despatch the items that i have selected but they are not doing that nor refunding the full amount. When I raised the complaint multiple time with their customer care either through email and over phone they are telling that fault is at their studio side and if they cancel the order at their end they can waive the charges and refund the amount. Where as studio people not acting to the instructions of their company customer care representatives. Kindly assist me in this regard

                Order cancellation charges being levied unfairly

                I placed an order for a sofa at pepperfry studio #[protected]. After order was placed, i was told the delivery time is after about 3 to 4 weeks. As I can't wait for that long, I spoke to customer care to cancel that order. However they are saying they will levy 2.5 percent cancellation charges which is not fair. Need immediate action to refund in full without any charges....

                This is regarding my current experience with pepperfry. I had wasted 3 weeks of my time for a single product and at last I had to cancel the product in frustration due to false commitments by pepperfry team and unable to provide any solid update regarding the product.
                I had booked a Bed SKU: FN1921173-S-PM35052 on 16th May.
                The product was delivered on 23rd May and the Carpenter came on 24th May. While doing the assembly he told me that the headboard delivered is wrong and not fitted with other parts of the bed. I contacted the sales guy (Mr. Utkarsh ) who booked this item in Pepperfry Experience Studio located in MG Road Gurgaon. He told me he is on leave and he will not be able tell me what cause the wrong delivery, whether its from local warehouse or mumbai warehouse. He said tomorrow I’ll be in office and will be able to give you any update.
                The next day, his phone was switched off. I called the pepperfry studio, they told me he is on leave and were unable to assist me with any information regarding the replacement of headboard.
                On 26th May, I asked Utkarsh to cancel the project as i haven’t got any clarity regarding the replacement of the product. He committed that it will be delivered by Monday or Tuesday i.e 30th or 31st. I said ok I’ll give a chance.
                On 27th May I got a call from Pepperfry Customer Service ( Mr. Sharik) saying that it will take atleast 15-20 days to deliver that headboard. They were not even sure where is the actual headboard. On asking who should I believe, him or Utkarsh, he told me Utkarsh is not the right person and he have received the complaint on 27th May whereas it was does by the carpenter on 24th May. After insisting him to check within the team whats going on, he said he needs another 48 hours to figure out where is the problem.
                On 28th I received a call from Utkarsh saying that it will take another 15-20 days and they are not certain about this too and suggested me to either take the refund or wait for replacement.
                I asked him to cancel all the products I have bought from Pepperfry in frustration.
                By evening the received the email for the pickup of the bed.
                On 29th May, 7:30 pm I received a call from the pickup guy Ompal saying their is something incorrect in the pick statement.
                He talked to someone I don’t know who and cancelled the pickup of the bed. On asking why did he cancelled he said he will asked someone from warehouse to call me next morning. Same thing happened on 30th, 31st and 1st June.
                They have no coordination between sales, delivery and customer service team.
                Also, only one person is taking care of your case not the whole team. if for some reason he is not available other can’t give you any commitments and mostly they are on leave.
                Now, my money is stuck. I cannot buy another bed and I have to wait a week to get my refund and go to market and do all the search again.

                It was a very bed idea I went to their studio. Won’t happen again.

                    I ordered a coffee table from Pepperfry via Order[protected]. The same was delivered on May 11, 2022. Initially, I did not realise that the two sides of the coffee table were of difference heights because of vision problems.

                    However, I raised a complaint regarding the height on My12th and since then, there have been numerous emails and calls exchanged. However, the company refuses to acknowledge that the two sides of the coffee table are of different heights or offer a resolution to the matter.

                    I have been simply shuttled among different people like Kunal, Simran, Danieta, Ankita and others.

                    If there is anything that you can do, I would be grateful.

                      Facing same issue as others. Need to shift and they are not giving any service to dismantle bed. Even when I am ready to pay. Such a shame. Why sell products when you can’t offer service. This should be shared at the time of selling product that we cannot provide any service. Don’t ever buy anything from Pepperfry. Cheats.

                        Very disappointed by pepperfry, more because of the cunning approach of offering warranty with no intention to comply. I got this sofa that comes with 3 year warranty, however when faced the problem in backrest, they declared that it is due to usage and is not covered in warranty, practically without checking it.
                        Although a person visited the apartment to inspect, but that was just to take photograph for records. The wood is still sealed inside the cover and no one knows if it could be manufacturing defect or not, but he never tried to inspect as clearly pepperfry have no intention to help.

