I have placed an order on the 28th nov 2018 which includes :
1. Haku queen bed with headboard and box storage in wenge finish by mintwud
2. Stratus queen bed 78x60x4 inch coir mattress by clouddio

Carpenter has not come on time ever.
Incomplete assembled - complaint carpenter also does not arrive in time.
Received a call mattress would be delivered today, however, receive a msg - no one to accept the delivery which is incorrect.

    For 3 weeks pepperfry cheated us by holding our money in promise to give good quality products..

    After 3 months the cheat pepperfry delivered broken chairs;
    It was my intelligent we checked the chairs and found broken chairs.. And with non nilkamal chairs..
    Pepperfry makes duplicate ro fake quality fo neelkamal.

    We refunded the chairs and we might need to abuse jmd tower at pepperfry of we do not get refund asap;

    Pepperfry ambareesh wnner is a bloody cheat...

    Ambareesh, I spoke to once and found him crook and in ethical person who called me stating that he is from CEO office.
    My opinion is after auditing, using Pepperfry produces and after doing giving lot of Pepperfry we have found
    Pepper fry is cheat organization.
    Ambler CEO as he calls him is rude and INETHICAL;
    in last 2 years I have observed products have very poor life
    The wood goods get damaged by TERMITE. and deemak by made by Pepperfry
    Pepper fry cheat customers by debiting cancellation even if produce is dispatched,
    When i combine 3-4 products of Pepper fry (if below 99_ but when you find to know that products are defective, Pepperfry still charge you ship charges around 59/- despite even if you deliver one item, this is shameful.
    My grievances against pepperfry as below

    Total refund to be paid by pepperfry and if required to reverse picked by pepperfry as the product quality are inferior and bad quality unused by us. 3171 118 Total not refunded & cheated by pepperfry =3171+118=3289
    We request Pepperfry to refund the above points,

    5) i will also publish and share any-pepperfry to also share with amazon, flipkart and snapdeal aagsint Pepperfry;

    Chair weer broken worth 2342/- was denied accepted, and was refused by pepperfry.com,

    Pepperfry is wrong shipping charegs fro products re deefctive... We wnt to reverse defective itesma dn also refund on shipping as above.

      Quality not as promised. Within 20 days of purchase, foam at only one side in the corner of the sofa is compressed.

        I had a very bad experience with pepper fry return policy. I had bought a lamp along with other furniture ahead of this diwali. The delivery was more or less on time however all the products had defects. The wooden furniture were repaired after a long follow up however the lamp which was in a bad condition was promised to refunded after collection. I had placed the return request before diwali (By end of october) and pepper fry promised to collect immediately the next day.

        Now every day morning i used to get a msg that a person has been assigned by evening there was another msg saying sorry or collection rescheduled. This happed more than 10 days and later i called the call centre to check what's happening. They did apologise and told be that the matter will be sorted in 48 hrs but no further communication. Every alternative day i am following up with the call centre and they promise and there is further no response. Its been one month and they have not collected the damaged product back neither they have refunded my money. They always say they can only refund my money after the product is collected.

        This has been a very painful experience and a lesson for me that all online sites are not good with services, there are examples like pepper fry. Please do not buy a product from pepper fry unless it is very cheap and don't expect a return/refund service to be par with other online sites.

          Ref. order ID[protected] dated Oct 28, bought a Solid Wood King Size bed which got delivered on Nov 17. Got below issues in product;
          1. Broken Part
          2. Missing Piece
          3. Unpolished pieces
          4. Uneven Planks
          5. Tilted Fitting

          During assembly, the carpenter himself declared that this can not be assembled. He de-assembled the bed and reported the same online.

          The blunder starts here.

          Nov 17 night itself - I also reported the Issue via Customer Care, via online and via mail to [protected]@pepperfry.com. At one time, CC guy even mentions that assembly is reported successful while carpenter has reported Non-repairable infront of me and sharing the snapshot also.

          I was promised on mail to have a response in 12 hours (on call in 24 hours)

          No Update in 36 hours. Not a single call.

          I had called up customer care 4 times ( two times Nov 17 night, 1 on Nov 18 morning, 1 on Nov 19 evening) Finally, got a call on Nov 19 at 7:20pm when I been rude to them on Nov 19 call. Even then, executive didnot took up the issue well to resolve it rather she disconnected while i was explaining the feedabck and my pain.

          No One in pepperfry team is willing to support.

          It is a complete financial as well as mental harassment . As I have disposed of my old bed after getting the confirmation of delivery of bed. Now, this defective bed is lying un-assembled at my place. Very shameful situation for me infront of the guests I have invited and are at my home currently. And at the same time, even pepperfry team is not willing to act and support. Giving false statements at many times.

