I am here to share my concern about 2 orders (I feel soo stupid that after my first experience, I still maee another order)
First one has this story where the order got rescheduled 3 times and eventually i was made to cancel it.
Let me share more details with you about first order
1. I received multiple msg on 8th Jan that the order will be delivered on 9th
2. Suddenly there was no response and after multiple emails and phone calls the order was rescheduled to 14th
3. I waited and no information was shared, the tracking is also not updated on the website, in my orders
4. I called again multiple times and got the issue escalated. The order was then rescheduled to 18th Jan
5. Guess what, I still didn't receive my order and the biggest issues is no one is following up in the commitment made.
6. Again, post my discussion with the escalation team, the order was rescheduledto 22nd.
7. There was no update on shipment number. There is no follow up from pepperfry side. Finally a person Jasir reached out on 3rd Feb and asked me to cancel the previous order and make another one with a promise of 5% discount.

Here is details of the 2nd order that I made
1. The tracking information was again red and it was not moving as expected
2. I wrote multiple emails to Mr Jasir, no response
3. I called multiple times and I never got an call back but just a email saying they couldn't reach me
4. I replied to all emails but no response
5. Today was delivery date of 2nd order and there is no information given to me on what is happening
6. Forget about the 5% discount that I never got.
7. They have 10k rupees from and are fooling people.

The order was automatically canceled and refund was processed. This is very disappointing. I was made to wait, reorder and now it was canceled automatically . Worst experience ever. Who even js reading this comment, DO NOT ORDER from PEPPERFRY ever. Worst customer service..

    World's worst customer centric Team,

    It's been more than a month to this order and I've not received my table and neither have I got any resolution from you irresponsible bunch of people. I've been initiating multiple chats, giving missed calls, writing emails but in vain. I can't even cancel the order and get refund as the option has been disabled by you guys. I've no option but to suffer each and everyday by calling you guys and pleading you to resolve my issue but no one responds.

    I was also assigned a case manager and that lazy lady gave me false promises of resolution and the matter is still unresolved. I've been suffering immense amount of mental torture from you guys and harassed each and everyday. I'm a common man and this company has cheated me of my money and emotionally drained me.

    You're not even considering my emails and giving me autoreplies that my case number is closed! Are you serious? Are you guys for real??? Have an ounce of shame swindlers.

    I'm having serious issues right now and will initiate legal action against the company. This is my last notice to you.

        Rescheduled delivery without confirming with the customer

        First time ordered an item from Pepperfry. I made an effort to call their support and confirm availability one day prior but even then they rescheduled the delivery without calling to confirm.

        Pathetic service. Also they ask to give missed calls and their support team pretends to call then cuts the call immediately.

        I had ordered an 3 seater sofa on 18.Dec2 2021, for my father, which was supposed to be delivered before Sankranti of January 2022, but it was not delivered.

          We have ordered a product which is too lengthier than its appearance in the image.
          Product was 1.5 seater width but it is more than that currently. Although we have requested for return, executive was rude to accept the complaint and acknowledge.
          We have ordered on Jan 23rd and it has been delivered on Feb 5th, we denied to assemble as its too big.

            I order one Shine 3 Door Wardrobe in Gloss Finish by A Globia Creations with order number[protected] on 23rd December 2021 and the product got delivered by on 2nd February 2022 almost after one & half month.

            Today 3.2.22 carpenter came to assemble the product and found that one part is missing. One piece of Panal C is missing instead two pieces of Panel D is their. So they could not assemble the product today.refer to the attached picture.

            After waiting for one & half month what is this kind of service and product provided by you.Simple very horrible experience and myself must never again to buy from pepperfry.

            I am not to going for product return and refund right now . Rather I want to wait for some time for get final UPDATE from your side on when can be missing part deliver to me after that I can decide on product return and refund.

            Please understand my miserable situation due to your side mistake. My previous almira got uninstalled and the newly purchased one dint get installed so now I have no place to keep my cloths and all cloths are now laying around on my room floor and bed l Abington no space for us to sleep.refer to the attached photo.

