I have order from pepperfry.My order number is[protected], but at same time my family member made the same order because in order[protected], i was getting the message of transaction fail from pepperfry, so i had order the same product from different account and the order no is[protected]. So, i canceled the previous order[protected]. So, they refunded the amount but they cutted the 2.5% in it, which should not be done because i have already bought the same thing and the other would be useless. You guys can not do that.

    Unethical and Customer Exploitive tactics - Cancellation charge of 2.5% even if you cancel after 5 minutes.

    Buying Experience - I have ordered one Mintwood Computer Desk for WFH worth price was Rs. 10, 853. I made the payment with my credit card; and the order was placed immediately.

    Change the product - After 5 minutes to placing the order, I have realized that I have placed order for a wrong product; and I need to cancel the order and purchase the correct product.

    Ordered one analog wall clock . Product dimension mentioned in app was 10.5 inches. But I received it smaller in size. Multiple calls, multiple chats, mails, sent the product pics with measuring tape also . Going thru hell from last 3 days . And today at last got call that the product is right in dimension. Will share images, any one can tell that it's small in size a mentioned by them . It's sheer torture and online theft . Not expected by company well known like them . But highly disappointed and faced trauma, torture by them . Sheer agony . Hope will get some positive solution regarding this soon . 🙏

      Guys never shop from fraud company named pepperfry as
      i ordered from pepperfry order no[protected] decorative wall clock worth 5100 rs after discount but I recieved wrong product for which I even have unboxing video as proof and instead of providing resolution they have accused me of lying instead. very poor. i suggest every one to never shop from pepperfry. they are frauds and they have insulted humiliated and mentally harrased me. i m looking forward to file consumer court case against pepperfry as they denied to provide resolution

        I bought a wardrobe from pepperfry website (order number[protected] which was swiftly delivered to me. Next day I was shocked when I checked the quality of wooden board. It was mere 12 mm board and a thin cardboard supposed to be used as its back. I refused the assembly and immediately made a return/refund request. The customer care executive gave me another shock when he said they can’t do anything about it and it won’t be taken back. Upon asking, he said customer disliking/Dissatisfaction can’t be the reason for product return. I went to furniture
        Market to check the average size of board used in same type of wardrobe and it came out to be 18mm for the main frame and 10mm for the back. Upon asking why don’t pepperfry mention wooden board size, they said it’s their in house brand and these are their standard measurement (which is itself not sturdy).
        Please don’t make fool of atleast fresh customer.
        Please refund my money and take your unused product back.

        I have made complaint both directly to the company and from this platform but sadly nobody is bother to contact me. Mails are also sent to the pepperfy but no calls from company yet.
        FYI. The false claims advertised by pepperfry on internet
        “No questions asked on return”

        However when I asked for return, instead of asking any questions, they simply denied it

          I ordered a gaming chair last year on 24th August from pepperfry.com. The order ID for the same was :[protected] and costed me 11076 rupees.

          A few months back I started having issues with the chair. The upper layer of fabric started to come off. The recliner lock mechanism is also not working which means the back of the chair reclines even with very less force (which means I cannot take back support and started having pain in my lower back).

          I contacted customer support and they were kind enough to arrange a carpenter visit for me. The carpenter visited me and checked out the chair and told me he cannot fix it. He also asked for 100 rupees to write the same thing in his review and inform his superior this very thing. He told me this is my only chance to get replacement of the defective product.

          I paid him 100 rupees and contacted back the customer care. He told me there is nothing more he can do and cannot replace the product. When I asked to provide me contact information for their superiors, he refused me.

            I had purchased a product worth around 25000 in pepperfry and cancelled as it was not required. I was expecting refund in bank account as Amazon kind of ecommerce send refund to Bank account. Pepperfry had put the money in pepperfry wallet which i am not aware. I made a small purchase to check if I can use that wallet amount. So i utilized 200 rupees out of 25000. I then enquired if I can get the available balance in wallet to my bank account. They agreed initially but upon checking during transfer they said since you have utilised 200 rupees we cannot transfer any amount back. So this means i can only utilise the amount for pepperfry purchases now. They are claiming that i since I had utilised partial amount, turning the blame on my end they are unable to refund. No consumer will be aware about these internal rules of pepperfry. This is system issue from their end for which consumer must not be affected.

              Hi, I placed and order #[protected] on 12-july-2022 at 8.05am and cancelled the same order within 2 hours. However, customer care charged 2.5% as cancellation charge, even though the order is not confirmed or order not packed or order not dispatched.

              This is unfair. For what reasons are they charging cancellation fee. This is very wrong means of making money.

