Unfortunately, i placed order for disha round 1.5l easy flow containers on 2nd spetember. By mistake the address of pune is selected. I was supposed to select the address of chandigarh. pepperfry didn't deliver my product after one month

I have order one item (Order id:[protected], pepperfry) on 5th aug 2017 and still they didn't deliver my product.
I have given several complaints regarding the same with their customer care (Wc[protected], ph[protected], wc[protected], ph[protected], ph[protected] but still they didn't resolve it.

I want they should penalize for such fraud, it as really disturbing and felt harassing.

refusing to take return of the product

I bought cushion covers worth rs 4000 from this stupid site. While the quality was soo bad, they aren't willing to take it back because it isnt damaged or defective. I mean really?

If your customer is not happy with product plus your product is not up to the mark, why would you force them to keep it?

Shopping online is for convenience and not making people forcefully keep your product. Their 'easy return policy'...

Never had such bad experience with any other online Marketing company, the support guys are number one liars, they have no ground knowledge and keeps on giving false commitments. cheat customer with wrong information

They give wrong information before ordering the product. I ordered a product which was to be delivered after 5 weeks.in the mid, i had some requirements from my company to move to another city for 1 month.
