I had used APP45 coupon on this order, with this I had to get 35% off n 10% cash back but while payment was made full amount was deducted from my account... I did not get any off or cash back.. please initiate refund &
cashback asap.

    Dear team,

    I had to gift the wine glasses to a friend on her birthday and was expecting the packet to be delivered within a week. But i received the product very late i. E. After 12 days. Every online shopping website generally send the packet within a week unless the product is coming from outside india. Also the estimated time of the delivery was visible after the product was ordered on web page, ideally it should be shown before making the payment.

    Regarding this 7 day return policy: i had placed the cancellation on the same day the order was delivered as there was no option available before that. On receiving no response from pepperfry about my request i dropped a mail.
    I request you to arrange its pickup from the same address as it is of no use for me now. Please don't make my shopping experience from your website a bitter one for me.

      I cant believe that a heavily advertised Pepperfry can stoop down to these levels. I ordered a product of Kings International from Pepperfry and the size of the product in reality was small compared to the picture which was misleading. I raised a return request on the same day and did not hear back about the pickup even after 10 days. When I contacted the helpdesk they told me that return would not be accepted unless there was a defect. This comes as a big surprise because one would least expect such a ridiculous condition in an online purchase. There was no such statement about return policy in the T&C either. When they say EASY RETURNS AND REFUNDS, the buyer would expect just that. This is daylight robbery and I do hope this complaint helps resolve the issue.

        The bed i brought broke in less than 2 years. I spent over 40k on this and tried pepperfry after all their marketing. I was just sitting on the bed and it just came down. Customer service is rude and they say it is under warranty but they will not cover damage. The warranty is for 3 years. They have refused to even repair it even offered to pay for repairs. This case manager named hafiza refused to listen or even escalate to her senior and refused to connect me to the next level.

          I ordered a kimura king size bed in tabacco finish by mintwud from pepperry.com at rs12, 399 the bed looked really adorable in the website.

          For 1 week i had no clue where my order was and then 6 days later they delivered my order after constant phone calls.

          When i received the package whole my family was disappointed to see the bed as it was not at all attractive nor it was solid enough to not break. The bed was really dull and was also made of cheap material which could easily break

          The day i got the delivery i asked for the return realized that this bed is not for me so i contacted their costumer care and asked them to take back and refund my amount afifa sayed she was rude and refused to take the return.

          1 day prior to this next night that ply of the bed got broke when i put the mattress above it

          I was really disappointed and i thought i have wasted my money after this response i will never suggest nor buy things from pepperfry.

          Request you to kindly look into this matter as the money earned and spend is my hard earned money i am not asking to pay me the money in my bank you can keep it on my pepperfry account i will utilize later but please take the bed from my house i don not have space for such useless things,

            Its been more then 45days since i returned the product still i did not received the refund for my order[protected].
            Its like my daily routine job to daily contact customer support they take a complaint request say we will contact you with in 48hr and never contact back.
            Worst e-commerce site who are torturing for giving refund.
            First they say refund not yet initiated from our end due to some problem. After 3 weeks they said we have initiated again but i never got in bank. When i contacted them again they said we were unable to refund to paytm please share your bank account details i have even shared my bank account details still refund not yet processed strict action must be taken on pepperfry

              Product image and description misleading in the website, called the customer care who was very rude and adamant. Website said no assembly and with cooling fans, customer misinterpreted that to self assembly and cooling fan is only for images. Called the manufacturer who took responsibility of wrong product sent but pepper fry is trying to make money and does not want to help. I'm stunned by the lies the customer care team comes up with to ensure no product can be returned irrespective of what is on their own stupid website. I hope i'm able to reach the top management at pepper fry for them to have a glimpse of customer service that is provided.