                        I am not even asking for replacement, I will be happy even if you can send a carpenter to fix it.

                        I wonder what is the meaning of 3 years warranty when the company can so easily get rid of customer support by unreasonable excuse. Why is pepperfry selling sofa at such premium rates if it doesnot want to provide any after sale service of repairs 4 months after sale when they claim 3 year warranty. This is pure cheating and I want a fair treatment. I cannot accept a broken piece of sofa resting in my home while I am still paying the 6 months EMI and pepperfry telling me that this sofa cannot be even repaired !!

                        Same issue I am facing. They are running away from providing warranty services by claiming that it is an usage issue. The leg of the chair broke off suddenly within a year of purchase. That's what they are terming as usage issue.

                        Warning to all - never purchase your furniture from pepperfry.

                          Have order pot today 12.53 pm & have cancelled the order cause it's showing delivery on 16th May'2022 & have want delivery before 10th may'2022 hence have cancelled the order today within 5-10 min after have place the order

                          After that have received a email that 2.5% will be deducted for cancelling the order within 5-10 min of cancellation they deducted the amt of Rs. 58 /- means what kind of service they provide.

                          The vendor may recieved order request only may be n have cancelled it for that they deducted 58 rupee & other will be refund within 7-10 working days

                              I placed order with pepperfry with the subject order no. For 2 items -
                              1) Sattva Classic XXXL All Weather Bean Bag in Brown Color.
                              2) Crystal V1 Mid Black Ergonomic Chair in Black Color.

                              1st Item I received on 26th April but was delivered with the wrong item (size issue) immediately I request for return of the order and refund for the payments. They told that refund will only be processed once the item will be...

                              I have purchased king size bed, mattress n cushions from pepperfry.
                              King size bed requires a mattress of 78*72
                              By mistake I ordered 72*72.
                              Reached pepperfry team over call for solution .. I didn't even use the mattress as the size was imperfect. The executive asked me to drop a mail on [protected]@pepperfry.com.
                              Done the needful. 2 days later received the call saying that my request has been approved and that i will get a call from some other team for refund or exchange.
                              Received no call . 7 days later I tried reaching again but my request was closed saying that as per policy we can't do so. Got bit angry but finally made my mind to use the same mattress though it doesn't fit my king size bed.The delivery boys delivered along with plastic cover . The moment I thought o[censored]sing it i opened it and saw black spots n small damage in middle of mattress ..
                              Shared pics on mail to pepperfry team. Again got revert that executive will reach me out in 3 days . But nothing happened so far.. Today I tried to have a chat with team they Directly said my product is no longer applicable for cancellation.. this is the worst service n worst website i have ever seen .. won't suggest anyone to go for pepperfry ..never in my lifetime i will again use the application . They just want money.customet service part is 3rd class . Scammer pepperfry .. they just wasted my money .

                                Cancelation charge is 2.5% however i have been charged 25%.
                                I have invocie of 2.5% cancelation charge which is 261rs.

                                Product cost 10628

                                card payment 9151
                                wallet payment 1477

                                I have recvd the wallet refund. However card payment; i have recvd only 6919Rs.

                                Kindly help me get the complete refund.

                                customer care guy is saying I have used the cashback.
                                Cashback sent to my account should have been reversed, it was not done. I placed new order only after canceling this one.
                                If you want to deduct cashback, deduct from my wallet not from my bank card. Cashback goes to wallet, not to my credit card.

                                    I recently bought a chest of drawers from Pepperfry and it is so costly. What I received is a piece of trash, the entire furniture is wobbly and not sturdy at all. everytime I pull the drawers, the boards come out. Another small foldable stool I had bought too had scratches on it.
                                    I had ordered a total of three products.
                                    After having such a bad experience with my earlier products, I wanted to cancel the third product. So the answer I get from the PF team is it will not be cancelled. I am paying from my hard earned money to receive damaged products.
                                    The customer executives bluntly says we cannot cancel. whereas their website says "easy returns". They are fooling the customers.