                I had purchased an Oriel Solid Wood Single Bed with Storage from Pepperfry on 20th February 2020.
                Item ID is FM1694477-S-WH32491.
                The amount paid for this product is Rs.25399 including all taxes which also has a warranty of 3 years. On 19th of June, the support between the two ends of the bed broke in between as there appeared a crack. So, on 22th June, a furniture specialist had visited and checked and observed the furniture and then concluded that the damage is irreparable and that it can only be replaced. On 23rd June, we received a mail stating that the product will not be accepted for repair/return as it has been damaged due to our usage. I wonder, How can a wooden cot break due to our usage? This is completely meaningless and baseless claim put forth by Pepperfry Officials, even after the furniture specialist referring for a replacement after thorough inspection. Now, even after sending them multiple mails regarding the same, we aren't getting any response as a matter of solution to this problem.
                Even though this product was expensive, we had only purchased it thinking that as it came from a reputed company like Pepperfry, it would last longer. This kind of response was not expected from such a company. Hoping that necessary action will be taken by the concerned authorities or else we will be forced to seek legal advice.

                We had posted a complaint in consumerscomplaints.in regarding the broken support of our Wooden Single Bed. Item ID is FM1694477-S-WH32491 and order number is[protected]FM1694477-S-WH32491.On July 2, 2022 the Pepperfry Customer Care had contacted us and one of their executives had reached us via call and assured us that he will look into the matter. After 2-3 days, we received a call from him and he assured us that the broken part will be replaced and it will be done within 2-3 days approximately .But few days later, we received a call from him and he said that the replacement won't be done by Pepperfry and all the repair and replacement work including the expenditure must be undertaken by ourselves. This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible response from Pepperfry even though our product is still in warranty. We are behind this case since many days and still no solution is being provided. It has been a traumatic experience running behind this case and still getting no positive response.

                  I just paid an amount of 21820/- on pepper fry, but the order shows cancelled. I did everything to recover the money from them or atleast place my order. They are not helping, 21820 is a very big amount. I trusted this company. I want my money back or the order to be placed. This is such a scam.

                      The Item was purchased on 25/11/2021 and had a warranty of 36 months. After few months stiches started removing.
                      i have raise a complain on June 3rd for the same.
                      After 20days they came and said merchant are not responsible for stiches and cloth.
                      i'm frustrated as this stiches can be done with out completely opening.
                      Pepper fry not taking any responsibility and said it already mentined in warrenty after 20 days.

                      worst part they mentioned is item damaged due to usage. what will covered in 3years warranty i am wondering.

                        Seller sent me used product when I have ordered brand new. On opening the box milk smell was coming. You can see Coffee stain on frother in photo. Coffe was also stuck in machine as if it was used very much before. Spoon has coffee powder on it.

                        I instantly started replacement request on pepperfry on 5th June 2022. Pepperfry calls me on 13th June 2022 and say seller has already sent replacement but is not sharing shipment tracking details. Then again pepperfry calls me on 18th June 2022 and said that seller(Kida Retail Pvt.ltd.) says they had sent you new product and we cannot do anything about it. Definitely One o[censored]s is lying and I know I am not lying.

                        how can i resolve my complaint now. Pepperfry return policy is they don’t take product with scratches but they do sell you used product with scratches. I know its my mistake that i ordered from pepperfry instead of Amazon to save Rs 2000. now i have lost my RS 22000.

                          I ordered a drawer cabinet from pepperfry.com. it was supposed to be delivered on 6th june instead was delivered late on 12th. As i just had a baby i was in dire need of this product. When it reached me nobody contacted me for its assembly. I myself had to call the customer care and request assembly. Until then i hadn't opened the parcel as the technician appointed comes and does the same. When finally the technician came and opened the color of the product was totally different than what i ordered. Not even close to the picture shown on the website. I raised a return request on the website uploaded the pictures comparing what i got and what was shown on the website. In a few hours i got a call from the website only to hear from their executive that the pictures i have uploaded all look the same. It was like they were told to simply deny what customer is trying to convey and somehow reject the return. I still tried to convey and make their executive understand. He blatantly denied and canceled my call. And i haven't received any response since then. This product was forced on me when i genuinely just asked for a simple return.

                          That is the whole point what is shown in the picture hasn't been delivered. No matter how much you guys try to prove that its the same color. Its simply not.
                          The order number is[protected]. All i am doing is making multiple calls to you guys. This is the second time this issue has come up with pepperfry had recently ordered a dinning table which came out defective after multiple calls and explanation it was repaired. That too with left marks again had to make multiple calls and explanations only and only then the table was replaced.

