I have ordered pressure cooker worth 789 and discount 250 resulting net amount of 539
Even though i have applied coupon code i have been deducted 789 rupees from my account

When i cancelled the order they have told neglectly that once ordered cannot be cancelled

Please take action in them

You # please return my 250 ruppes back...

My suggestion to all people who are willing to buy from pepper fry.. Don't buy from pepper fry anymore

    I have contacted customer support and they informed that you can place charcoal filter in seavy quinn chimney and on basis of that i placed an order on pepperfry order#[protected]. After i have researched and talked with technician of seavy and confirmed that charcoal filter cannot be used by any seavy chimney. So its of no use to me anymore, thus i called up pepperfry to cancel this order as it's off no use to me anymore. On calling i found that pepperfry refuse to cancel this order and tells that amount had been credited to seller even the seller had not dispatched this order. I want my refund back

      I ordered an exhaust fan. But i have received a wrong size of the product. I ordered 230mm size exhaust fan but received 300mm size fan which cannot be fitted at my exhaust vent.
      Still the product link says its 230mm size

      My issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Product was return picked up and made full refund today. Pepperfry contacted me asking for more details on the issue. I explained with the issue and provided images as well. They agreed to take the product back and issue full refund. All communication came directly from the office of CEO from pepperfry. I really appreciate team for handling the genuine request. I still love to shop from pepperfry for their quality, best packing and fast delivery. Keep going!!!

        Recently ordered bean bags from pepperfry.com, paid each rs.1600 for xxxl bean bag including beans. Product description says 3kg total weight, i trusted their 7 days easy return policy. After receiving the product it hardly has half the beans and almost you are sitting on the floor after 4-5 days usage. Raised a return request with them and then they started showing their true colors.

        The executives at the helpline would think of themselves as lawyers and will try to argue for hours.in return they will advise you to carry the bean bag to the nearest grocery store and weigh the bean bag, take photos and send the pictures of the weight and the product. I requested them to arrange a scale to weigh the product at home, with the delivery guy, but they refused. Also mentioned i would be thankful if they could arrange some additional beans, which also is not possible.

        In simple words, they will not accept the return what ever the scenario. They will simply test your patience, ruin your day, end of the day it's a pre-paid order, so go # yourself. For me, it's a loss of around rs.3000, but i almost was gonna order a queen bed from these people and decided to wait for a few days.
        Simple things i missed —
        No cash on delivery, pay in full.
        No review for any single product.
        No rating for not even a single product on entire website.

        I almost do 90% of my shopping online, but never faced this level of frustration, was never cheated like this. Luckily escaped with a small loss rather sofa or bed.

        Can you please be specific about what do you mean by " Investigate and provide resolution ", so again I could avoid another argument with your staff and thus ruining my day.

        As I already stated the issue I'm facing, we could conclude the resolution in this public forum.
        Hope you also could've replied this sweet when I requested to return the product, instead treating the customer like an accused in a court hall.

        Please don't advise me again " to carry the bean bags on my back around the city - find a weighing machine, weigh them, click and send the pictures" . I have other meaningful things to do .

        what is the point of your replies in this forum, when you haven't made a single effort to contact customer through mail or phone . Your replies include " Investigate and provide resolution", " will surely get this resolved up to your satisfaction", just providing an illusion to the visiting members of this forum that you care about customer and trying to help them. Contrary to that you don't give a damn about customer, never received a call or mail from you in these 20 days.
        I did never write this complaint hoping you would resolve my issue, which would never happen in real world, but to save the fellow poor souls who would buy a sofa, bed or some expensive furniture from you believing in your return policy like i did. In addition I'm providing the pictures of the products I got, so fellow customers could understand the quality of goods you provide.

        I seriously doubt the authenticity of this consumer complaint website and the pepperfry gimmicks.
        There is no option to re-open the complaint and report this to the consumer complaint forum.

          Pepperfry has totally lost the plot. They are willing to lose a customer and the domino effect of it but not ready to accept return for products worth few hundred. Well done pepperfry. Your customer support team has no manners and courtesy on how to speak to there customer. Pepperfry is the most obnoxious and uncooperative portal i have come across and i am pretty sure i will ever come across. They are in the business just to loot customer in the name of sweet words and tag line.

          Be careful of what you buy here there is no return policy whatever. They just send you an e mail saying - “whatever is delivered is what was ordered. Rest be assured of the quality.” and when i contacted they there support team has the guts to say things like - “you are repeating yourself” “if you don’t like the product please dispose it we can’t accept return”. Good loot for few hundered rupees.

            I have ordered a sofa from Peppery fry the same has come but it is damaged and but they are not ready to take this back. they say it has been manually checked and it was correct.
            and the customer service is very rude and they are ok for us to go to consumer court.

            One of the customer service person said, please do whatever you want we will not return nor refund. Customer is not treated as king.

            They only want to sell the product and not adhere to their own policy.
            I need justice and they have give only 7 days from the date of installation.

