Due date of of product delivery was 22 august. But when the product was not delivered on due date i contacted customer care .they told me the product has been damaged and they can't deliver it.so i asked for refund but they are not telling me the status of refund. Untill now they have not initiated refund. Moreover the status of the product is still showing shipped. They haven't even cancelled the product. From last 4 days i am continuously calling them 3-4 times a day. They replied their senior mr.mayank will contact you shortly but no one contacted. Every time i have to elaborate the whole thing and everytime they gave the same answer our senior mr.mayank will call u shortly. I have made more than 10 calls in last 4 days and got the same answer. What should i do now. Please help.

    I have ordered shoe rack from pepper fry on 26th august 2019 14:26:50 ist. After placing order i got the delivery date as september 26th. The delivery date is very far and i called the customer care to cancel the order because my order will be getting delayed they told me that my order cannot be cancel even if placed cancellations request with in 12 hrs from order. Such a pathetic cancellation policy these people are having. Please take action on this pepperfry cancellation policy i can see most of the people are facing this issue.     Order no[protected] received in damaged condition. Pepperfry is least bothered about customer satisfaction and no update received till now. This is my second bad experience with pepperfry. There is also no mention of return of my money for the damaged product.

      The product was delivered on 13th aug, but till date no assembly was done. The customer care executive confirmed me everytime, but when next day i call they blame the earlier one and say that person didn't resolve, i would do.. This happened 3rd time and still the product is not assembled.

      Worst ever customer care support by any online platform service.

      Nor they are willing to return the product, as assembly not done is on very low priority list.

      Note : they had already sent an incomplete product, which they had part refunded (Minimal) but the product would be forever incomplete... Hats off to their merchant with old catalogue

        We had ordered the below furniture as we shifted to our new house.

        Please see the images for the quality of wood

        We have many other furiture but none is damaged as this.

        Inspite of repeated complaints, They say we cannot do anything!
        I cannot sleep
        Our bodies scratch when move around that bed
        Daily I keep cleaning it
        My Mattress is damaged
        My clothes / stuff i kept in it is damaged.

        I AM FED UP!!
        I write to you once again in a humble way seeking your help..
        I need serious action taken..

          Dear all

          This is regarding the bulk order of the furniture (Id[protected] delivered at dumraon.

          As i have been guaranteed the 8 % cashback in my bank account for the bulk order (Worth rs 585595 dated 23/03/2019) by one of your executive miss harpriya juyal in one of the trailing emails.

          As per her request ;i provided all my business details/gst details to be enrolled under your ccp.
          After acknowledging all the papers and documents ; i was provided with a priviliged card and a ccp number 01-342. Under the aforesaid number;the order was placed and now it has been successfully delivered and installed at the given site.

          But the 8%cashback was promised by march 2019 is still not credited in my bank account and nobody stands to be accountable for it. I don't understand why do you guys create such a lag program which you can not fulfill.

          As an architect ; i would have rather gone for other vendors for the products and i must have been rewarded with my commission. Before placing the above bulk order; i was made sure about the 8 % cashback to bring business.

          This act is highly unethical on part of pepperfry. I made calls on your customer care department but nobody is even aware of this ccp program.
          I am really exhausted trying to reach you guys and its like a sheer cheating on behalf of you people.

          why the hell you guys do a fake promises.I am totally a victim of your false and highly unprofessional act.
          you have made a joke of it.

          please go through the trailing mails and thousands time I have submitted all the formalities for the initiation of bank transfer.

          Its high time now I am taking the case to the Police for fraudism if the issue isnt resolved in 3 working days.

          I need an immediate response by today.

            I bought neelkamal study table which is broken now. Neelkamal sells substandard products with no after sale service. I have been calling neelkamal customer care number and various other reps of neelkamal who have simply refused to repair the table even when i told them that they can charge me for that. Neelkamal is simply dumping substandard product and providing zero after sale service. They are interested in cheating customers.

              I purchased a chair from pepperfry (Orderno:[protected] on 30th may 2019. I ordered this one after seeing the details in the website thinking that it has push back feature. But when i received it there was no push back feature so i asked them to return it but they told that they do not have return policy so i could not return it.

              After 3 months o[censored]sage the height adjustment feature has stopped working. See i have spent 7k for this chair and the local market 1k chair is better than this 7k chair.