          I have taken two items in this order. A cabinet along with Bed and wanted to return both these items. I am also willing to sue pepperfry for a legal case for harassment which I am going thorugh and going to have for next 2-3 weeks because of this situation which has happened due to pepperfry.

              Table is getting slack due to bottom nuts got loosened for breakage of plastic bottom supporting plates of legs got cracked being plastic one instead of metallic one (Which should be).

              Please arrange to send your men to repair it with metallic leg supports as table supplied recently, it must be under warranty.

              Matter is required to be attended most urgently as the defect mentioned may cause a greater damage and injury to the men, which tells upon m/s pepperfry.

                I ordered 4 seater dining table 'enkel solid wood four seater dining set in warm chestnut finish by woodsworth' from hsr pepperfry studio on 28/10 though the rate of teh same product is 1000 rupees less in amazon. I went to teh showroom so that in future if any issue i can contact them back. This is the great mistake i did.
                The item delivered on 5/11. I can see in website status that it went thru quality check. But this is simply fake status they display for all product but in reality this is not happeneing. The product delivered is a second hand product and a used one. They just varnish and sell them. The product has 5 inches of hole in one if the table leg. This should have been identified if they really did quality check.
                The table and chair had more cracks, looks like used by someone else. I paid full money for thebrand new product and i got teh second handed one. I raised this to both hsr pepeer fry studio and sent email to '[protected]@pepperfry.com'; '[protected]@pepperfry.com', '[protected]@pepperfry.com'; '[protected]@pepperfry.com'. They raised mutiple request from 6th november till date - mentioning they will come back in 24 hours.
                But till today (15/11) no one has come back to me in email as well as non one contacted me in mobile. I keep contacting them in email as well call everytime they are telling they are waiting for woodsworth response. Not sure how long they wait for woodsworth response and seems they looted my money. I requested for refund as well, but they are not refunding my money

                yes refunded after long time.. but what the hell quality test you have? you sent me a table with 4 inch hole in it. Is this the great quality test you do? dont you have sense to say you are doing great job. if you cant do proper quality check close the shop.

However, Pepperfry Easy Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and is applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product / Incomplete Item or Missing Content. Since, the complaint is registered post 7 days we cannot accept the return request. Hence, we had to take this complaint towards closure without refund. Thank you!

                  Ordered 3 seater and 2 seater sofa from pepperfry on 29th october 2018. Sofa was delivered to us on 4th november. However, the material (Polyester) mentioned in the specifications is not polyester but it is jute and very rough. When we complained to pepperfry they tell us that no it as per their specification and their vendor confirmed that. We requested them that can we speak to their vendor or they should prove us that we are wrong, they simply refused.

                  We escalated it to next level in pepperfry through their website but no response yet. We are not using the sofa it is kept in packed form in our house, we need help in getting our money back.

                    Hi,

                    This is regarding Pepperfry Order No.[protected] dated 3rd Nov, 2018, payable amount Rs. 1394.

                    This order contains 4 items amounting Rs. 1870(=629+507+396+338). A flat discount of Rs. 500 was applicable post which the amount is Rs. 1370. Add to that Rs. 24 as tax and total billing is Rs. 1394.

                    On 14th Nov, 2018 I recieved a mail & a message saying that one of the products(priced Rs.396) is unavailable and hence Rs. 257(amount after discount) has been refunded.

                    According to the customer care they have split my discount across the 4 products although they don't provide that Breakup in the invoice and hence I'll also be losing my discount. The product in question was available in their inventory at the time of placing the order and only then I placed the order, if it was not available in the first place why is it even on the website?
                    Even if it is somehow suddenly unavailable then why am I losing a flat discount as a customer.

                    My discount now that the product is unavailable should be distributed among the other 3 items in the order.
                    Case Ref No.PH[protected]. On calling the customer care they are refusing to refund the item's actual cost.
                    Instead they want me to use the leftover discount of Rs.146 in my next purchase with Pepperfry where in I place an order, pay for it and then call them to give me this discount keeping in my mind that I don't apply any coupon on this purchase as I'm already using a discount coupon from a previous order.
                    What kind of a fraudulent financial calculation is this company running with?
                    Is this the future of business that we have to look forward to as a customer.
                    If you don't have a product in stock don't put it in your display, if you still do and are unable to procure it don't make the customer suffer for it. Don't you have an inventory and warehouse management system?

                    I'd like concerned department from Pepperfry to look into this at the earliest.

                      I have raised a request for returning the four seater dinning table (Order no.
                      [protected] just 2 3 days after i received the product as it is not up to the mark with quality.
                      They took many days to respond and send some mechanic to repair it.
                      He too found many defects but just did temporary fixes of the screws and left.
                      We asked him that we want to return this product as it will create issues again but he said he is from hometown so cant do the return, we need to contact pepperfry for the same.

