I ordered a coffee table from Pepperfry via Order[protected]. The same was delivered on May 11, 2022. Initially, I did not realise that the two sides of the coffee table were of difference heights because of vision problems.

However, I raised a complaint regarding the height on My12th and since then, there have been numerous emails and calls exchanged. However, the company refuses to acknowledge that the two sides of the coffee table are of different heights or offer a resolution to the matter.

I have been simply shuttled among different people like Kunal, Simran, Danieta, Ankita and others.

If there is anything that you can do, I would be grateful.

    Facing same issue as others. Need to shift and they are not giving any service to dismantle bed. Even when I am ready to pay. Such a shame. Why sell products when you can’t offer service. This should be shared at the time of selling product that we cannot provide any service. Don’t ever buy anything from Pepperfry. Cheats.

      Very disappointed by pepperfry, more because of the cunning approach of offering warranty with no intention to comply. I got this sofa that comes with 3 year warranty, however when faced the problem in backrest, they declared that it is due to usage and is not covered in warranty, practically without checking it.
      Although a person visited the apartment to inspect, but that was just to take photograph for records. The wood is still sealed inside the cover and no one knows if it could be manufacturing defect or not, but he never tried to inspect as clearly pepperfry have no intention to help.

      I am not even asking for replacement, I will be happy even if you can send a carpenter to fix it.

      I wonder what is the meaning of 3 years warranty when the company can so easily get rid of customer support by unreasonable excuse. Why is pepperfry selling sofa at such premium rates if it doesnot want to provide any after sale service of repairs 4 months after sale when they claim 3 year warranty. This is pure cheating and I want a fair treatment. I cannot accept a broken piece of sofa resting in my home while I am still paying the 6 months EMI and pepperfry telling me that this sofa cannot be even repaired !!

      Same issue I am facing. They are running away from providing warranty services by claiming that it is an usage issue. The leg of the chair broke off suddenly within a year of purchase. That's what they are terming as usage issue.

      Warning to all - never purchase your furniture from pepperfry.

        Have order pot today 12.53 pm & have cancelled the order cause it's showing delivery on 16th May'2022 & have want delivery before 10th may'2022 hence have cancelled the order today within 5-10 min after have place the order

        After that have received a email that 2.5% will be deducted for cancelling the order within 5-10 min of cancellation they deducted the amt of Rs. 58 /- means what kind of service they provide.

        The vendor may recieved order request only may be n have cancelled it for that they deducted 58 rupee & other will be refund within 7-10 working days

            I have purchased king size bed, mattress n cushions from pepperfry.
            King size bed requires a mattress of 78*72
            By mistake I ordered 72*72.
            Reached pepperfry team over call for solution .. I didn't even use the mattress as the size was imperfect. The executive asked me to drop a mail on [protected]@pepperfry.com.
            Done the needful. 2 days later received the call saying that my request has been approved and that i will get a call from some other team for refund or exchange.
            Received no call . 7 days later I tried reaching again but my request was closed saying that as per policy we can't do so. Got bit angry but finally made my mind to use the same mattress though it doesn't fit my king size bed.The delivery boys delivered along with plastic cover . The moment I thought o[censored]sing it i opened it and saw black spots n small damage in middle of mattress ..
            Shared pics on mail to pepperfry team. Again got revert that executive will reach me out in 3 days . But nothing happened so far.. Today I tried to have a chat with team they Directly said my product is no longer applicable for cancellation.. this is the worst service n worst website i have ever seen .. won't suggest anyone to go for pepperfry ..never in my lifetime i will again use the application . They just want money.customet service part is 3rd class . Scammer pepperfry .. they just wasted my money .

              Cancelation charge is 2.5% however i have been charged 25%.
              I have invocie of 2.5% cancelation charge which is 261rs.

              wallet payment 1477

              I have recvd the wallet refund. However card payment; i have recvd only 6919Rs.

              Kindly help me get the complete refund.

              Cashback sent to my account should have been reversed, it was not done. I placed new order only after canceling this one.
              If you want to deduct cashback, deduct from my wallet not from my bank card. Cashback goes to wallet, not to my credit card.

                  I recently bought a chest of drawers from Pepperfry and it is so costly. What I received is a piece of trash, the entire furniture is wobbly and not sturdy at all. everytime I pull the drawers, the boards come out. Another small foldable stool I had bought too had scratches on it.
                  I had ordered a total of three products.
                  After having such a bad experience with my earlier products, I wanted to cancel the third product. So the answer I get from the PF team is it will not be cancelled. I am paying from my hard earned money to receive damaged products.
                  The customer executives bluntly says we cannot cancel. whereas their website says "easy returns". They are fooling the customers.

