Really disappointed. I have ordered
King size bed, order no[protected] on 4th feb 2019. And a mattress order no[protected]. On 8th i had received damaged, poor quality bed material. Delivery executives didn't even wait for 5 min to show me materials properly. When i had a close look, those were not even a wood pieces, those look like wooden waste powder filled into polished box of plywood. I was shocked by the heights of cheating someone. On 9th i requested for reverse pickup and cancell my mattress order which was not even slipped by the seller yet. They requested 24 hours time. Still there is no improvement. And again i called them today, first they offered 25% discount, if i keep this damaged poor quality bed. When i asked for refund, she said it will take 5 business days to schedule reverse pickup and 12-15 days for refund. And i am damn sure after five days, they will simply tell me that, they are not responsible for any order, that is delivered before seven days.
And also for mattress which was not even packed and shipped, simply said they don't have any order cancellation policy, i have to receive that order. It's ridiculous.
Someone please help me to get my money back for both the orders total rs 21256