            Kindly take is seriously to provide the final UPDATED sooner before Saturday dated 5th February 2022

            i have already logged complain- WR-030222-0081 for Pepperfry Purchase 307655076-FN1921174-S-PM35052. But not getting any fast action.
            Please arrange for speed post to deliver miss part fast. my room is in very massy condition as my old almira got uninstalled and the new one dint get install so all our cloths are laying over all the room floor and bed. Please understand my situation.
            Please understand for your side mistake I am suffering badly so it become your responsibility to reduce suffering of customer caused by your side http://mistake.To do so dont stack to your normal process & transport time line which is huge time taking & increasing my suffering.
            Please shift the missing part through speed post air to reduce the transportation time as a token of your compensation and reduce my suffering caused due to your mistake. Please help and please dont delay.

              I bought chair with SKU ID FN1879655-S-WH35499 from pepperfry on 27th Jan 2021.
              Product i received was defect and broken, hence raised return request through pepperfry mobile app.
              Its been more than a week and no pick up has been scheduled. There have been sveral emails written from my end and sent to pepperfry support team but so far no response.

              I need to this companh to return full amount and pick this defective piece immediatly.

                I ordered a table on 15 Jan 2020, It was supposed to be delivered by 23January 2022.To my surprise customer care informed me that the item is defective and they are looking for replacement.
                After calling multiple times, they are just fake scheduling a delivery. Either they don't come or they come with wrong product. How can pepperfy team did mistake thrice. After repeated follow up product not delivered yet and we are not getting any status or updates on the product and customer care is not responding to our calls as well chat. Pathetic service and rude customer care executives. I want the product to be delivered by end of the day.

                    I have ordered Iron 7 Running Horse Wall Art With LED In Yellow by The SK Creative Art (order no.[protected] on Jan 17, 2022. Shipping scheduled for 19 Jan 2022 and Delivery was on 29 Jan, 2022. I have not received the product till today (1 Feb, 2022) and there is no status update post 19 Jan, So I don't know if at all it has been shipped. I have been contacting customer service over 24*7 he chat, calling directly, giving missed call to call me back but no answer from other side. And on top of that there is no option for cancellation.                       I placed an order with Pepperfry App on 30th Jan 2022. Amount of Rs.6010 was paid from my PayTM wallet. The Pepperfry App shows that payment has failed and hence order cancelled. As per PayTM this transaction is successfully completed and amount forwarded to the merchant. Unfortunate part is that Pepperfry customer services is not at all courteous and is not helping in tracing the payment made which might have hit their suspense account.

                        The company has been delaying orders without any intimation. when order 1 was delayed, I called to check as I had stayed home to receive the order. Now again this has happned. I am home to receive the order and i am being told that it cannot be delivered today. these were committed date and I had requested for update in case of delayes to customer care - still no update.
                        I have taken leave for 2 days for delivery and still not received. I am rquesting for objects to be delivered today (as I cant say home again on the next 2 days) which is being denied or be paid for my 2 days of salary.

                        The lack of professionalism and commitment is annoying. And also costing me my social life as I can;t call people home due to lack of these items too.

                          I had purchased this product from Pepperfry and return request was raised within 2 days (Pepperfry claims easy returns for this product) but still product was pickedup after almost 10 days i.e. On January 17, 2022 by Bluedart.

                          Since than the status has not been updated on application regarding return of this product and even i have not received refund for the amount.

                          I have wrote 8-9 emails to Pepperfry but never received any call back or reply for resolution and even tried calling them for 10-15 times but they are not answering my calls or calling me back.

                          Request your urgent intervention in this case as such things are highly intolerable.

                          Strict action shall be taken against such companies so that they cannot earn at the cost of others.

                          They have harrased us allot.

                          Please help us in getting refund from Pepperfry on priority basis.

                            I bought the woven stool. Used it fir 2 times for not even 5 mins each. It looks like a hammock now!! The response from them-we can't do anything about it. Such poor quality, aweful customer service. I want it returned as it is useless for me now. No one can sit on it!!

