What they delivered is a total crap. For side table... Low quality china boards for table... Which didn't lasted even for a month... This site shall be blacklisted. No replacement offers...

The shipping address is different from billing address, i told them to make it same or cancel the order. They neither changing the billing address nor ready to cancel the order.

I have tried calling them, written emails and calls but no resolution.
They are stubborn and giving lame excuses.
How can be a company so rigid by not allowing the order cancellation?br...

multicolored modern taba rug backside quality is not good

Placed order on 10th feb, received product on 14th feb.
We placed for return on 16th after two days received mail as its declined.

Its very unsatisfactory to know this, as the rear side of the product is rubber. Which will tear off after few usage which we experienced in past.
And we don't see any rear side pic mentioned of the product while placing order also.

Do not know that how does this happen to such an expensive product of a reputed brand. worst quality pillows

Pepperfry does not put customers first. Their only prerogative is to make money. They are definitely not flexible to customer's needs in any way. They are not helpful on the phone. I finally spoke with a manager Sumit Majumdar who was worse to talk to than the call center agents. He didn't want to listen to anything I had to say and just kept harping on the T&C of Pepperfry. They are definitely misleading customers but mentioning the "Shipped"...
