Two-three weeks after we received the product, we are not able to close the doors. Upon complaint(s), the carpenter has visited us twice but is unable to resolve the problem properly. The doors can't be opened comfortably even by a full-grown adult. Upon further complaints, the customer service executive very rudely denied service and closed the complaint as resolved. They were not willing to send another carpenter for inspecting and solving the problem with the product or with replacement. Hope the issue would be resolved.

    From pepperfry.com mobile application on 7th sep 2019. But the delivery date is shown as 15th oct 2019 i. E. More than a month of a time. I want to cancel this perticular order and want to purchase the same directly from hometown outlet.
    When i contacted pepperfry.com customer care they refused to cancel the order. Its not even 24 hrs from the time i placed the order and the delivery date is more than a month. Within this one month there can be drastic change in price of same product. I dont want to wait for a month hence want to cancel the order and want my refund amount.
    Pepperfry.com cannot force anybody to purchase something when they are not interested, there should be a option to cancel the order at any perticular time before the delivery of the order. Even they are saying that i cant return the order once delivered. Its totally unfair.
    Please resolve this issue and help me to get my refund.

      This is one nightmare. I am trying to cancel the order, within just 10 hours of placing the order, because of some my own personal reasons. But pepperfry denies to cancel the order.

      I mean, i have placed an order today morning, on a sunday, and by evening i need to cancel the order, but company has denied to do that. Also, being a non working day, i am sure there has been no processing done on the product, specially when you are going to get the product after 22/25 days. So, what's the point of it? It's not been even 12 hours man, but i cannot cancel the order.

      38000 is a big amount for middle class person, specially when you do not require the product at all. You cannot force me to buy the product, just because i have paid you in advance and you got upper hand for holding the amount.

        Pawan jatav was not professional & has misbehaved many times over phone.
        Also no one at pepper fry indore store has been reciprocative. No one has informed about assembly. They have even stopped receiving phones from my number.
        This is the second purchase from my family & i really regret it.
        I would also not recommend this to anyone.
        For anything that i asked a girl named added ti at the store, she would point blank refuse. Without even taking an effort.

          Pepperfry deducted extra amount and not the amount which was originally shown after adding discount and my wallet credits.. I was supposed to pay 8305 but they charged 11000. I want a refund of my extra money. My order number is[protected]. There is no cancellation option.. Neither they have a 24*7 customer service.. Their complaint email method is also pathetic.. Where there is no option of incorrect amount deduction.. I tried contacting them but then found out that call center is open till 7 in the evening

            This has reference to order id[protected].
            The items were ordered on 12/08/2019. Fully paid. Supposed to be delivered on 20.08.2019.
            When i track the order it gives me that date.
            Till today i have not received the items, nor i received any communique regarding when it will be delivered or deliver it at all.
            Your business practice is despicable to say the least.
            You do not care about your customer once you bagged the order and money goes to your kitty.
            Also you send wrong information pushing meaningless e-mails into customers mailbox and do not honor any commitment.
            I am giving you three days more to solve this issue and deliver the product... Or else i am cancelling my order and want full refund through consumer court.

            I have placed order by mistake through Bajaj finesse and asked them to cancel it within hour so I can place the order again through debit card but they denied it’s worse they don’t want to understand the customer problem it’s better to buy from urban ladder bec they are more flexible

              I ordered a coffee table set on 9 august, 2019 on pepperfry.com (Order id:[protected] which i paid for via credit card. I received the package on 27 august, 2019 at my address. Upon unpacking the product, which was done by a carpenter sent by pepperfry.com at the time of the delivery, i noticed that almost all of the wooden assembly items of the product were damaged. They had cracks and scratches on them and also appeared to have re-polished. I denied the assembly of the product and the pepperfry delivery vehicle guy and the carpenter took it back with them in the vehicle they came in, at the same time. I asked them about the return and refund process of the product and they told me it shall be done through their website only. So, on the same day i sent a return request on pepperfry.com. Also, i got a sms on my registered mobile number that the product has been successfully delivered.