                      I have called pepperfry and a customer care executive named rahul thorat was assigned my issue.
                      He asked me to send the pictures of the product which i agreed to do so.
                      Then he kept on forcing me to talk to hometown only for further issues.
                      I explained to him that they have directed us to you but still without understanding the issue he just kept on repeating to tralk to hometown only.

                      I have bought the product from pepperfry so i would be expecting a support from the same.

                      I want to return this product as soon as possible and would never recommend any of my friends and family to buy any product from pepperfry for your worse support people.

                      The product is very bad quality wise and nails coming out from differebt places due to which we have got hurt so many times.
                      We donot want to keep the product with us .
                      This is the second time I am raising a return request but no proper support provided

                      They have not taken any action regarding this at all...i am never buying anything from this site and also sharing my experience with other who are planing to buy from pepperfry

                        We have called pepperfry everyday since the last five days with absolutely no response on our issue. Room had to be emptied out as we can't sleep in it due to heavy varnish or polish. We need to get this furniture out of our house and a refund immediately but they are so slow and indifferent to our complaints. No call back is arranged. Highly disappointed with the amount of trouble and inconvenience they're staff and this piece of furniture has caused us. The smell is hazardous to health.

                          I have raised a complaint on 02-11-18 regarding return or exchange the product containing order id[protected] as the product was defective but did not get any reply. Bed is not firmly fixed and is shaking while asleep.Secondly the drawer storage is not properly designed with bed and has a huge gap in between the side portion of bed so can not we used as storage as is highly susceptible to insects like rats, dust etc .photo is attached herewith.

                            Defective sofa was delivered by peppery on 30th oct. It doesn't look like a new sofa. I have raise a complain on 30th and no action has been taken till date.
                            I am continuously calling customer care but they are hopeless, very unprofessional and uneducated staff who knows nothing. Their complaint resolution time is 48 hours but now its 8 days

                            After so many days i have not received even a single call from pepperfry and no action has been taken till now.
                            Really shocking customer service. Take immediate action.

                              Pepperfry is refusing to cancel / refund the order[protected] with insufficient information provided.

                              I had selected "with storage" bed but the bed which i ordered is not having storage. Their customer support now says that there is some space in headboard which i did not intend to purchase.

                              They are refusing to cancel the order and says they have incurred costs and all. Kindly help me in cancelling and getting the amount back.

                                Pepperfry has the worst return policy among all the e-commerce stores. Why is it that they refuse to take return if the customer does not like the product for some reason maybe the material or color upon receiving? Isn’t that a reason enough to return something? They refuse to take return unless it’s damaged or not as mentioned in the description. Please think twice before purchasing from here as they put you through hell if you want to return anything. Also they do not abide by their cancellation policy which says you can cancel the item by deducting some charges as long as it is before being shipped. After a bad return experience I made another purchase and wanted to cancel it. They obviously said they can’t cancel it as it’s been more than a day. But clearly their policy says if it’s not shipped it is possible to cancel. They just force things upon you when you don’t like it and really want to return it. With convenient cancellation and return policies, one day, AMAZON is going to eat them alive.

                                  Don't ever buy any product from these cheaters.

                                  Purchased Orient fan under Pepperfry Order # [protected]AK1397437-S-PM3820 and received the product creame in color though it is shown white in color on Pepperfry website. Tried to make return request for the same due yo incorrect color and request rejected saying its same product though picture on their website is incorrect but since same product so cant process return for it.

                                  They have acknowledged that its not of same color and website is showing wrong but because of company policy not process return despite selling product with different color. On top of it return team started saying we should not look into image of the product but go with description to see what color it is...### and crap.

                                  Never ever buy anything from these cheaters...

                                    Recently i bought cushion cover from pepperfry.com by those cover had poor design cutting will scartching my hands & glitter are keeps on falling fron day one tends due to poor make.
                                    By they faile to hear those. Unless it is defective we cant return, one of poor custmer care service.

                                      I purchased a floating shelf from pepperfry and the order no is[protected]. It is mentioned on their website that the product contains 3 shelves, wall screws and plugs. When the product was delivered, the screws were missing. I contacted them twice and they asked me to send image of the product. I can send image of the product but does it really make sense, is the product defective/damaged?? One can hide the screws and take pictures. Pepperfry, i have been their long time customer but such brands really do not value customer loyalty. Their dumbness and no after-service is going to make them lose customers.

                                        I ordered few products from pepperfry and i want to return one of them as i did not like the quality of that product.
                                        I raised the return request as the product has easy return option but they denied to return it as they are saying that they have some terms and condition on return however they did not mention them on order page.
                                        Such a pathetic experience with customer care.
                                        These people are making fool to showing the return option.
                                        Company should remove the return option from order page or just mention the all return condition.
