Hi team,

This is my latest order on pepperfry.com #[protected].

Pepperfry is not delivering the product which i have ordered on 5th august 2017. It should be delivered by 17-19 aug17 but till today i am waiting.

I haven't received any call from anyone for delivery... Even i am calling to customer care but they are also unable to deliver my product.

So i request you to plz help me to get my product asap.

    With reference to the order[protected]fn1481799-p-wh4374, the description of the delivered product is not equivalent to the one in your website. I am not satisfied with the product. Now i want to return the above ordered item. I followed all the steps as per the return policy described in your website but there is no response from your team. From last 3 days, i am trying to contact the team but not getting any satisfactory response as well as they are closing the request. I am not getting any type of help from your team for easy return of the delivered item. Even your team is misguiding me that there is no return policy but as described in "terms o[censored]se" in the website its clearly mentioned about the return and refund of the delivered item.

    I am hereby attaching all the details of the product and your policy's screenshot.
    Hoping for a kind help from you and your team.

    After ordering items from Pepperfry, I am getting sms and phone call to tell my Axisbank account no. I paid through Axis bank. Phone came from [protected]. Please check. Your system is not full proof then as you clain. Regards, Manisha Mukherjee

      I've ordered 2 novella chairs (In beige & orange color) on 24th july, 2017 & the order was shipped on 3rd august, 2017.
      But on today (21st aug, 2017), i received only 1 novella chair (Beige color) and didnt received 1 novella chair (Orange color).
      Further, the delivery status is also showing that the product is delivered to machilipatnam (Andra pradesh) since 5th august 2017.
      Please look into the matter & revert asap.

        My children placed order[protected] for a book shelf on 14 th july 2017 with 2 nd august as delivery date. Made calls to customer service after the delivery date since we did not receive the book shelf, they tried to save themselves with initially offering 5% then 10% of the value for delay. Still no update on delivery date. I am not interested in money back.

        It has hurt my children emotionally as they kept waiting eagerly for their book shelf. I appreciate urban ladder for not taking the order as they do not service our location. Pepperfry accepted the order without assembly which i accepted.

        They have lost their credibility to their future customers and disappointed my children emotionally. Now they have to wait for another month for their bookshelf from other service provider. I know i cannot do much than express my children's disappointment. God bless.

          I ordered a dressing table in the beginning of july. I was supposed to get the product on 30 july but they said that the product is damaged before i even recieved it. I called them several times to check the status but they tell me a new story every time. Finally about 2 weeks ago they said they would refund me the money but i have not recieved any information till date. My order id is[protected]

            Hi i order a table and chair from pepper fry. First of all it was ordered very late and when i received also parts was missing. Regus low back mesh chair in black colour by hometown order from hometown had some parts missing.

            Worst service from pepper fry. I could have better paid little bit more or ordered from some other site.

            When logging a complaint they tell me click images what should i click for missing part its nuts and bolts. Such ridiculous and bad ppl. Please dont fall in their trap.

              I ordered 2 products & got both faulty products.
              1 product is very silicone ironing mat which is very stinky which is definitely a manufacturer defect.
              the other product is mentioned as quantity of 2 with medium size but i received 1 quantity & that too of small size.
              i sent many mails & complaints but i got only 1 mail saying that above mentioned problems are not their problem so neither they will do reverse pickup or refund, nor they will send the short quantity of the product.
              now when i am raising complaints, i am unable to raise complaints.
              in all, the site is cheating on the name of return's policy but actually is not doing fair things.kindly check the whole fake system if any concerned person is taking care.thanks

                Hi Ordered a collage photoframe - Order number - #
                [protected].

                After I received the photoframe i got to know a key information that the photos in the photoframe cannot be changed. we need to stick the photos.

                This key information was not present in the website. When asked for a refund, they didnt do it.

                I would not recommend anyone to go with pepperfry. Please be doubly careful with pepperfry who are not bothered about the customers

                  I ordered for 75 ml cups and received 200 ml cups. They are not ready to return saying they sent same product and they cant do anything if i am not satisfied with the size of cups.
                  What kind of explanation is this?
                  First of all they should send the product as per product description and if they make a mistake then they should be ready to take it back.

