They give wrong information before ordering the product. I ordered a product which was to be delivered after 5 weeks.in the mid, i had some requirements from my company to move to another city for 1 month.

I talked with 2 customer executives to understand their process and they told me that if i am not available during delivery, they will keep the product in their store house for 10 days. Post which the product is returned...

Pepperfry is not delivering the product which i have ordered on 5th august 2017. It should be delivered by 17-19 aug17 but till today i am waiting.

I haven't received any call from anyone for delivery... Even i am calling to customer care but they are also unable to deliver my product.