                    I have raised the return request for a single product of my order[protected]. It has too soft bottom and no where in the description it is written it has a soft bottom. I don't have any issue with other 2 products from this order. I have raised a return request and your team member called me to tell he he cant take this return.                       Faulty bed not being picked up for return

                      I purchased a single bed from Pepperfry. The assembly carpenter that came declared the bed faulty and was unable to assemble it.
                      He said that one of the long bolts is stuck and cannot be repaired so I filed a return request.
                      The same person calls me every other day and tells me this technician will be sent and we need to confirm the problem.
                      I said ok. The technician came after 3-4 days and said the same thing.

                      I recently ordered Nariko 4 Door Wardrobe from Pepperfry. When the product was assembled I found the backside of the product is thin as sheet and can break very easily. The finish of the product is also dull and looks old. The product is not worth the price and not satisfied with the quality of product. I raised a return request and the customer service said the order cannot be returned as well the product will not come as you imagine. Work customer service. Such rude was the response. Fooling people for hard earned money. I regret buying it from Pepperfry and urge not to buy from Pepperfry. I regret buying and paying upfront. If someone can help me return the product and get my money back.

                      I am really disappointed with the quality and also found lot of bad reviews regarding this product but not on your app. Please post genuine reviews on app so that people can make informed decisions and avoid this hassle and harassment of returning the product. Your customer service said the product will not be as per your imagination. Agreed learned lesson that Pepperfry does not promote quality products. Buying via you means quality which unfortunately is not the case. I regret paying upfront and just can tolerate the product and don’t know what to do with it. It’s a genuine request I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND NEED REFUND.

                        Thank you for you email which actually did not make any sense to us ! This is to inform you that we have had an issue with the table we have bought on pepperfry which came with an manufacturing defect ! So we had lodged a complaint post delivery and we. We’re told the carpenter would come and inspect days passed and no one came and suddenly it was mentioned to us that’s it our fault ! We were blankly mentioned that customer has not accepted and it’s customers fault ! Which is really saddening and horrible on pepperfry’s part as we are very old and regular customers of pepperfry ! And frankly have never faced such an in -human customer service before From pepperfry ! Still we pursued it and second time the carpenter had come taken photos and clearly mentioned that it’s nilkamals branded table and surely they will exchange it as its is MANUFACTURE defect ! It has been almost a month that this issue is going on it’s NOT RESOLVED as yet to our satisfaction so I am really sorry mr Anirudh this issue cannot be closed at your end !
                        It’s not our fault that we have rejected it or not liked the colour so we want an exchange ! It’s your fault and your Manufacturers fault .. it’s as simple as that! mr Anirudh kindly replace the table ( stock is available I can clearly see it on your website ) or send me the money with current cost as it has increase and again if it’s a new order assembly charges will apply .. I have already paid that for my order ! . If the full amount will be given I don’t mind returning this table and placing a new order for the same table ! I hope it’s simple and clear ! I not asking for anything which is not viable !

                        This is not fair on pepperfrys part being such a big and prestigious company ! I did not expect That we have to follow up SO MUCH ! And still in the name of terms and conditions you are harassing us !

                        Nilkamal is a renowned brand have not expected This from them as well !! Hoping this issue was conveyed to nilakamal from pepperfry before us !

                          The recliner edges are protruding and the cushion is not available at the edges, due to which we hurt ourselves. Number of times informed to the outlet where we bought to the SM, however he is not providing resolution or sometime does not pick the call. I was planning to buy one more recliner, however the first impression is very bad.

                                We had ordered few product with some commitment by person named manam from ahmedabad store at titanium one.building, sg highway.
                                Now as we already asked before ordering that we need to deliver the product along with installation as we are living 230 km away from ahmedabad office. Now today people delivered the project and asked us to install it tomorrow. But since we are not living in the city, we either need to travel again tomorrow back from our home town to facilitate their work of installation.
                                We already mentioned them that we need
                                delivery and installation at the same time but they promised at the time of order. This is not ethical from your side of pepperfry store. We feel cheated at the time of order. We need proper support from the coordination team of pepperfry and need to resolve the issue by today. Or else we need to spend money for tomorrow travel and we would need this issue to bring into light with other people.

                                  I have purchased a Mattress from the aforementioned organization, the Mattress was purchased on the promise of the quality. But within a week a Sag was developed in the Product causing a lot of Pain during sleeping.
                                  I was diagnosed with Severe Back Ache due to sleeping on this product.
                                  Also when I raised the same on mail for Refunr/Return. I was told to pay Rs 2600 for this.
                                  Please help

                                    I have purchased a Table and Chair from Pepperfry on 3rd February as order id :[protected]Image1). I bought these items for my wife Mrs. Gursharanjeet Kaur and to be delivered at New Delhi. Subsequently when I requested for invoices, I received two invoices for different items. However the item FN1921314-S-WH38101 i.e table, does not reflect Buyers GSTIN
