They delivered quality less product that to it's not a table. Just wooden pieces with white patch on it. When i asked for return, there is no response except sorry. Customer care is very rude & manners less people. It's a pathetic experience. Please don't buy from pepper fry. It's people hard earned money & they are robbing it wisely.

They are rejected the return request by saying the product as their standard product. I have...

Hello,

I placed an order for a dining table on pepperfry. Oreder id is[protected]. Carpanter came and opened the package and found that the table that i received is damaged and is also cracked. I contacted pepperfry the same day (17th oct) and asked for the replacement. They said they do not have another unit of the product available and asked if i would like to keep the damaged table if they get it repaired and they can give me some of the amount refunded as a compensation. I agreed to it. Next day on 18th, same carpanter came to repair and said that hardwares (Nut and bolts) are missing from the package. He accepted that it is his fault as he did not check this on first day when he opened the package. He went to the market and tried to find the hardware but could not find it. Then, he informed me that pepperfry warehouse has sent another courier with hardwares and should reach me by 19th. But nothing was received on 19th. Then today, on 20th he informed me in the morning that package will be coming today and he will repair the table today. And now he said that warehouse has sent an incorrect package of hadwares of a different table that will not fit for my table. I am feeling helpless and frustrated right now as it is getting delayed everyday. I tried calling pepperfry multiple times but there is no resolution. I have a function at my home after 2 days and i do not have this dining table that i needed before the function. I cannot even go to market and buy another table as my money is stuck with pepperfry and they are saying if a refund is inititaed, it will take around 10 days to reflect in my bank account. This is my first and horrible experience with pepperfry and i am extremely disappointed. Help me!

    Dear Sir,

    I ordered Biometric Safe vide order no.[protected] on 31st August 2018 and with frequent followup i told that item was delivered on 19th September without delivered. I told that, I have not received the item, then they even produced Proof of Delivery which shows that item is delivered on 19th September and even the address which printed on POD is wrong. I requested and the delivery address are wrong.

    After regular followup and series of email exhanges they delivered the item on[protected]. When i enquired about the delay I informed by Fedex representative, that the consignment on[protected] only and without address, and his superior had provided the mobile number of me and asked him to delivery by calling the my mobile number. When i spoked to the Fedex i have recorded the conversations to prove the above facts.

    When i opened the consignment i found two items were missing which are part of the item ordered one is Internal LED lights and other are nuts/screws to fix the safe. I bought to the notice of Pepperfry and requested to check and revert back. I received reply that return the item stating the above reasons, i was unable to opt the return the item option as it was already disabled. Again a series of emails to resolve the issue, at last they the Vendor who has supplied the item to speak to me. I received the call from the Vendor and when i told that items are missing his reply was the product which is shipped does not have the LED lights. I told him to update the same to Pepperfry and i will return the item if LED lights are not provided, since i have bought the item only after seeing the product literature and videos and package list where it is mentioned that LED lights will be provided.

    I also received an email from Pepperfy on[protected] to assist me within 3 days and they also provided an email id of Mr. Kalpesh - Kalpesh.[protected]@pepperfry.com in case of further assistance required.

    I waited till 12th October and i wrote Mr. Kalpesh to resolve the issue or else i would approach Consumer Forum to help me in this regard, but till date i have neither received any email nor any call from Mr. Kalpesh or Pepperfry.

    So, i hereby forced to approach yourself to help me assisting to file a case against M/s. Pepperfy because of they negligence, careless attitude and unfair trade practices which having implication on my mental state, financial loss on this order.

    Waiting for your guidance so that i will proceed further by filing a case against M/s. Pepperfry to claim refund with interest and restrict M/s. Pepperfry to not to indulge in such trade practices by attracting poor customers with false promises, wrong statement, false POD's and most irresponsible in discharging their responsibilities.