              But on 28 august one of my family members passed away so i wasn’t able to attend the call (Single call) of the pepperfry employee from their resolutions team and they replied to my return request via email on 29 august, 2019. So i mentioned the problem with the product to them and also sent them the images of the damaged parts (Which i clicked on my phone when the product was unpacked when it first arrived). I also told them that i can’t take any phone calls as i’ve suffered a family loss and we’ll communicate via email. It was clearly mentioned in their email that i can contact them via phone or email regarding this issue.

              But the employee from their resolutions team “chaitali” completely ignored the email i sent to them and kept on sending me the same message again and again, that they tried reaching my phone number but couldn’t connect. And this all happened in the same email conversation. I explained the issue properly to them and also had a 15 minute conversation with one of their employees on their customer care number on 30 august, 2019 as the call to the number provided in the email wasn’t connecting. The customer care executive said that the issue can only be resolved by their employee that was assigned this case (Who was wasn’t available at the time of the call.)
              Me and my family are grief-struck at this time and pepperfry employees are taking advantage of this and trying to force me to buy their damaged product which has been in their chandigarh warehouse since. Please help me get my money back from these fraudulent company.

              After 30th August I haven’t got any response from Chaitali or Pepperfry regarding this issue inspite of sending numerous emails, except an SMS on my phone that the query for my order has been resolved on 31st August. I’m shocked, and afraid that they were just stalling me until the supposed return period of 7 days expires.

              Pepperfry and it’s employees have devised a systematic method to fool people that they have no communication within themselves and everything must be done through their website.

              This is Consumer Harassment and pepperfry and it’s employees are Scamming people. Speacially “Chailtali from pepperfry resolutions team” in my case.

              The call didn't went unanswered, I was was busy and disconnected the call. And I just tried calling the number you provided in the email but it seems like you're too busy now!

              You called me once and within a couple of minutes commented here.

              My case has been forwarded for the third time to different employees from pepperfry's resolution team, and every time I contact you through your customer care number, you say that the case has beeen assigned to a different employee and we cannot do anything about it. And as soon as the call disconnectes, you send me an email that my order was delivered?

              I never took delivery of it! It was damaged and I refused delivery of it, and it was taken back at the same time in the delivery vehicle that it came in. I don't know how many times I have to tell you this.

                  Carpentery service for assembly of bed for the first time after the purchase is provided well. But for the subsequent services when the bed is to be assembled the services are't available. No contacts of local carpenters are provided. Carpenters other than pepperfry are not accepting to provide the service because of complexity in its assembly. Kindly consider the issue and provide the assistance. Thanks.

                    Due date of of product delivery was 22 august. But when the product was not delivered on due date i contacted customer care .they told me the product has been damaged and they can't deliver it.so i asked for refund but they are not telling me the status of refund. Untill now they have not initiated refund. Moreover the status of the product is still showing shipped. They haven't even cancelled the product. From last 4 days i am continuously calling them 3-4 times a day. They replied their senior mr.mayank will contact you shortly but no one contacted. Every time i have to elaborate the whole thing and everytime they gave the same answer our senior mr.mayank will call u shortly. I have made more than 10 calls in last 4 days and got the same answer. What should i do now. Please help.

                      I have ordered shoe rack from pepper fry on 26th august 2019 14:26:50 ist. After placing order i got the delivery date as september 26th. The delivery date is very far and i called the customer care to cancel the order because my order will be getting delayed they told me that my order cannot be cancel even if placed cancellations request with in 12 hrs from order. Such a pathetic cancellation policy these people are having. Please take action on this pepperfry cancellation policy i can see most of the people are facing this issue.                         The product was delivered on 13th aug, but till date no assembly was done. The customer care executive confirmed me everytime, but when next day i call they blame the earlier one and say that person didn't resolve, i would do.. This happened 3rd time and still the product is not assembled.

                        Worst ever customer care support by any online platform service.

                        Nor they are willing to return the product, as assembly not done is on very low priority list.

                        Note : they had already sent an incomplete product, which they had part refunded (Minimal) but the product would be forever incomplete... Hats off to their merchant with old catalogue

                            This is regarding the bulk order of the furniture (Id[protected] delivered at dumraon.

                            As i have been guaranteed the 8 % cashback in my bank account for the bulk order (Worth rs 585595 dated 23/03/2019) by one of your executive miss harpriya juyal in one of the trailing emails.