                                I have visited juhu pepperfry studio on 05.06.2022 for purchase of bed and sofa set(3+1+1) the executive there showed the products and explained the differences in their website and told that tomorrow offer is going to end and you will not get at this price and if you order from pepperfry studio you will get at a better price than you order yourself through online. Next day when the executive called me i have informed to call him in the evening on 06.06.2022 to place an order but in which he has placed an order for the bed otherthan the one that we have selected which I came to know through the order confirmation email received from pepperfry since the one i selected and the one he has ordered are appearing in their website with same name and same price it became difficult to understand and the order was placed by the studio people and send us the payment link to make the payment. With in an hour or so I realised that he has ordered the wrong item i have sent him the message through WhatsApp for which there is no reply. When I send multiple messages requesting to change the item that we have selected he said it is not possible and if we cancel we will not get the full amount i.e., 2.5% cancellation charges are applicable. I also informed him along with this i have also ordered for another sofa set (3+1+1) of rs.84333/- through studio only. At the time of visit to studio their staff told that only wood is available after payment bed need to be manufactured and get it delivered for which it takes 20-25 days. The one which they have ordered and the one i have selected are from same seller/manufacturer also I requested them to convey to the seller about the same for change in product for which they are reluctant. I told them that I didn't want to cancel the order or refund i only request to despatch the items that i have selected but they are not doing that nor refunding the full amount. When I raised the complaint multiple time with their customer care either through email and over phone they are telling that fault is at their studio side and if they cancel the order at their end they can waive the charges and refund the amount. Where as studio people not acting to the instructions of their company customer care representatives. Kindly assist me in this regard

                                  Order cancellation charges being levied unfairly

                                  I placed an order for a sofa at pepperfry studio #[protected]. After order was placed, i was told the delivery time is after about 3 to 4 weeks. As I can't wait for that long, I spoke to customer care to cancel that order. However they are saying they will levy 2.5 percent cancellation charges which is not fair. Need immediate action to refund in full without any charges....

                                  This is regarding my current experience with pepperfry. I had wasted 3 weeks of my time for a single product and at last I had to cancel the product in frustration due to false commitments by pepperfry team and unable to provide any solid update regarding the product.
                                  I had booked a Bed SKU: FN1921173-S-PM35052 on 16th May.
                                  The product was delivered on 23rd May and the Carpenter came on 24th May. While doing the assembly he told me that the headboard delivered is wrong and not fitted with other parts of the bed. I contacted the sales guy (Mr. Utkarsh ) who booked this item in Pepperfry Experience Studio located in MG Road Gurgaon. He told me he is on leave and he will not be able tell me what cause the wrong delivery, whether its from local warehouse or mumbai warehouse. He said tomorrow I’ll be in office and will be able to give you any update.
                                  The next day, his phone was switched off. I called the pepperfry studio, they told me he is on leave and were unable to assist me with any information regarding the replacement of headboard.
                                  On 26th May, I asked Utkarsh to cancel the project as i haven’t got any clarity regarding the replacement of the product. He committed that it will be delivered by Monday or Tuesday i.e 30th or 31st. I said ok I’ll give a chance.
                                  On 27th May I got a call from Pepperfry Customer Service ( Mr. Sharik) saying that it will take atleast 15-20 days to deliver that headboard. They were not even sure where is the actual headboard. On asking who should I believe, him or Utkarsh, he told me Utkarsh is not the right person and he have received the complaint on 27th May whereas it was does by the carpenter on 24th May. After insisting him to check within the team whats going on, he said he needs another 48 hours to figure out where is the problem.
                                  On 28th I received a call from Utkarsh saying that it will take another 15-20 days and they are not certain about this too and suggested me to either take the refund or wait for replacement.
                                  I asked him to cancel all the products I have bought from Pepperfry in frustration.
                                  By evening the received the email for the pickup of the bed.
                                  On 29th May, 7:30 pm I received a call from the pickup guy Ompal saying their is something incorrect in the pick statement.
                                  He talked to someone I don’t know who and cancelled the pickup of the bed. On asking why did he cancelled he said he will asked someone from warehouse to call me next morning. Same thing happened on 30th, 31st and 1st June.
                                  They have no coordination between sales, delivery and customer service team.
                                  Also, only one person is taking care of your case not the whole team. if for some reason he is not available other can’t give you any commitments and mostly they are on leave.
                                  Now, my money is stuck. I cannot buy another bed and I have to wait a week to get my refund and go to market and do all the search again.

                                  It was a very bed idea I went to their studio. Won’t happen again.

                                    No information given about warranty clauses mentioned in the website.

                                    While Booking it was told that 12 months all over standard warranty is applicable .

                                    This is really hurting that the reputed company is doing such un acceptable things.