                Ordered dinning table from pepperfry on 100% advance payment. It was defective. So they replaced. After only 60 days o[censored]sage it required repairs. So they want to pick up the product and refund. Hw many times i trust this company? I doubt after pick up they may not refund. My point is why can't they refund first and later they pick up. They know my address and i am not going to run away. Its there policy only 100% advance and then delivery of product. But why can't it apply them? I am finding there intentions fraudulent.

                Please suggest.

                  We have ordered more than 6 items from Pepper fry put of which 5 items were delivered defective. After asking for the replacement, the same items were not available so we were not left with options but to order the second best choice that we had and not the first best. The team who comes for assembling the furniture, they are the ones who verify that the product is defective and also report to their team in Pepper Fry. Despite which, the Pepper Fry team will ask for more pictures to prove it! i told them that the Bar table that i have ordered has balancing issues, they asked me to click a picture. How on earth can they see the table isnt being balancing properly on a picture? So they are just asking to pictures for formality cause after that they took away the table but the replacement of the same is not given, they first said the product is not available, when i check online it was available so later they said ok will give in few days. other product also the query is not getting solved and nor are they giving the refund of the product.

                    I purchased a peacock metal wall art with order no[protected]. But this product has sharp edges and not smooth on the joints. Moreover the paint is also not proper. I have sent return request but they refused stating that since it's a wrought iron product and it will be displayed on the wall. So it will not hurt. The complaint regarding color was dismissed stating that the color is always not very clear in photos. They are cheating. Please look into the matter

                    Dear Garima, we checked, the product is as per the manufacturing features & does not have a warranty. Hence the return is denied as per the terms & conditions of the return.
                    I ordered table from Pepperfry on 5th Aug 2019
                    11 pm.

                    on 6th Aug 2019 i changed my mind and tried to cancel the order from site, but there was no option to cancel the order so When I called the customer care, they are saying there is no policy for cancellation
                    when I check the delivery date is 21/08/19.

                    Help me to resolve this issue.

                        I bought a dining table on dec-2018. It seems that chair & bench has broken after 5 months usage & i asked for warranty but they denied it saying that their warranty only applicable for joints but not cracks in the middle of furniture. They sell poor quality products with offers & deny warranty.

                        Also they don't have a product rating feature on their website like flipkart and that is also a big issue that we can't identify which are good & which are not. (I think they are not providing it because if they provide people are not gonna but nothing from their site because of bad reviews)

                        Their website clearly mentions that "cracking & peeling finish" is covered under warranty. But they are simply cheating people. Don't ever buy something from pepperfry. They deliver bad quality furniture with offers & cheat people in the name of 1 year warranty. So don't waste your time & hard earned money with pepperfry if you are planning to buy a furniture.

                        Dear Rejith, the concern highlighted for the product is due to usage and falls under wear and tear conditions. The merchant's warranty does not cover the concerns which fall under wear and tear, hence the return for the product cannot be accepted.

Ordered it just 30 minuyes ago, on 3rd august and delivery time is around 20th august. I can't wait for that long. Just want to cancel my order. Please help.                             It is absolutely disgusting that after a complaint raised in consumer forum for the pepperfry and they assured me to refund the money but suddenly i received a message that it will be delivered at my house. How can a ceo office will give you a call to refund and assure that his voice is final but after that they will forcefully trying to deliver the product at your house. Please close these fake companies.

                              I have placed order from pepperfry on 11th june & applied discount coupon code & it was clearly showing me the discount amount. But when i made the payment.. Higher amount was deducted from credit card without the effect of that discount.
                              Then i filed complaint for that immediately on pepperfry & the also initiated the refund of rs. 617/- on 12th june but i have not received the same in due time.
                              Then again i called their customers support & again they initiated & then again i waited for due time... But again not received.
                              And now the whole process i m repeating till now from last more than 1.5 months. Moreover now they don't even reply to my mails.
                              I have also shared screen shot of that discount applied page while ordering.
                              I am literally tired of calling pepperfry customer support.
                              I am suffering & losing my money & time both because of pepperfry poor service which feels like nightmare.
                              Pls solve this asap.

