I bought set of 5 tubelights on 10th feb 2019 from pepperfry.com. It got me delivered with just 2 tubelights. I returned it them on very next day. And all the time company app showed me that refund has been issued on 19th feb 2019 and provided me a transaction id. Arn : 75503729052027211838618 which is irrelevant as they are saying it is provided by there payment gateway payu. I checked with me bank and they told me there is no transaction....

Pepperfry denied the cancellation of the order after 5 hrs of placing the order while delivery date is 20 days after the date of booking. They without listening to the problem straight away denied the cancellation.
