This is regarding the refund of my 2 seater dinning set which has not been resolved after 10 lengthy calls to customer care.

wardrobe delivered is stinking badly

I just ordered a chair... But to the hell, it got only delivered after a month... So i[censored] want to buy chair for your kid its better u order before you marry, only by then you can used it for your kid, or otherwise it will be delivered by when your kid marries.. order of stainless steel kadai

Pepperfry has refunded only rs120// out of rs1201/- which paid for this order.
This is not in conformity with the declared100% refund policy of this company.
I demand 100% refund...

deficient supply of items ordered : lamp holder : upper portion missing

I had purchased cream iron and jute drumshade floor lamp by lavish vide invoice a: 1991 order no :[protected]ll1486649-s-pm13828 dtd 9.9.2017. I received the parcel on 14th and had a cursory look. I found that there were three parts. Base, rod with an adaptor like item attached to it and a shade. Since, the adaptor was fully covered with a perforated material, i presumed it was complete....

Recieved a bunk bed from pepperfy, with bad substandard quality, also a king size bed which is not too big for room, they refuse to replace it with a smaller one, though showing in advertisement that they take back what doesn't fit, endless being put on hold with no solutions.
