I ordered a coffee table from Pepperfry via Order[protected]. The same was delivered on May 11, 2022. Initially, I did not realise that the two sides of the coffee table were of difference heights because of vision problems.
However, I raised a complaint regarding the height on My12th and since then, there have been numerous emails and calls exchanged. However, the company refuses to acknowledge that the two sides of the coffee table are of different heights or offer a resolution to the matter.
I have been simply shuttled among different people like Kunal, Simran, Danieta, Ankita and others.
If there is anything that you can do, I would be grateful.