                1) ladder — imbalance and without checking your executive has refused to exchange (Means a defective item i need to accept as no return policy)

                2) order for 2 chairs as twister executive chair in dark brown leatherette by emperor which your person came to deliver was not the same so i have not accepted the product and after sending the image to mr gautam through mr pramod, mr gautam has advised to mr pramod to take it back and surprised to receive the mesg like (Dear customer we tried to deliver your twister executive cha today however due to unavailability of the receiver we could not deliver rest assured that we will attempt to deliver the product again soon — team pepperfry)

                  I've placed an order for shoe rack on pepperfry.com yesterday and wish to cancel the same but there is no option to cancel the order, I even sent a message to the customer care within 24 hours of placing the order that I wish to cancel the order but no reply yet, so I called up the customer care number twice but they are not ready to cancel my order, I even requested them as my order is not even shipped yet so whats the issue with cancelling the same but they are not ready to listen. Kindly help me with this issue, my order details are as below:

                    My nephew placed an order on pepperfry.com by mistake. I realised this and contacted customer care within 3 hours. The customer care lady flatly denied and told it's their policy that they can't cancel order once placed.
                    Hell with such policy. Why order can't be cancelled if item is not shipped. Are ther pepperfry guys free to do anything in name of policy?
                    This is thuggery. Pathetic policies and customer service.

                      Pepperfry advertises easy return on the website. I ordered a 4 seater table and 4 chairs. The table was small for the chairs. The delivery and assembly boys said, call customer service they will return and exchange for 6 seater table. I bought bigger size of the same table. I called pepperfry many times. First they said, a person has been assigned to you case, they will call. I got two complaint numbers but no calls. Each time i said please arrange to return the 4 seater before the 6 seater arrives. Now they are saying they will not take it back because it is not damaged. They are falsely advertising easy return. Their customer service is very poor.

                        We bought the product from pepperfry and when carpenter assembled it, It had multiple issues like : all 6 storage boxes had gaps and also the hydraulic wedge was shaking.

                        We described the problem and sent pictures and videos to pepperfry. After, review they sent another carpenter who kept shouting in my house and forced me to keep the product. He stated inappropriate comments continually and when it became unbearable we requested him to leave, the experience was traumatic. He went on to say that he will personally ensure that my request is denied.

                        After this we talked to customer care about the behavior and the issues. They replied that we are denying your request and would not be able to comment on anything else.

                        We mostly shop online and this is the first time I have seen people behaving so unprofessionally and rude. It was the worst experience any customer can ever have.

                          Delivered: 8th march'2019; assembled: 9th march'2019; returned on 11th march'2019

                          Dear concerned,

                          With reference to the above mentioned order id, i was delivered a damaged/broken product. Upon raising a return request (Wr[protected], i received a call from case manager on 11th [protected]@ 11:30 am who insisted on replacement of the broken panel of the unit. I in turn informed her that the unit is of inferior quality and is easily breakable and she agreed to take my return request. She further asked whether she can refund the amount to pepperfry wallet instead of my original payment account, to which i agreed at first.

                          After conferring with my family members and further going through the pepperfry gallery, we decided we did not wish to purchase any product from pepperfry at the moment and by 11:59 i called back to the customer care requesting them to refund the amount back to my credit card used. The customer care lady agreed to the same and took down my request with reference number: ph[protected]. Thinking everything is in order the disassembly and reverse pick up was completed by 13th march.

                          On 14th march to my utter surprise the refund was credited back to the pepperfry wallet instead of my payment account. I again called the customer care on 14th march itself to resolve this issue vide ref. No. Ph[protected]. I was told that the case manager will be calling me back for the same. I received call from the case manager who had originally taken my return request and was given a completely different story all together. She informed that the return was only processed since i had agreed to refund in pepperfry wallet and that returns are not entertained by pepperfry and only repairs & replacements are done. Upon confronting her that she had never informed this to me during our conversation on 11th march and asked her to play the call recording, she said that recording is an internal part and cannot be played and that i will have to escalate the issue from the website and that customer care cannot do anything about it. She completely disregarded the request i had made the very same day to the customer care for change in refund to my account. I had even tried escalating the matter through website only to receive no response.

                          I kindly request the higher management at pepperfry to look into this matter. This is purely unprofessional and amounts to harassment of a customer. Kindly play all the recordings of the conversations i've had with regards to this case and you will surely notice that the case manager is not being sincere.