              I placed an order for a Prestige Mixer Grinder on Pepper fry online on 5th Jan 2018. Details of the order are as below -

              I Purchased the product to be used in my new house in March. When I opened the product to use on 5th March, I see that the product is of a very poor quality. I have attached pics of the mixer jar which is rusted. I doubt if prestige will manufacture such poor quality products. I suspect a duplicate is been sent to me. I raised this issue with the customer care and they couldnt help as the order was placed in January. Since the product is still under warrenty, I will want an explanation and replacement with original product.

                Pepperfry is the worst online store i have ever purchased from. I bought an expensive tv unit from them and asked for installation a couple of weeks after the delivery since my house was under renovation.

                When the pepperfry carpenter came for assembly, he found that 3 panels were damaged. When i called up pepperfry, they told me that it has been more than a week since delivery so they would not be able to accept the return. I was not told about this at the time of delivery. They sold me a damaged product and refused to accept a return. Customer care also does not know how to talk politely. They must have been recruited from some village and paid low wages, because they do not understand the concept of customer service.

                I had no choice but to go ahead and ask the carpenter to assemble the product even though 3 panels were damaged, because i had paid a large amount. The carpenter (Mukesh thakur) was not able to complete the assembly on saturday, because my apartment does not allow workers beyond 6 pm. He had promised me on the phone that he would reach my house at 3 pm, but finally showed up at 5:30 pm. Horrible!

                He informed me that he would come on monday morning and complete the installation. I asked him four times for confirmation and told him that i would be applying leave from work on monday just for this and he assured me that he would come on monday. I again called him on sunday evening to confirm and he assured me that he would come in the morning.

                Monday morning he does not show up. When i called him, he told me that he is in some other place and i have to call customer care. He did not even bother calling me. He is cheap, unprofessional and rude. Then he gave me another number to call but that person never answered the call. Thereafter, mukesh thakur kept cancelling my calls. These guys should be fired from their job.

                5. When i called up customer care, they were not even bothered. They just told that they would take another request and there was nothing else they could do. When i explained how i was harassed by this man mukesh thakur, they were not even bothered. The customer care representative then started raising his voice telling me not to complain and then started shouting at me, telling me that i should not complain and that i should just wait.

                I really hope this company pepperfry shuts down. They sold me a damaged product, refused to take it back, their carpenter was cheap and unprofessional and rude, their customer care is rude and horrible and not bothered. I wasted a day of leave because of these people. I really want to go to the consumer court and file a case against pepperfry.

                Do not buy from pepperfry. You will be harassed and tortured by their customer care and their carpenters. I'm praying to god that their company shuts down, because this kind of pathetic service is not acceptable.

                I had a much better experience from urbanladder, they are professional and customer oriented. Pepperfry is like a local road side shop with cheap products, cheap people and have no idea how to talk to customers.

                Beware of pepperfry.

                      I bought these products at @ 700 and 2000 respective, worst plastic, it's of 120 in market and they charged 700 bucks. It wasn't avl in the market that time and size ordered was big... What they delivered is a total crap. For side table... Low quality china boards for table... Which didn't lasted even for a month... This site shall be blacklisted. No replacement offers

                      Ordered a chandelier from pepperfry, however the product was packed by them in such a way which has damaged (all twisted and completely out of shape now)
                      Customer care gave ridiculous answer that i am calling them on 7th day but after 3. And order was delivered before 3.
                      They are refusing to accept return now.

                        I have placed an order with pepperfry[protected]
                        The shipping address is different from billing address, i told them to make it same or cancel the order. They neither changing the billing address nor ready to cancel the order.

                        I have tried calling them, written emails and calls but no resolution.
                        They are stubborn and giving lame excuses.
                        How can be a company so rigid by not allowing the order cancellation?

                          Placed order on 10th feb, received product on 14th feb.
                          We placed for return on 16th after two days received mail as its declined.

                          Its very unsatisfactory to know this, as the rear side of the product is rubber. Which will tear off after few usage which we experienced in past.
                          And we don't see any rear side pic mentioned of the product while placing order also.

                          Already today is 7th day and they asked to return it within 7 days.

                          Please make sure to process for refunding.

                            This is the most horrible experience ive had shopping online in my entire life!! And i have been shopping online for the past 10 years but never has this ever happened!! These guys are pathetic and have no agenda to serve customers instead are doing their best to rip people off. I placed an order from their site 10 days back and the order number is[protected]. I later got a call from the seller stating that the price was wrongly listed on the site and that the actual price was 900 but these guys had upscaled it to 2000/- and made me pay through debit card. I felt cheated and even after repeatedly calling the pepperfry team(more than 6-7 times now) no resolution has been done. All i hear from their end everytime is “we will call you within 24 hours” and no one ever follows up. I told them i want no part in this dispute between them and the seller and i want the product returned for obvious reasons but they outrightly DENIED! I mean wtf?! This is just so that i can spread awareness that these people are big frauds and no one should ever order from their site bcz they will just have to face what i am facing right now! The seller tells me that they are not even responding to him! So that pretty much makes it all clear. Beating around the bush waiting for the dust to settle ..this is their pattern ..trouble people let them suffer then eventually they’ll forget all about it and nothing will ever be done.