                    I received my order on time but the carpenter hasn't turned up for 4 days now. They shared his mobile number via sms but more often than not he refuses to answer our calls. I've wasted 3 days sitting at home waiting for him turn up but he never did. I called pepperfry's call center and each time they simply give me a new schedule and assure me that the carpenter will turn up by then. And eventually this whole drama moves to a new day. I'm fed up. And they don't even have the decency to admit their issues or respect my time. Any suggestions on what could be done?

                      I don't remember of buying anything from pepperfry site. They just keep on sending SMS advertisement. I went to their site to unsubscribe from their SMS advertisements. They do give option to unsubscribe. But, it never works.

                      Peppery fry is purposefully kept a software flaw so that nobody can unsubscribe from their SMS advertisements. Pepper fry team is dreaming that they can sell their products by forcefully flooding messages to customers.

                      Pepper fry team replied to complaints, but never have any email id or any source to unsubscribe. That indicates their intention, they don't want any customer escaping from their SMS advertisements.

                      I thank consumercomplaints.in for giving the opportunity to complaint about this idiotic people.

                        I ordered king size bed costing 30k from the site on 19th july from the pepperfry website. The online tracking message said that the product will be delivered on 23rd july, the sms said product will be delivered by 2nd august.

                        2nd august came and went no product in sight. I called up customer care, the guy promises me that the product will be delivered by 3rd august. I call up on 3rd august the customer care guy tells me the product will be delivered on 4th august since packaging is not proper. I call up on 4th august the customer care guy tells me the product will be delivered on 5th august as polishing is not done! How can they polish a product after the packaging is done.

                        The customer care guys are just there to lie through their teeth. There is no provision to escalate as the complaint is closed even without proper resolution.

                        I am now registering a complaint with the customer forum. Never ever order anything from this site, i had much better experience with urban ladder. My order number is[protected]

                          I have placed above mentioned order on 2.8.17, and later realised that delivery address is wrongly picked. I have called their customer care to change my delivery address to noida from mumbai, they flatly refused to do so. I asked them to cancel the order, so that i can place new order for correct delivery address but they refused to cancel.
                          How is it possible that neither i can change my delivery address nor i can cancel the order.
                          I have left the delivery address 2 years back and they are saying me to collect the goods at that place.

                          Please help in this matter

                            Hi. I ordered 240 ml glasses (Water glasses) from pepperfry but i got 50 ml (Shot glasses) upon delivery. I placed a return request as soon as i received the order. The next day i got a call from pepperfry that the item that was sent was the correct one and that they do not have a return/exchange policy.
                            The senior rep that i talked to told me that now i have to use those glasses and that he cannot help it as there is no such policy of pepperfry to exchange/return a product.
                            This is highly objectionable behaviour on the part of pepperfry and its customer service department.
                            There should also be a check on all the online stores and some guidelines should be laid down for online shopping.

They delivered it at wrong address and when I told them to either cancel the order or deliver it at correct address they simply denied. Now I have a product which is of no use and my money is wasted. I am cheated by this company and I want the company to understand it's responsibility.

                              I bought a metallic single cot bearing order id[protected] and it was delivered on 29th july 2017. However, the tools to assemble the cot were not there in the consignment. The hardware was missing. I have raised several complaints to have it returned and get my refund. I have also uploaded the photos as desired. Kindly look into the matter and get it resolved by arranging a pick up of the product and refunding the amount back

                                I have raised return requests for three orders[protected],[protected],[protected] multiple times. All three orders delivered have incorrect items, which was a big disappoint as if this wasn't sufficient, i haven't received any solution since over a week now. Despite raising return requests never have i ever heard from any pepperfry professional for any redressal or return.