The images shown by them are looking good and strong in website while we look in live products are very delicate.                                     Their policies are ridiculous! Wonder how they are still in business with such retarded customer policies.
                                    I went ahead and bought a lot of furniture from them ignoring the scary reviews online. Today had a really bad experience and found out sadly why people are badmouthing them!

                                    Last week i ordered a 3 seater and 1 seater leather sofa together, only to notice that there was a 2 seater sofa available in the same design so in about exactly 3 minutes of making my order (Not joking -3mins!!) i decided to cancel the 1 seater and go for a 2 seater instead. There was a returns icon on the order page which did not work.

                                    Imagine my horror when i call up customer care the lady on the line (Sonal bakle) very rudely says nothing can be done. It literally blew my head when she said your order is confirmed and nothing can be done about it! I said its been 3 mins - and she says mail has been auto-shot to merchant! So i said send another mail to merchant to cancel the 1 seater and give me 2 seater instead (2 seater was actually 5k-6k more expensive!) and she says the most ridiculous thing ever - 'sir you made the blunder without reading our terms and conditions - not companys problem!

                                    Does the company thing we are robots who never make a mistake?? I mean what kind of ridiculous customer service is this? I know it was my mistake of ordering wrongly but the really rude customer helpline personnel and the fact the company doesnt care about u spending half a lakh on their products really put me off for life! And to top it off i purchased more than a lakh of products from them the last month - and they have not been delivered yet! Really scared now thinking about their service & warranty claims!

                                    Pepperfry if you are reading this - if this is the way your company is moving forward, then noone will buy from you in future and the company will have to shut shop, so either your redress the customers grievanves or change your customer policy!

                                      Purchased henley two door multipurpose cabinet in beech chocolate finish from pepperfry.
                                      Pepperfry did not provide the assembly service within promised timeline of 48 hours, then finally when they arranged for assembly service after 7 days the unboxed product was confirmed damaged by their carpenter who refused to assemble. Upon contacting pepperfry first they said 5 day return window is past. Upon giving background that return window is past due to their mistake as carpenter came for assembly after 7 days and not 2 days after delivery and only then product was unboxed to be found damaged (Has moth infestation and holes). They acknowledged. Customer care asked for additional pictures to process return request but so far no action has been taken. All follow up calls/mails are not responded. I only get automated reply saying they will get back in 48 hours but they never do. I have a damaged product lying unassembled in my house since over 1.5 months with no response from pepperfry.

                                      Sequence of events as below-

                                      . Order placed on - june 11th with a promise of delivery by sat 22nd jun - wed 26th june
                                      2. I get an update that order/my masterpiece will be delivered by the seller
                                      3. 24th jun - product was updated to be delivered, while was not delivered. I call pepperfry, they mention they are doing the followup
                                      4. 25th jun - product actually delivered while date incorrectly update on pepperfry records
                                      5. No assembly service proovided as is pepperfry's promise to provide the same in 48 hours of delivery
                                      6. After multiple follow ups i initiated a return request as no assembly was being provided
                                      7.in response pepperfry calls/ apologizes and says if we provide assembly now would you keep the product, i say yes
                                      8. 1st july - carpenter comes for assembly - exactly 7 days after the delivery as against a promise of 48 hours
                                      9. Opens the packing - finds one of the product from this order that is henley two door multipurpose cabinet in beech chocolate finish, damaged, pictures attached and refuses to assemble
                                      10. I call pepperfry again that product is damaged, one of the customer care person tells me you are past the window of return hence cant do anything
                                      11. Upon explaining that delay is from pepperfry's end and i had already initiated a return request on this product person says "i will speak to the team and get back"
                                      12. Somebody called sumit's gets back from the team, acknowledges the fault at pepperfry's end, says will process the return request however would need additional pictures
                                      13. I attach additional pictures of damaged product, someone else replies on the mail - return window closed, cant do anything
                                      14. I call pepperfry back, explain the situation, they apologies, acknowledge the mistake again, say they will get back in 24-48 hours - no reponse

                                        I ordered some chairs from pepperfry on july 23 and the expected delivery date is give as august 16 to august 20 which is very late.
                                        The order hasn't been shipped yet. I am trying to cancel the order but there is no option to cancel the order on the website or the application.
                                        I wrote an email to pepperfry customer care but received no response.
                                        I called them to cancel the order but they are not willing to cancel.