                            As per her request ;i provided all my business details/gst details to be enrolled under your ccp.
                            After acknowledging all the papers and documents ; i was provided with a priviliged card and a ccp number 01-342. Under the aforesaid number;the order was placed and now it has been successfully delivered and installed at the given site.

                            But the 8%cashback was promised by march 2019 is still not credited in my bank account and nobody stands to be accountable for it. I don't understand why do you guys create such a lag program which you can not fulfill.

                            As an architect ; i would have rather gone for other vendors for the products and i must have been rewarded with my commission. Before placing the above bulk order; i was made sure about the 8 % cashback to bring business.

                            This act is highly unethical on part of pepperfry. I made calls on your customer care department but nobody is even aware of this ccp program.
                            I am really exhausted trying to reach you guys and its like a sheer cheating on behalf of you people.

                            why the hell you guys do a fake promises.I am totally a victim of your false and highly unprofessional act.
                            you have made a joke of it.

                            please go through the trailing mails and thousands time I have submitted all the formalities for the initiation of bank transfer.

                            Its high time now I am taking the case to the Police for fraudism if the issue isnt resolved in 3 working days.

                              I bought neelkamal study table which is broken now. Neelkamal sells substandard products with no after sale service. I have been calling neelkamal customer care number and various other reps of neelkamal who have simply refused to repair the table even when i told them that they can charge me for that. Neelkamal is simply dumping substandard product and providing zero after sale service. They are interested in cheating customers.

                                I purchased a chair from pepperfry (Orderno:[protected] on 30th may 2019. I ordered this one after seeing the details in the website thinking that it has push back feature. But when i received it there was no push back feature so i asked them to return it but they told that they do not have return policy so i could not return it.

                                After 3 months o[censored]sage the height adjustment feature has stopped working. See i have spent 7k for this chair and the local market 1k chair is better than this 7k chair.

                                  Ordered dinning table from pepperfry on 100% advance payment. It was defective. So they replaced. After only 60 days o[censored]sage it required repairs. So they want to pick up the product and refund. Hw many times i trust this company? I doubt after pick up they may not refund. My point is why can't they refund first and later they pick up. They know my address and i am not going to run away. Its there policy only 100% advance and then delivery of product. But why can't it apply them? I am finding there intentions fraudulent.

                                    We have ordered more than 6 items from Pepper fry put of which 5 items were delivered defective. After asking for the replacement, the same items were not available so we were not left with options but to order the second best choice that we had and not the first best. The team who comes for assembling the furniture, they are the ones who verify that the product is defective and also report to their team in Pepper Fry. Despite which, the Pepper Fry team will ask for more pictures to prove it! i told them that the Bar table that i have ordered has balancing issues, they asked me to click a picture. How on earth can they see the table isnt being balancing properly on a picture? So they are just asking to pictures for formality cause after that they took away the table but the replacement of the same is not given, they first said the product is not available, when i check online it was available so later they said ok will give in few days. other product also the query is not getting solved and nor are they giving the refund of the product.

                                      I purchased a peacock metal wall art with order no[protected]. But this product has sharp edges and not smooth on the joints. Moreover the paint is also not proper. I have sent return request but they refused stating that since it's a wrought iron product and it will be displayed on the wall. So it will not hurt. The complaint regarding color was dismissed stating that the color is always not very clear in photos. They are cheating. Please look into the matter

                                      Dear Garima, we checked, the product is as per the manufacturing features & does not have a warranty. Hence the return is denied as per the terms & conditions of the return.
                                      I ordered table from Pepperfry on 5th Aug 2019
                                      11 pm.

                                      on 6th Aug 2019 i changed my mind and tried to cancel the order from site, but there was no option to cancel the order so When I called the customer care, they are saying there is no policy for cancellation
                                      when I check the delivery date is 21/08/19.

                                      Help me to resolve this issue.

                                        Today ordered 2 products in pepperfry later i realised i no longer need it so thought of cancelling the product but there was no response from anyone.. Why is it so. Why does customer doesn't have freedom in cancelling the product.
                                        I ordered at pm and tried to cancel it around 2.30. Even before it is shipped. Improve your services and help me cancel the product