                              I ordered Blue Wool Floral 4 X 6 Feet Hand Tufted Carpet by Jaipur Rugs Qty : 1 ₹ 7679 FU1880894-S-PM13853 (order no.:[protected] on 08 Jan. 2022 and received it on 17th Jan. 2022 thro. DELHIVERY courier service. But when i checked the dimensions of the ordered and as described above, the carpet came out to be lesser in dimensions of 3.6 x 5.6 feet only which is lesser in size than the one described above, showcased and purchased on pepperfry app.


                              I started its return on 18th Jan 2022 thro. pepperfry app and talked to pepperyfry customer care also on 18th Jan 2022 and 20th jan 2022 for moving the process of return and was told of positive response in a day or two but since starting of the return process on 18th Jan 2022, i have not seen any positive step been taken from pepperfry side to initiate the return .

                                On Jan 11, 2022 I placed order#[protected] with Pepperfry for 2 products. Out of 2 products, I have received one product on 19th Jan 2022.

                                I found that they delivered wrong product and I submitted return request on 20th Jan 2022. I have also received an acknowledgement from [protected]@pepperfry.com stating

                                "Your Request for a return of Pepperfry order no:[protected] has been received. We’re on it. Allow us 12 working hours (our official working hours are from 10 AM - 7 PM) to get back to you. "

                                Post to that I haven't heard from them. I sent two reminders for pickup but no response received.

                                Now I have received 1 correct product and 1 wrong product.

                                Pepperfry is failing to pickup wrong product delivery & since payment has been made. It appears they are least bothered.

                                Very sad state of affairs.

                                  I was given a credit of 1001 Pepperfry wallet points under their promotions. I ordered a table for rs 1386 out of which 1001 got redeemed and rest I paid out of my pocket. Unfortunately the table received was broken from a corner and hence I raised a complaint for return. They took ten days and multiple attempts to contact them to accept a return and credit me back the promotion points and the executive confirmed that I will be able to use the same points on my new order same way like I did the first time I.e complete redemption with no conditions. Basis his confirmation I returned the item however I received an email that 1001 points have been credited however you can use only upto 50% cart value.
                                  I still went ahead to order but I was only getting a 20% cart value worth of pints getting redeemed and hence I raised a complaint. The next day I got an email from them that now only 20% of cart value can be redeemed via these points meaning I will have to spend now 10000 to get the same redemption I did the first time.

                                  I raised another complaint and btw they call you back after 15 attempts as you can’t reach them directly and keep replying to your mails as per their own wish with copy paste answers. I also asked to talk to a senior no one contacted me back.

                                  I again raised the issue as credits are ending today I.e on 28 Jan and I was told we will check and get back on call. Suddenly I receive a new mail that now you can use credits for only 15% of cart value.

                                  They think customer is a fool. Why open promotions when you cannot handle. Why was I told I will be able to redeem the 1001 credits again entirely on an order like the first time.

                                  How come rule changes with every passing date.

                                  On 25 Jan (screen shot attached) they mailed me use it for 50%
                                  On 26/27 Jan they mailed me use it for 20% cart value
                                  Today on 28 Jan when credits are about to get expired I got mail saying only 15% can be used.

                                  They cheated me by sending a broken table and did not give option of exchange. They conviniently won’t call you back or reply to mails properly.

                                    I had placed an order on 6th Jan, after payment it is not showing the order details in my orders as well no email no message received. None of the agent is helping me they say they don't see the transaction but the bank has conformed payment and transaction details for the same. I have lost my 6000 rs with no help from anyone, they just ask for Order # which I haven't received, I have been chasing them from 1month and no help.

                                    Issue background:

                                    On 6th January I ordered a Pepperfry Mattress including 2 pillows and 6 door mats.

                                    I am not able to find the order details under my account or my wife's account. I think we would have ordered it as a guest. We never received any order confirmation email or message as well though the order was successfully placed.

                                    Could you please help us with this?

                                    I have paid for it from my American Express account. Details are as follows

                                    Alert: You've spent INR 6, 599.00 on your AMEX card **61009 at PAYU WWW PEP on 06/01/2022 at 08:11PM IST.

                                    If I would have got the Order number then would have definitely given you, the order was placed the amount was deducted from bank and no order # in my app or email or message. None received.