                            I bought set of 5 tubelights on 10th feb 2019 from pepperfry.com. It got me delivered with just 2 tubelights. I returned it them on very next day. And all the time company app showed me that refund has been issued on 19th feb 2019 and provided me a transaction id. Arn : 75503729052027211838618 which is irrelevant as they are saying it is provided by there payment gateway payu. I checked with me bank and they told me there is no transaction. Again i called the pepperfrt and they told me that this transaction was cancelled and they have again initiated it and wait for 7 days. I waited. But no update and no refund. I regularly call there support and again no solution and they are so clueless they refer for the first transaction number and tell me it is completed and asked me to upload my bank details which i did and no response after that also. On 16th feb by chance i was connected with account manager of peppery mr. Karanveer singh amd he provided me with his personal number and assured me that he will update me in 2 hours. But since then he is not taking calls not even replying on whatsapp. This company have done fraud with me as i checked online, internet is full of the frauds done by this company in same manner with everyone.

                                First of all the quality of the product (Shoe rack) was really poor. Very low grade and inferior quality of engineering wood or mdf were used. And once the product was delivered there was no option to return it and hence was forced to use it in spite of the low-grade material. Within 3 weeks o[censored]se, the side panel (Joined with the main door panel by 2 thin wooden sticks and not even some proper screw) came out causing the entire door to get dismantled. On raising the complaint to pepper fry they simply ruled it as damage due to usage and regular wear and tear and denied me any repairing service under warranty. It is a shoe rack and am i not supposed to use it by opening or closing the door?
                                And how did they ascertain it? It was decided by some case manager just by looking at a single picture which i had uploaded to their app. How could they ascertain that without even inspecting it physically and simply checking the picture when they might not be having any expertise in manufacturing or assembling furniture? How can they ascertain that the section didn't get damaged while it was being assembled by their carpenter? In spite of raising the issue with them multiple times, i was told that the product won't be repaired by them.
                                The panels came out clearly because of the damaged poor quality of the wooden pieces used to join the sections. It could have been as well delivered to me like that and there was no way of knowing that.
                                I need pepperfry to address this issue. This way they are harassing customers and simply denying warranty to them.

                                  This is to inform you that i bought almiraha nd bed from papepperfry out of this almirah was assembled and within one month the lock got damaged twice and i complaint almost 5-6 times now body turned up when i wrote on pepperfry tweeter acccount i got call and now my bed was supposed to deliver on last saturday after i called on ceo office ms disha it didn’t reach on time and today she is sending i have major issues of their quality as well as service when i am telling them to refund my amount they are not ready to refund the amount in my account. Please intervene in this issue.

                                    I purchased the sofa which as a mrp of 1, 17, 400 with a discount of 74%.
                                    Looking at the mrp and discount i decided to buy and got it for 27k. The sofa is of worst quality and will not be worth of more than 17k. Pepperfry has highly quoted the price of this sofa and given high discount for this damaged product.
                                    The quality of fabric is very cheap and there is damage behind the backrest as seen in the attached photos. The quality is so bad that the sofa can break very soon. There is no information that the legs of sofa is of plastic. As 27k is a lot of money for me and the sofa will not last for even 6 months, i really want to return the product.
                                    Customer care is not very helpful and gives only automated responses. I am not sure why pepperfry says easy return when it is actually very difficult.
                                    I would really appreciate if i get this issue resolved soon. I need the money back to buy a better sofa.
                                    Please take back the product and give back my money.

                                      Pepperfry is one of the worst shopping platform i have even seen in my entire life. This site should be banned. I booked an order on pepperfry via order is[protected]. Before placing an order i asked to them that all the cookware works on induction cooktop or not they replied yes attaching email attachment also. I got delievery on 3 march but the item is extremely damaged i had sended all the images and screensort whatever they required. I escalted this issue to ceo but there is no response from pepperfry whenever i am calling on return team all they are giving me one execuse that the case manager manager will call me but never calling. I request to pepperfry returns team to plz look into that matter because product is completely waste for me. I will not wait for ceo response now. Now i have decided to go to consumer court just i will wait till monday. I want my money back.

                                        Absolute irresponsible people. They have no cancelation or return policy. I have placed an order by mistake and just wanted to cancel the order. They flatly refuse to do so. The order will not even be shipped for another month. I simply don't understand why can't they just cancel my order and initiate the refund. This is not even my first problem with pepperfry. Never using them again.