                              Bought a wardrobe on 3rd of Dec 2014 from Pepperfry for Rs 31534 . Today one of the wardrobe doors came off the hinges. Do not know that how does this happen to such an expensive product of a reputed brand. Anyways I called up the customer service and they refused to help me stating that this out of the warranty period. I offered to pay for the services as well however they declined even for that refusing straight away. This only shows that these people present a colourful picture to lure customers and then back off in case of any problem with the product. Nothing but a fraudulent activity from a fraudulent company cheating on the common people who have given away their hard earned money to buy their product. My wardrobe now would lie useless without its door and probably would be thrown in the dustbin . Kindly look into this and ban Pepperfry from selling fraudulent stuff and fooling common people. They are thriving on our money. Pls cancel their license if possible so that people are saved from being deceived by them anymore.

                                I bought mosebear led 9 watt bulbs on 13/05/2017. after one months use they fused. i contact moserbear custumer care he say to me their company closed warrenty online product by pepperfry afterthat i contact pepperfry custumer care so many time that i am suffering warrenty issue problem but they did not give me correct information they did not satisfied me worst pepperfry service

                                At Pepperfry, we do not intend to upset our customers at any given moment. This maybe a one off case, wherein the product being shipped with such magnitudes. Having said that, we would positively work on it, so that such instances are not repeated in near future. Also we would pass on the feedback to relevant departments, to safeguard on customer excellence parameters.

                                I tried connecting on the registered number, but the call went unanswered. ([protected]) Request you to please dispose the product as we have initiated the refund for the mentioned order. Post initiation, it takes 7-10 business days for the amount to hit the bank account, and it would reflect under the name of “Trendsutra Platform Services Pvt Ltd”.

                                  I had ordered item id no. Fn1654817-s-pm4137 viz. Princess bunk bed in pink & white finish on 19.12.2017. The schedule date of delivery was given as before 12.01.2018. However, after much delay, contacted customer care on 17.01.2018 (Ref. No.[protected]) who assured to deliver as soon as possible. Subsequently when contacted again on 20.01.2018, they offered to refund due to damage of item, to which i dis-agreed and requested to arrange for replacement and delivery of item at the earliest. Informatively, i had made payment of rs.30, 840/- through credit card with emi for 3 months and the 1st installment has been billed on me. I do not accept the refund as i had already been billed with emi and had to pay interest component due to pepperfry arbitrarily processed to refund after a gap of more than a month from date of payment made by me. I request pepperfry to revoke for refund and arrange to deliver the item already paid. Otherwise, i request pepperfry for refund of rs.45, 000/- towards inconvenience caused to me due to non-delivery of item and cost incurred towards interest on emi to my credit card banker.

                                  The Company called up and offered to compensate me the additional cost of item if I ordered again and confirmed the same by email. As per the assurance given to me, I placed order for the same item again and informed personally by phone to the Company to ensure delivery of the item and to re-imburse the additional cost. However, my order was cancelled again and refund processed without any notice. I called up the Company again to find out the reason, to which I was informed that due to their internal issue, they have processed to remove their supplier and apologised. That's it...so I resolved my self not to get trap again and closed the issue within myself, not by the company!!

As discussed, you have received the refund for this order and we would be closing on this now. With that being said, we currently have the product in stock and it has been priced at 32900. However, the difference amount culminates to 2060, which we would refund post the fresh order is delivered.

                                  Once your fresh order is placed, you can directly connect with me on the number mentioned below or reply to this trail and update. I would personally keep a tab on it and ensure that the difference amount is refunded.

                                  Sir,
                                  As per above assurance, I have placed order once again on 07.02.2018 but the same had been cancelled again by Pepperfry and processed for refund. Copy of my second order is attached for ready reference. I strongly feel that Pepperfry should first got home work done before offering false promises to its customers.

                                    Worse pepper fry products. Given different design. I never order anything from this site.

                                    I given one degin curtains and received different design. But after 7 days i relised that. Because my order location is different from delivery location. So after came to home i relised that they given different design.

                                    I relised that perpperfry also do frauds. I never expected that they do like this. I lost complete trust on this site. Customer care also no reponsible and proper communication. They dont know any think.

                                    I tried to convey my problem. But they said they cannot do any thing.

                                    Dont buy any thing from this site.

                                    Atlest if i knw they give wrong designs, i can be active.

                                      I ordered a bed worth inr 35000 from pepperfry.com on 14-jan-2018. The delivery date quoted by pepperfry was between 24-jan and 29-jan 2018.in the middle, i received no update on what my order status was. On 29-jan, i reached out to the pepperfry customer care and inquired about my order. I was told that customer care would revert back with the order details in 24-48 hours. Customer care did not tell me what my order's status was. Customer care denied any knowledge and said that they will have to check with the warehouse. The "track item" option on pepperfry.com also shows no update from the day i have placed my order. As of this moment, i still do not know where my order is, and pepperfry.com has not responded back with any information.