      I had bought 6 polyster floral curtains in set of 3 from pepperfry and when i received the product it was totally different from the given image on the website. So i requested to take it back. Firstly pepperfry denied to return it but after few calls and mails pepperfry agreed to take the product back. Now it’s been more than 20 days but still i am calling them for refund. Product was picked up on 21st september and i have returned the whole order but pepperfry sent me the mail for refund only for one set of curtains. Everytime i call the standard response of pepperfry is that we are confirming from our warehouse wheher we received full order or not, just give us 24 hours. But their 24 hours are not finished even it’s been 20 days now. My order id is[protected] and my case number is - ph[protected]. I am sending both images [website image and the product received]

        I have been cheated by pepperfry and despite several calls and emails to their customer care, my issue is not resolved.
        They show one sort of specification of a product on the site and supply product with varying specifications.
        This is regarding my order trendy maple stainless steel 3 steps 4 ft step ladder sku: hc1628954-s-pm22970, which was delivered to me on 08 october 2018.
        As can be seen in snaps, the overall height of the product is 48 inches and the height of the third pedestal (Which is the height claimed and promised by the product) is only 29 inches.
        I do not need to prove anything.
        It is not about my expectation about the ordered product; it is about the correct/incorrect information/specification of the product, which is the issue in question.
        The info about the product in question says 3 steps and 4ft; so i thought it would give four feet of pedestal height. But this advertised specification is wrong and misleading. The actual pedestal height provided by this 3 step 4ft step ladder is 2.6 ft only; the figure of 4ft as advertised about the product is actually the total length of the complete product.
        That is why i want to return this product.
        But pepperfry people are not giving any heed to my complainst and requests.

          Their is no fitting inside.
          We complaint many time

          Why they delivered defective bed to me.

          If product is not having fitting then why they deliver to us.
          Still bed is not joint.

            I had ordered la opala diva plain fluted opal ware bowls - set of 6 online, through pepper fry on 29 sep, 2018 because they were available at a very good price and images also looked good to me.

            On 3 oct, 18 when order was received, what i found was that i was cheated and i did not get the original product from them. No brand marking on the bottom of the bowl & bad quality.

            And on top of that, i cannot even return that because that is not damaged... I did not get there return policy too. When i tried to explain them that i do not wish to keep the item... They can't because according to them, only damaged or broken will be returned.

            In short, horrible experience, wastage of money, fake product, not at all reliable website to order any home crockery or anything from them.

              Purchased one bed from pepperfry worth 11000. The quality of the wood is so bad that is got broken when 70kg weighted guy seat on it. Initially i was thinking it is problem from dealer and pepperfry will solve it. But pepperfry completely denied its duty. I just lost my 11000. And pepperdine just says sorry nothing else. I have seen many complaints about them. They are doing fraud business. Dnt even think of buying from pepperfry.

                I had ordered 2 door wardrobe from pepperfry, it came in and they assembled it here in the house, its very light product and the back side sheet is so thin that if you punch it hardly that it will break easily ! So I initiated the return as I was not happy with its quality, but there was no response even after 3 days though they sent a msg saying they ll get back in 48 hours, so I called up the customer care and they said thier policy says that they cannot accept the product back unless it was damaged I was not happy with their response so I asked if i can speak to the higher authority, so some person called me the same day I was explaining my concern but that person said the same things too n in between he disconnected the call ! This is really frustrating, first careless customer service people, second No better product description, third No option to cancel the order request ( this is the worst thing in a online shopping), fourth - if there is a space to write that there is 7 days return option available in bold and big letters please do also mention below that it is for only the damaged goods not in some hidden return policy which nobody reads. You're misleading the customer with false advertising!

                    I purchased "Takeo Single Bed in Walnut Finish
                    By Mintwud " from Pepperfry. This is a total crap product with respect to quality and design. Pepperfry is claiming that it is a bed with storage, But it has no base. So you have to keep all your stuffs on the floor and it is just a cover on top of that. How come a bed with no base can be used as a storage? In the pictures and in the 3D view they are not showing the base, to misguide people. That means they are selling the product with incomplete information. When I wanted to return this product, the customer care replied that as the product is not damaged so they will not accept return of it, which is total FRADULENT by Pepperfry. Also, the 3 covering wooden pieces are attached with screws with the main piece (and there is no handle attached to it to lift it up). That means, everytime you have to keep/pick up any item to/from it, you have to open the 12 screws attached to it with a screw driver. I have never seen such a crap design in my life. Customer care is so rude that after your complaints they will just email you with a rude reply, and not even call you back to understand your issue with the product, and that is also they will email from a "Noreply" mailbox, so that you can not counter their answer. Overall, when a bed has no base to it and you have to keep your cloths/stuffs on floor, that can not be considered as a storage bed. This is total waste of money and the product is of no use of mine now. I can not return it, neither I can throw it.

                      I bought a frying pan from the pf site which the site claimed was nonstick.
                      After a single use i realized that the pan was not nonstick. I further confirmed this with the manufacturer and then raised a return request. However pf refused to process the request as the pan had been used. Although i pointed out to them that in this case their site was at fault for providing false information based on which i had made the purchase and that their error could only be discovered by using the pan, instead of apologizing for their mistake and processing the return they have not taken any action.

