Updated by K-Singh 1. INR 11, 000 locked in for one month and another INR 39, 000 locked in since 20 days!! Neither have I received the refund of INR 11, 000 nor the items worth INR 39, 000.

1. You still don't know what the case is?
2. Well, kindly have a look at the image attached - and then read my complaint that was uploaded on 26 Oct.
3. But given my recent experience with you, and the utter confusion and ineptness that I have witnessed, I doubt the image-compliant juxtaposition will help, as, starting from 27 Sept, you haven't been able to understand a simple problem despite:-
- 18 SMSs from YOU;
- 16 emails from YOU confirming my interaction with you / receipt of my 11 emails (including three very detailed ones).
- add to it my 19 conversations with Shri Sushant Bisht and Shri Rahul Adlakha (of the Pepperfry store at Kirti Nagar, New Delhi);
- interactions with your Customer Care/Team on tele no. [protected], including with Ms. Tanuja Parab (23 Sept; 0920 PM & 0933 PM); Ms Sana Ansari (27 Sep at 4:27 PM); Ms. Vaishnavi Joshi (27 Sep at 5:58 PM); Ajay Maharaul (28 Sep at 28 Sep at 12.06 PM & 12:20 PM); Sophia Dsouza (07 Oct at 11:36 AM); Ms. Noorin Qureshi (23 Oct at 7:25 PM); Ajay Panpatil (26 Oct at 10:48 AM); Bilal Khan (26 Oct at 5:54 PM).
4. If despite this body of interaction since 27 Sept 2017, you still don't know what's happening, well, I do not blame you - I am convinced that you are the unequivocal winners of the Darwin Awards for this year.

5. To the Founders: Despite my best attempts, I have not been able to reach you. The level of mismanagement in your company is epic and if this is the situation in a digital age / informationised world, I don't know what to say.