                                Upon calling the customer care centre i was informed that all requests were cancelled. However, not even once was i informed about the same - niether on call nor mail. I have been raising return requests and upon completion of 48 hours they automatically get cancelled without any intimation to me. Not only is this inappropriate it is fooling the customer without providing any solution. I was assured that i'll be contacted with 24hrs of raising a case and ofcourse even that hasn't happened.

                                I want refund for all three orders asap else i'll be forced to approach consumer court.

                                  On my visit to koregaon park pepperfry studio, pranav have helped us to place the order for freemont queen size bed with storage in honey oak finish by woodsworth vide order #[protected] on 17th jun 2017 and the order was supposed to be delivered on 3rd jul 2017.

                                  I was chasing since 3rd jul and i was getting reply from pepperfry customer care that it will be delivered soon, twice i got false commitment from the executive and i was even told that delayed is due to quality check issue.

                                  I was taken leave twice for the delivery as no one was not available at home, but when i called them i came to know that the delivery will be delayed and the executive told me that pepperfry will compensate for the delay.

                                  Finally on 16th july the bed was delivered but the material quality was worst and it was having crack and the nail was removed, even whatever the picture was displayed in website the material was different and was very low quality so we have returned the product at the same movement. On the same day i called the customer care and told them about return, during discussion i came to know that no one have given them the status about return.

                                  Since 16th july i am following up with them for crediting the amount but till date i. E. 24th july the amount has not been credited and twice i have been given false commitment that the amount has been initiated.

                                  Even i spoke to gayatri from finance dept on 18th jul and she told me that it will take 24 to 48hrs to release the amount, even i spoke to her about compensation, and she told me that she will inform senior manager, but till date no response received.

                                  I had been calling customer care on 3rd jul, 5th jul, 6th jul, 9th jul, 11th jul, 16th jul, 17th jul, 18th jul, 22nd jul & 24th jul 2017. I am having the conversation recordings for gayatri on 18th jul, one more executive on 22nd jul & raj on 24th jul 2017.

                                  I have received the mail that the refund has been initiated but the amount will be credited within 7-10 working days, kindly release the compensation amount as i have paid the amount thru credit card and on 25th jul 2017 i have paid the emi of rs. 5790/-. My money is got block because of the delay and even i have suffered a leave without pay salary for one day.

                                  I am very dissapointed with the pepperfry service and will not refer anyone to purchase from pepperfry.

                                    A chair was ordered and delivered to us that was defective, with scratched paint, rusted joints, old, faded, scratched plastic fittings. Photographs of the same were sent to pepperfry via email and website on july 20th (With 5 reminders sent).

                                    On july 28th, we called customer service and spoke to krishna vaish (At 2pm) who refused to pass us onto a supervisor. Then looked at the pictures and offered a 50% discount (Effectively agreeing and confirming that the product is defective) and then said he'd get back to us.

                                    It has been 1 week and this fraudulent activity from pepperfry leaves a very bad impression of the company and the service.

                                    We would like the defective piece taken back and the full amount refunded to us.

                                      Hi have order a clock "black iron 8 inch vintage double sided station wall clock by anantaran" (Sku: de1370875-s-pm6126) (Order no is[protected] which has white inner background being displayed on product page.

                                      But i received clock with different (Light coffee) inner background. I submitted return request and shared photo of clock what i have received which clearly shows that inner background is not white.

                                      Now pepperyfry is not ready to take the product back say that i have received same product which is being displayed on product page. I have shared many images of product which i have received but still they are not ready to accept that color in not white.

                                      After this experience with pepperfry, i have come to a conclusion that pepperfry is a fraud and cheaters. This is one of my worst experience i have ever had while purchasing anything online.

                                        I ordered a wall clock and they delivered a broken item.
                                        After delivery of product, the website did not allow me to initiate return for 5 days saying the product is not delivered yet. The next two days i was traveling and when i came from travel on 8th day it says my return window is closed. So, basically they just gave me 2 days as return window. Then why they mentioned 7 days as return window as their website?
                                        And when i called the customer service, the guy on the phone is extremely rude and impolite in answering my questions and he disconnected my call in between. Horrible experience!!