                      The order # is[protected]. It is a pity you are not equally certain that customers who incur a financial loss due to incorrect information on your website must be compensated. Please note that my primary requirement was a NON-STICK pan and as the pan you have provided does not meet this criteria it is completely useless to me.

                        Hi my name is Arjun. I ordered a furniture that is shoe rack from pepperfry app on 4 Sep 18 and delivered on 17 Sep 18.The shoe rack was needed to be installed but carpenter told us it will not be installed due to the some damaged part of it, so we need to change some part of it.I had wrote 3 mails and around 20 to 30 calls to pepperfry but they are not listening to me.I even cancelled the item but they are not reverting me back.Please do something if you can.My order no was[protected].

Suddenly 23 september 2018 one mail came product already delivered. I am staying in trichy. I didn't get any call or any message. While contacted to the customer service they told me, we 'll take 3-5 days to check. Till now, i am not getting my ordered product nor money. While contacting the customer care, they are telling, we'll update you. But from their side they haven't called me or message me once also. They are not replying with proper information also. While asking my money back also they are telling not refund my money only telling, give me some time, we'll get back to you.

                              Hi,

                              I have ordered the product (Brown polypropylene hanging planter by rajesh - set of 12) in pepperfry.com site, i received the product after 10 days.

                              After receiving the product i didnt liked the product because the colout was not the same as shown in the site.

                              I have raised a request for returning the product but they denied saying that it is against their rules

                                Hi, i have purchased sofa from pepper fry online which was delivered to me on 6th july and from that day till day i am just calling and sending email to customer service for the defect and to get it resolved. But even after assuring that person will come for solution but no one turned up. Still sending reminders to them but they are not serious about customer and feeling cheated by pepperfry. Such a sham and pathetic service.

                                  We have placed order on pepperfry website on 26th aug-18 for 1 nos wrought iron cot with reference order no :[protected] & yet to receive final conformation call from carpenter fro assembly. Since last 3 days, we are sending request on your toll free no to service our request, however apart from only taking down the request, there is no action done

                                  We are facing trouble, since we are unable to open the pack & do the assembly

                                    15 aug 2018: order placed and payment made
                                    17 aug 2018: i got a call where in the delivery agreed for 18 aug before 1pm.
                                    18 aug 2018: delivery promissed but not delivered - making me wait for whole day.
                                    19 aug 2018: called customer care and spoke to valencia miranda - she did not even create a service request.
                                    24 aug 2018: promissed a delivery but again wasted my whole day without delivery:
                                    Created service request em[protected] which they closed without resolving the issue
                                    When i reported, they created another service request em[protected] and closed very next day without any resolution.
                                    25 aug 2018: when i reported this, they created another service request em[protected] but as usual they closed the service request but neither delivery made.

                                    In the process they wasted my 5 days without any action.
                                    26 aug 2018: i receved a call from tanuja, who seemed (Or pretended) to be a professional, she agreed the lapses from pepperfry and promissed me to do the delivery and the carpenter at the same time. That was to be on 31 aug (Friday). I agreed as she seemed professional and understood the previous horrendous experience dealing with pepperfry.
                                    31 aug 2018: tanuja called me and said she is unable to trace the shipment/book shelf, hence she asked for 48 hours more.
                                    1 sep 2018: no response/status whatsoever from tanuja/pepperfry
                                    2 sep 2018: no response/status whatsoever from tanuja/pepperfry
                                    3 sep 2018: no response/status whatsoever from tanuja/pepperfry
                                    4 sep 2018: no response/status whatsoever from tanuja/pepperfry

                                    I'd ordered for dining table, 2 chairs were damaged, went for replacement, it has been a month, I haven't received replacement. The customer care is just delaying the process, not sticking to its commitment. Pathetic service.

                                      The aimi single bed was ordered on 14th of august and delivered on 28th august with low quality so the carpenter didn't assemble it properly i was not there at that time i am out of station. We assumed it will be replaced or return the product. However the customer care executive told me we cant exchange the product even i asked them to place something which gets delivered sooner they are not ready to do that i even ask them to not to refund just put that money in wallet. I am a fairly regular customer of pepperfry and find their attitude pretty unprofessional in not agreeing to my return request. Pepperfry forced me to file fir against and for legal notice which i have issued.
